Eastern Arts is run by 'Asian Amy'. As far as I know (and I haven't seen her in 2 years), except for a very small group of old regulars, she's completely legit. As everyone has stated at this point, Luna's a great place to get the job done. But I've only ever had 2 women there. First one is no longer working there and was maybe in her late 30's, tall for an Asian. She looked great in my eyes, but she really grilled me when I reported about her subpar performance, asking if I made a report on a forum.
Avoided the place for awhile after that until curiosity got the better of me. Since then I've always had the same older lady.
