You might be better off going in there and having a couple of drinks and when a girl as you for a dance ask her who the DJ is- when she says Jimmy say no thanks. Customers complaining is one thing- but when the girls know the DJ is taking money out of their pocket- that will be a whole different ball game.

I have never had a problem with Cowboy's so I must have been lucky about never running into the bad DJ. The only one I remember is a fat guy who has a sloppy look. He is very talky on the mic and can be a bit annoying. He has never said a word about extras in the couch room. While I can't say anything about the bald guy I can assure you the loud sloppy guy is cool.

After some discussion its time for some action so I checked. A 1 hr visit. Usually there is some ugly or skanky persistent one out there but this night they were all good looking. But the place had a not.
Happening feel and for the most part dancers seemed to be just going through the motions. Some other fellow seemed to be negotiating for some extras but not doing much good at it. I was amazed.
Nobody asked for a dance or came to the table on a sparse night. I'm not into chasing or throwing money at those kinds.
There is one dancer that I know and have negotiated with before. Typically she was kept occupied once I noticed her. She is the thin A cup type but there were several of them. I'm not sure what she.

Been reading the recent postings about the DJ. Been going there off and on several years and not had trouble with him or anybody else, although I always seem to end up getting mad at myself for spending more money than I intend, but a couple Saturday afternoons ago I did have an odd experience. New bouncer, one I'd never seen there before and I know several of them by sight, told me there was no cover charge that afternoon--there never is in early afternoon, I knew that--and actually ASKED for a tip for himself. Never saw a bouncer do that before, and I hope it's not becoming customary practice. Anybody else ever been hit up for a tip by a bouncer there?

Report form cowboys on Monday night March 1. There is one dancer there I know a bit about that others may want to know about.
There was some earlier confusion about the thread leading from stripper zoey who used to be at cowboys. They have been coming up from knoxville for a long time- I'm guessing that Cincy and Louisville's law have made it better to come to lexington. I don't know anything about the clubs in Indy but they may not want to work in their hometown and come to the next best thing.

Decided to visit SR Friday night when we pass through lexington coming back from the casino across the bridge. Got there and the parking is ridiculous. Never seen the place with this many cars outside so we thought, this place must be swarm with ladies tonight. WRONG! Evidently there's a porn star in the club and we have to pay 20 to get in (I didn't pay this amount, I just tip the girl 5 dollar and she let us in for free). Anyways, we went in and there's many 12 girls. And 40 dudes. It's just silly. Got a couple of dances, it was ok. Nothing special. No fun to be had. Anywhere!
Oh BTW, the pornstar wanted to charge 40 dollar for a fucking picture. I just laugh at her when she said that and turned away with my bud. We did hang around for 2 hours before calling it.

Fri- Met Snow at ceast and yes ceast is still bad. The thugs have ruined it. But anyway snow was hot and agreed to come back to room. Gave me her actual number and agreed on donation. Then crickets. Oh well some mean business and some play teen games. And I've had both.

I shove her off me and tell her to get the Fuck out of here. She starts dog cussing me and goes to bouncer. He comes over to me and I explain. He laughs and sais ok. Then she continues to Fuck me. I spent a couple hours at Diva's on a Sunday night and had a great time. There were only 4 ladies working, and probably only 6-8 customers the whole time I was there, but I wasn't expecting a big crowd on a Sunday night. Fortunately, all 4 dancers were attractive, and I know one of them pretty well, and got to know another one very well also. I had 30 minute dances with Demi and with Fallen, and had a blast with both. Demi is almost always there when I go in, and she always takes good care of me. Fallen typically works days, and I had not seen her before, but I really liked her, and would definitely go back just to see her. There is a notice posted in the bathroom about being 25+ to enter, and some mention of a strict dress code policy, but no details were given about the dress code. For what it's worth, I strolled in wearing some nice sweatpants and a sweatshirt, and nobody said a thing about the way I was dressed.

I read JBucks report and think it's true. CEast used to be a fun place to drop in, but now lots of heavy dancers and a tease.
I travel in every month or so and the last two trips have been a bust.
February visit, not much to be seen, so grabbed a beer and had a quick lap dance and left.
March visit, was actually hustled for first time by Diamond who literally grabbed money out of my hand in back. Asked for it back and she said "no, it was a tip".
What really pissed me off was that she knew it wasn't worth it to me to make a scene. $40 vs. A big risk. Let her have it. Should have looked at more than her face before.

