Lets call this what it is. From the monger side, it doesn't matter how much money or fame you have or how hot your SO might be the fact is that most of us have needs that are not being met so we seek them out somewhere else with a consenting adult. I have been to AMPs before and never once did I believe for a second that the person with me was underage or being held there against there will.
From the providers perspective, its called the oldest profession for a reason. No iphone is going to replace a woman. They can bust a few people for this every once in a while, but at the end of the day it won't put a dent into the business. Look at the drug epidemic that they can't get under control.

Sox.A health inspector raised suspicions after routine inspection. This has to be a low priority thing they go after. Figure they know about the rub maps site (cited in report), those reviews alone could put hundreds of places on the scrutiny. They seem to wait for a complaint or official to bother with it.

C3.Nice post, C3. I am not an AMP user, actually I have been off the hobby for about a month now for personal reasons. But I wondered how the cameras were placed.

If you are reading this, you are not one of the chosen lucky few. Go have a beer and relax. What we know from various media reports:
1) Health inspector makes a report in late October 2018 about Orchid Spa in Jupiter. Police are interested.
2) In November, they do some external surveillance at Orchid and pull over some mongers who willfully blab they nutted for money. That's how all this started. Confessions to questions that did not' need to be answered. You can't be traffic stoped, and arrested for not answering other questions about your day. Just say you have nothing to say and need to be on your way. After a few more tries, they will let you go, with or without a ticket, their choice, but likely will. They have many others to choose from when running that kind of thing, so they won't waste a lot of time questioning Monger Hardass.
3) Police got what they needed from the confessor mongers to get a warrant to do the pinhole camera in the ceiling trick (likely), or perhaps tap into the existing spa camera system. Either way, it is easy, as strip mall AMP's have a lot of crawls space above the ceiling. Stand alone AMP's would be more difficult, if not impossible because workers were living there. I'm pretty sure that if the cops pulled the "bomb threat" thing at a stand alone AMP, the workers would just never come back. They are not stupid.
4) Cops wait until January 2019 to do the fake bomb scare and do the camera trick. Thus far, they have no proof of anything other than what the mongers blabbed about back in November. They didn't allow sex trafficking to go on for months, because for them, it is so far, just a prostitution case, not a national emergency. The police likely didn't start before January because of the holidays. Cops have family and lives too, and cancelling leave time for what is so far is shaping up to be a standard prostitution bust, would be unpopular. Cops notify other jurisdictions of their project and see if those other agencies want to do similar. A few do, but only by sending in their own undercover cops to see if they are offered extra menus items. No mention of sex tapes at any AMP but Orchid. Those other undercover operations are included in the press release, but are unrelated to the Orchid ownership. The more agencies that did their own thing at the same time, the bigger the operation is perceived and looks. However, no customers got busted at the AMP's that used undercover cops to get evidence of which I'm aware. Just the workers.

They know the fear will be real because of this, and will do a lot to squelch the revenue streams of AMP's in general for a good bit. 6) Cops at Orchid find other AMP's that are part of the same Asian organized crime food chain as Orchid, in other jurisdictions and shut them down. No mention of any traffic stops, monger questioning, or sex tapes from those other AMP's either thus far.
7) Police still tossing out the "more to come" line, and there probably is, because some of those well known are difficult to contact. For an ordinary person, they have your image, they have your vehicle info, your driver's license photo, and know where to find you. If you haven't been contacted by the police, and as C3 said, were not at any of those listed AMP's on those days, relax.
8) Advice: Avoid AMP's in strip malls, period. They are too easy to tap from the ceiling. Avoid any AMP's for at least six months that shut down for no reason, and reopen or are under new management. If cops took over an AMP, they will generally do their operation within 90 days, as simple busts for soliciting take time and money, and are misdemeanors. Their undercover females are not going to do the stroke, and they are going to arrest on site when you ask for the extra menu. Word will be out in a day or three, so the operation won't last long. AMP's like BO are much harder to disrupt because discussions for money never happen. Peace.Nice posts Herbie53 and C3. I have not followed this super close but your posts cleared up some of my questions. Another thing about strip malls and modern office buildings is that in many cases unless the suite just happens to be at a fire stop wall the walls between the suites do not go all the way up to the roof deck. So LEO could easily access above the ceilings of the spa via another empty space or other cooperating tenant. Would still need a warrant but could be done without tipping off spa workers.

