Sorry, but I have to agree with LJB and disagee with you on the above part of your post. Based on my understanding of the new laws in Mass, the female now ALWAYS has the upper hand, and, the customer now has significant risks. I so not claim to be an attorney. Also, is appears under the new law, that you can be at risk just by showing up at the door after agreeing to pay funds, which is before any exchange of funds.