Lexington police say violence and other violations have led the city's Alcoholic Beverage Control to revoke Camelot East's liquor license. The strip club is appealing that decision and it could be more than a year before there's a resolution.
"Since November I can think of at least two murders that have occurred in the parking lot or general area of Camelot East, and at least three shootings that have been confirmed," said Sgt. Marcus Sell with the Lexington Police Department.
Lexington police know the area around Camelot East well. Their records show they've responded to hundreds of calls there in the last ten years. They say violence, along with other violations involving marijuana and alcohol, led the Fayette County Alcoholic Beverage Control administrator to revoke the club's liquor license.
"At this point they're going to be able to appeal that decision though, much like what anybody in a criminal case would be able to appeal that decision," Sell said.
People working in the shopping center adjacent to the club tell us they don't feel safe at night because of that violence. They also said they didn't want to be identified.
They raised the minimum age to 25 to get into the club (as did Divas) that will take care of most of the shootings.

Lexington police say violence and other violations have led the city's Alcoholic Beverage Control to revoke Camelot East's liquor license. The strip club is appealing that decision and it could be more than a year before there's a resolution.
"Since November I can think of at least two murders that have occurred in the parking lot or general area of Camelot East, and at least three shootings that have been confirmed," said Sgt. Marcus Sell with the Lexington Police Department.
Lexington police know the area around Camelot East well. Their records show they've responded to hundreds of calls there in the last ten years. They say violence, along with other violations involving marijuana and alcohol, led the Fayette County Alcoholic Beverage Control administrator to revoke the club's liquor license.

People working in the shopping center adjacent to the club tell us they don't feel safe at night because of that violence. They also said they didn't want to be identified.

Back in 2005 the bouncer was killed by pissed Mexican guy that felt slighted by a dancer and turned his anger on the closest person he could aim his pistol at after he got it from his car.

Started out a divas a few days ago, was dead, I was one of three paying customers there, girls werent even dancing on stage. Luckily I guess Dalls was there, talked a while and got 15 min VIP then left.

Even though I'm typically in the Detroit area forums, I still check out the Lexington forum, because I'm down there from time to time.
As far as clubs getting their liquor licenses pulled, I wouldn't worry about it. Yeah, you won't be able to drink alcohol but those clubs won't close. As long as they don't shut them down completely, business will survive.
There's a hole in the wall chain of clubs in this area, all owned by the same family. A few years back, like ten years ago, one of the clubs lost their liquor license. Of course, they tried to get it back for quite some time (as in at least a couple of years) but in the meantime, they just went all nude and it became a juice bar (no alcohol served). There are pros and cons. While that club had always been permissive. Everything was available and everyone knew that. It might have even been better. If they lose revenue from alcohol, they'll try to find other ways to make it up.
My point is that if extras were a little more difficult to get in the past, things may loosen up a bit more. A lot of guys like to drink when they're at the clubs, so they'll go to others. In order to compete, the juice bars will need to find ways to offer more incentives, whether that comes in the form of making it cheaper for girls to work, lowering the VIP prices or simply turning a blind eye on a frequent basis, don't look at this as a bad thing, until you see the results.
Of course, they could always end up getting their licenses back too.
Just like the gov't revoking a lic. On club that is closed and even better that the news is reporting it.

Cowboys used to be a great place with extras and takeouts. Now it's a hit and miss, and you have to watch out for that DJ that everyone hated. Someone posted that DJ's work hours before, so avoid those hours. Avoid Deja Vu.
Yea man ignore him. He is wrong. Yea cowboys but otherwise you can get good tail. He is misinformed. He's right about the two but the Sr and di vas will get it good.

In my experience extras are to be had anywhere except SR and Platinum. I have heard extras are back on the menu at Platinum but for $$ The low end clubs can be dangerous these days. For my money I recommend Cowboys and Diva's. As always YMMV, but at those two clubs I have never left unhappy and the girls who don't do extras are not offended if you want more and will often direct you to girls who do. I also think clubs here are BETTER than Vegas since Vegas girls can make a small fortune without offering extras. KY girls appreciate their tips!

I've scored at platinum, CB, spearmint and even deja vu but never Diva's so this was my last try there.
Probably going to stick with Cowboys when Jimmy's not in probably give Paradise City a try.