Peace.Totally agree with the assessment. Word of advice to 'Owners' and 'Managers'. Don't give the 'health inspectors' something to complain about. Can't tell you how many times I've walked into a place that smelled bad or just gave off that 'un-sanitary' vibe. For me, I usually don't return. For me, I'll be enjoying relaxing massages and leave the 'menu' on the table. For a while. Stay Safe.

And this article talks about the women being delivered to the spas by armed men in luxury cars, but as I read earlier, only 1 woman was confirmed a victim of trafficking. What is the true story here?

But yet your officers only focused on guys getting a HE and let the transnational, armed human traffickers go on about their business? I'm thinking this thing is about to come back on Uncle LEO. Judges don't like to be used as pawns. Two of the guys arrested can afford to hire a team of lawyers and enough PIs to follow all the cops involved and get video of every little thing they do wrong. Most PIs are former Uncles and know all the tactics and methods.

On another note, this story has gone coast to coast and this discussion is also taking place on USA boards in Las Vegas, San Diego and Phoenix (all boards on which I was active in February), and I bet every other board in the country. I have talked to a few SPs who say business has dropped off since the story. Guys are scared. I also talked to one SP that indicated she is now getting multiple calls a day from guys who are not verifiable (could be LE, who knows? I think a case like this emboldens the police. It might be a while until it settles down. Damnit!!

The girls stay in the spas because they can't present verification of income to qualify for any decent place to live. They don't want to put their income down on an apartment application--believe it or not, not all of them report all of their income to the IRS! (Being a bit facetious here). Then there is the issue of transportation between apartment and workplace late at night and early in the morning. Plus, if they decide to leave the spa they are working in for some reason and go to another area, they have an apartment to somehow deal with if their lease isn't about finished. And they want to amass money, not spend it on apartments, cars, etc. Though some do choose to do so and end up working longer--and some end up not saving any money because they like to spend on "stuff," or get a boyfriend they end up supporting, or have a gambling habit, etc.
Speaking of gambling, I had an appointment once up here in Maryland, and the phone lady said the girl I wanted to see had taken a long weekend and wouldn't be back until noon. So I show up at noon and she wasn't there. The other girls said she'd be there any moment. Sure enough, a few minutes later up pulls a chauffeured sedan. Out comes Anna smiling and in obviously a new dress. They say in the affidavit that they saw stuff on Rubmaps, but when they wanted a warrant they presented evidence, real evidence, not hearsay. They presented the observations of police officers that only male customers entered, they presented lab reports of trash they had tested that was positive for semen.

I think the police in Florida knew it was just a prostitution ring which was the real intent of the investigation. They emphasized it as a human trafficking case to get the warrants approved, gain public support and make it "sexy" for prosecution. They rolled the dice and if they happened to get some trafficking charges out of it, even one, it would just be icing on the cake. The police are after the money too, and they know that's there regardless. It's not like a toxic meth lab that costs them money to clean up.
That health inspector didn't just notice those conditions on her own, she was instructed by police to go in and look for certain conditions then police played that up. Whether she just found a few snacks in the fridge, a few extra massage mattresses laying around, police would have still framed it as evidence of people living there and thus trafficking.
In Florida they already had evidence of prostitution through admissions of johns caught during traffic stops. If that was the case, why the need to install cameras in massage rooms? Watching someone on a silent video acting like a prostitute isn't going to tell you if she is doing it willfully or not.
And why install cameras in the massage rooms rather than the "living quarters", bathroom, entrances, kitchen and general areas? That's where people living there are going to be, being beaten by their captors, curled up in a corner crying because they are a slave, etc. That activity is not going to happen in front of the customer while they are being giving a massage.
No headlines from ICE or FBI taking credit for a wider international trafficking investigation either. Just mentions of assistance. That tells me the feds know its not the real deal so they staying on the sidelines regarding the trafficking.
Use of tax payer money for overzealous policing and abuse of the Patriot Act. Now it will cost tax payers millions more as the government works to shore up charges against high net worth misdemeanor defendants.

If his lawyers succeed at getting the evidence from the warrants suppressed, it will be a great blow to law enforcement in that area because it will set a legal precendent preventing them from doing this again in the future. That's probably one of the biggest fears of law enforcement has if it shakes out that way. The cops that did the work better hope they have squeaky clean backgrounds and work histories too.

