"Officers responded to a prostitution complaint in the 5200 block of Old Orchard road on April 19 around 12:15 a. M. According to police, an offender agreed and accepted $700 to perform a sexual act. It is unclear if any charges were filed at this time."

This is all they had. So did someone skip with the money? $700, who pays that kind of dough?

https://evanstonnow.com/four-arrested-in-massage-parlor-raids/A waste of taxpayer's dollars. And it seems strange that they can arrest the women without catching them in the act.

I looked at Google Maps and I don't know what was at 1905 Howard. Did they put the wrong address and that is Howard / Dodge?

Well, EPD should be happy that the dangerous 40-something year old Chinese women have been arrested. I mean, who cares that the purple line has become increasingly obnoxious or that the north side of howard street is mess, or that downtown Evanston streets seem to be hangouts for druggies. The real crimes have been taken care of. Again, a waste of tax payer's dollars.
