The fool that I am, I told her to consider the purchase a reward for returning my wallet and saving me the trouble of having to replace all my I'd.
I found out later that there had been an attempt to use the card again at another store in town but it had been declined as I had reported it. It was about that timeline that she told me she found my wallet.
My credit card companies were instantaneousl in their stopping of transactions and I have since had all my account numbers changed and new cards issued.
I am not sorry that I did not pursue charges. As I said I knew her a long time and she had always been sweet and above board.
I did learn a valuable lesson!.
I have had some very bad luck dealing with providers lately. I am always a gentleman, even when confronted with bad behavior by the other party.

What I'll typically will do is separate my money in two different locations, in one I will have the amount agreed upon for the session and in the other I'll have some spare cash in case extra's are offered that were not included in the original negotiation, I. It does happen from time to time, especially with someone new and I'd like them to remember me or when I feel the girl has gone above and beyond the call of duty.