Other incidental reasons for living in the massage spas: They are generally on duty from 9 or 10 am To 11:00 pm Time to get to and from an apartment would cut into sleep time and getting ready for work time in the morning. They don't want to buy a car (the vast majority use cash only for everything they need, and they certainly couldn't qualify for a car loan when they don't want their income known) and the cost of a cab or Uber twice a day would impact their main goal: Make and save as much money as possible in as short a time as possible. Setting up, qualifying for, and paying for utilities, WiFi, furniture. There's more reasons--but these seem to be the major ones based on what I've learned from the ladies.

Proof will be the issue with this type of action. What happens if you do wear a jimmy hat, the provider gets pissed at the serviced man (who knows why with some of these girls), she cries rape after the fact when you leave. They recorded and stored video of both those customers getting a normal massage as well as those that may have gotten extra attention. I understand that to say LEO did it improperly not that video is completely illegal. Certainly makes do these operations more challenging but does not rule it out. Just my opinion, others may see it another way.

No guys have been busted in Orlando in months for any type of prostitution charges.
There were only 2 girls arrested in the two months proceeding that post and they were walkers.
There were 10 girls arrested in a sting after the warning post came but they were walkers and maybe a couple of them might have had phones.
There is nothing in court or police records to back up this rumor.
Don't discuss rates and services together and they can't charge you with anything unless you're knowingly seeking a minor, in which case you should go to jail.

I went back several weeks and over 300 female arrests and the only known working girls I saw were arrested on other charges (drug related mostly). I didn't see any for prostitution. Was this Orange county or Lake or Polk County? I watched a pretty decent girl get arrested at the 7-11 on Jordan St Saturday night, but that was for possession. As mentioned in previous posts and other threads I am familiar with the Lee Road / Edgewater / Lockhart area. I've noticed one or two new WSW's that look "cleaner" and more "focused" than some of the other usual suspects I see in the neighborhood. Additionally I've noticed about 4-6 clean cut white young men (read 22-25 yrs old) walking in the area as well that I've never seen before and seem to walk back and forth between the Home Depot and Edgewater Drive on Lee. Also, on a work run I witnessed the pic below in the CVS / Burger King parking lot across from the Geneva. Could have been a traffic stop, could have been a drug bust, could have been a chase. I don't really know. However, I've never seen this many LEO's in a combined effort (Apopka PD, Orange County Sheriff, OPD) over a routine stop. Truly about 7-8 police cars. I'm not trying to be a downer or a stick in the mud. Just passing along observations and info.

The LE can post wherever he wants, he'll just need to make sure the location is in his jurisdiction then, when the guy shows up, he'll be arrested. Besides, we all know the ladies post ads that don't necessarily give an exact or an accurate location, they post somewhere in that general area and hope to draw guys in. LE does the same, post wherever and hope to draw guys in. Also, while I'm not saying this is what happened here, law enforcement agencies can set up agreements with other law enforcement agencies where they set up a joint sting operation. Hypothetically, the sheriff in Polk could make an agreement with the sheriff in Orange for a joint sting operation. Then Polk officers would end up making arrests in Orange, or vice versa. The bottom line, as always, be smart out there!

You can damn well bet that Grady knows the exact border of his jurisdiction and uses it to lure in unsuspecting noobs who 'think' they're not in Polk and safe from Grady's bracelets. Anyone that's been following his cute little operations that occur every three months or so should note that a lot of the people he reels in are 'not' from Polk, but people from other areas of Florida, or even from out-of-state. I reached out to the PD with the problems and she was ignoring me. She was trying to get my friend to plead guilty the next day and I told her not to do it. After a week I went above the PD to the head of the PD's office and discussed it with him. The cops and the prosecutors made mistakes and were over charging her. Every point I made to them was included in the Motion to Dismiss.
I was expecting to get the charges reduced from a Felony to a misdemeanor. Instead, the charges were DISMISSED.