OK, this might be a bit of a rant, but I cannot recommend DIVAS any less than I can recommend cancer.
I have a friend that is legally blind. We go out a couple times a month overall, and probably to the Strip Joints once or twice a quarter. Last year, we went to Divas, paid $5 each, and sat on a bench on the left hand wall (the tables were all taken) and we sat there for over 20 minutes before anyone, and I mean no even the wait staff, came by and addressed us. We were just about to leave when some Puero Rican chick and a big black chick came over and engaged us. Chatted and drank for another 40 minutes or so, and bailed. Not great, but at least someone (eventually) talked to us.
Tonight we gave it one more try. I wish we had not. Paid $5 each at the door. All the tables in the middle were full. Went to the back wall for a seat on the bench. Two dudes on the other back wall bench to our left. Sat there for 15 minutes and no one, I mean NO ONE, stopped by. No waitress, no dancers, nothing. There was one dancer on the stage, and two in the crowd seated at tables, and maybe 2 at the bar. The place was pretty full for only 5-6 girls working. We eventually decided to leave, and I decided to ask for a refund on our door fee. We got up there, and of course she had to call someone, Called the owner, and he said "the two guys on the back bench?" and she looked a me and I nodded and she said yes. Then he said "No". Turns out the owner was sitting next to us on the back bench. I complained we had been there 15 minutes and there were almost no girls working. She called up a bouncer and he said we needed to leave. I reiterate my complaint, and he said "what can I do, the owner already said no". They knew my friend was blind. They could see his staff. The owner was right next to us, and should have had no problem seeing that no one came by to even offer us a drink.
So I can say that I will NEVER go to Divas again, an I advise that you do not go there either. Unreal. We were ready to spend some money. Ended up at Cowboys, and dropped about $200 on drinks and dances.
DIVAS SUCKS ASS. No one should go there, ever.

The next club it happens at, and I'm sure it will happen again, grab a bouncer or manager and ask them what you have to do to get a beer or a dance. Asking for money back on your way out of club may work, but if they know that's all the money they are going to get out of you-I'm guessing you aren't getting it back. By the way, there are several bartenders and waitresses that I avoid just because of the bad service and it's not limited to Divas.

On all my trips to Diva's I have received good service, friendly waitress / bartenders, bouncers that do their job but are not overly aggressive or rude.
I agree about Divas the few times I have been there it is rip off city. I have had some luck at Spearmint but it is expensive. Sammy is good time and otc is a possibility with her. There are a few others there too that do OTC. If I had to rank clubs-Spearmint would be 1 follow by PC and Cowboys. Platinum use to be in the mix but no more with all the changes. Never had any luck at Deja Vu.

I had a very good time recently at Cowboys, went in around 4 and stayed until about 8. I sat with a long-haired brunette that I know used to dance at other clubs, including CE and Diva's. We did a couple of table dances for a warmup, and then went back to the couch room. This was Thursday before 6, so Jimmy (Lexington's most-hated DJ) had not arrived yet. My dancer guided me to the couch that is right next to the DJ booth, which is actually one of the least visible locations in the couch room, since the DJ has to stand up and peek over his wall to see you there. Lots of two-way contact led to HJ under shorts, then BBBJ, and then on to FS. No one else was back there, and we went for 6 songs and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
We went back out to the table right at 6 when Jimmy was coming in to take over at DJ, so I figured I would finish my drink and head out. The brunette dancer disappeared into the back and before I had finished my drink, a tall, pretty blonde with a great rack sat down next to me. She had my interest, so I decided to stay and have another drink with her. She began asking about dances, and I told her bluntly that I rarely did dances in the back when Jimmy "hands to your side" DJ was working. She knew exactly what I was talking about, but then swore that Jimmy was cool with her because she tipped him well, and that if we did a VIP, he would leave us alone and we could have a good time. I was skeptical, but she was insistent that he would leave us alone, so I bit.
We went back for 20 minutes, she turned the tv off in our room (I think this may disable the camera in the DJ booth), and lo and behold, lots of uninterrupted two-way contact, including HJ under the shorts, a little BBBJ teasing, plenty of fun handling that nice rack, and some DATY. I didn't push for more because I was actually pleasantly surprised that we were doing that much back there during Jimmy's shift. When we were done, she said we could have even more fun next time. Club was much cleaner and no thugs but mileage isn't what it used to be from day shift girls.
I think their management has clamped down. Before long, there won't be a good club left in town. We'll have to go to Louisville!

I have been nervous about going there since the report of a firing dues to extra activities. I plan on going clubbing next week and wanted to know if I should go there or is it time to head back to cowboys?
