5. The obvious. Make sure your phone is password protected. Make sure they don't see you entering your passcode, or messing with your phone.
Let's face it. It might be your 'only defense' when you're in my situation. How else do you 'prove' you didn't say what they allege? My lawyer informed me that the reason why LE doesn't like to be recorded, and why they don't typically record during these type of stings is so that they can rail road you. What can you do about it? Who's side do you think the judge is going to believe? You, the purported 'criminal' or the highly esteemed 'Honolulu's finest? ' I think you get my point.
Be very careful out there. And highly recommend that you secretly record any initial TOFTT encounters. If you've already met the girl before, then obviously it's not necessary.