There will be another in the spring during March Madness (that's another cute name Grady likes to use), then another in the middle of summer. Locals 'should' be aware of this since it's been going on for years, and most of Grady's victims are out-of-county residents, but there are always a few from within Polk.
While, I'm glad the child predators will get what they deserve, the HT victims were rescued from any more serious harm and abuse, and potential brutal pimps are off the streets, taken into account the total of all these individuals relative to the total number arrested this doesen't seem like a very financially efficient operation, but then again I guess they aren't going for efficiency they are going for fear, intimidation, and deterrence. I have to believe that there has to be a better way to have a more focused operation that targets each of these elements specifically. It's a shame "normal" mongers got caught up in this. What really surprises me is that this operation continues to be as successful as it is. The first rule I learned when I moved here was to never ever do business in Polk county. I think its safe to say that we all know when Polk county is going to run this big operation. Its very predictable and pretty much around the same time every damn year. We have this same conversation about this every year and will most likely be talking about the same thing this time next year. It really boggles the mind. Of course who knows maybe they have gotten clever in their techniques these days and we must all get more clever and take extra precautions as well. I just hope they keep that shit in Polk and these other counties don't get cute and get any ideas. Stay safe everyone.They were just going for numbers. They were calling ads from girls in other counties and putting the hard sell to get them to come for an outcall. I saw one provider's texts and it was more than 20 screen prints over a four hour time period. Even though she kept saying 'NO', the cop kept begging and continuing to raise the cash offer. It's not like the girls just showed up in Polk, they used all the tricks to get them to go there. They were probably doing girls from other counties to try to get drivers too.
They expect most people to just make a plea and get it over with. A friend of mine was caught last year and her attorney (PD) was trying to expedite the trial and recommended that she plead guilty with minimal time to serve. There were many problems with the case and I was helping her.
I reached out to the PD with the problems and she was ignoring me. She was trying to get my friend to plead guilty the next day and I told her not to do it. After a week I went above the PD to the head of the PD's office and discussed it with him. The cops and the prosecutors made mistakes and were over charging her. Every point I made to them was included in the Motion to Dismiss.
I was expecting to get the charges reduced from a Felony to a misdemeanor. Instead, the charges were DISMISSED.The reality is that both Public Defenders and State Attorneys have too many cases to deal with and are truly happy to get these resolved with plea deals. It is "success" for both the PD and SA to resolve through a plea. The PD's success is getting a reduced crime, and the SA's success is getting a conviction.
They have zero desire to take a low-level crime to trial because it would just be a complete waste of time and resources. Any case that goes to trial will take a minimum of 30 to 40 hours (likely way more than that) between hearings, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, etc. Outside of the complete waste of resources, State Attorneys know that the police force oftentimes make mistakes or overstep boundaries in making these arrests. So to spend that much time on a misdemeanor that may result in an acquittal simply does not make sense, and they will likely just drop the charges all together if they see that the accused is willing to take it to trial.
Obviously there is no guarantee in any particular outcome, but this is the reality of the situation. That said, the important thing is that you have to hire an attorney that is willing to fight the charge.

That said, the important thing is that you have to hire an attorney that is willing to fight the charge.I can't tell you how right you are the cops will always make felony charges when they are filing them in the felony charges are bullshit charges that won't stick anyway all you need to do in the Florida court system if there's not enough evidence and they still want to take it to trial just called their bluff just simply take it down to the last second if you have to I've been involved in a case where they actually set the jury and then they said will come back from recess and start and then we came back from recess and they said they are dismissing all charges.
Florida likes to call your bluff so if you tell them that you are serious about going to trial then it looks like you have a case and they get scared and dismiss I can't tell you how many times that happens in the state.

A former buddy of mine got popped for some now legal pot and ended up working for uncle. They never posted his arrest or the mugshots until after they used him to set a bunch of people up. The Rat Bastard devastated people's lives for what would have been at that time some probation at the most. Nowadays you would get a ticket.
Just stay out of Polk County.
Even if you've met someone a thousand times before, treat it like the first time and don't discuss anything in a way you're not supposed to regardless. Good practice just in case they are recording or something.

They didn't post his arrest or mugshot until his damage was done. After he did help them they still kept going back to him for more and more, and still charged him with something small but unrelated to his intial drug charge. Just to show you how honest their promise to "help him out" was. He had to leave the state.
The point of my reply to Esmith is that it doesn't matter who is working with law or not. You should not be in the habit of discussing certain things via text or out loud before or during a visit as a good rule.
I am DEFINITELY NOT insinuating that anyone is working with uncle or not. I am saying that if someone was, that you wouldn't know regardless and to keep in good practice when you meet anyone. Regardless of whether they been arreted or not.

So continue to meet your friends and make new ones.

I talked to oncology nurse and she says that the cervical cancer is now popping up among the vaccinated. The worst thing is the danger of shooting something foreign in your body. PSA alert. Heavy metals are harmful.
There has been people that died from this particular vaccine. I personally know a couple of girls that were injured. Its not worth the risk, but they are trying to make it mandatory. Stay safe.
