Considering the number of Leo per capita in PH I doubt this is an issue. However its always good to have some type of excuse as to what your doing in the area. Also, probably a good idea to not come around for a week or so. With the number of cars and people they pull over each day odds are they forget yours sooner than later. And this should go without saying but this is the reason you always drive through the area once to see what's going on before you ever make a scoop. For example, sometimes in Detroit I will see several in a short period of time, when this happens its time to move to a different area or start using your monger phone. Luckily for me, most of the time I am in one of these areas I have already arranged a pick up off the main strip. Always good to have several back up plans.

After reading the Flint Street forum I decided to try my luck.

The 3 other people at the trailer do not have vehicles, so I am sure that when you ran into her she was in the middle of picking up needed supplies to keep everyone at the trailer happy.
