Can't arrest or charge someone for "looking or acting" like they might possibly be breaking a law. I prefer the L over D for a variety of reasons. However its been mostly dead. With the exception of Mary, looks great from afar, once you get close you realize they're some miles on her. Without the forums, I felt kind of lost. I would stroll a little bit, but never would I scoop anyone up. Around 3:30 on the D; I spotted a female walking near the Family Dollar (the one near Wealthy). I wasn't sure if she was working, so I casually looked at her while driving past and she waved at me.
