What are the red flags?It is hard to say that a non local number is a sign of a scam because of girls traveling to other locations.

One good thing to do is conduct a search on the images. If they are used all over the country then it is probably a scam.
Also be very leary of new ads and ads where the girl says they are available for a short time.
