Unlikely to get HE or anything else at any legit massage place in Gainesville. I've had regular massages at a variety of places in G-ville and never had any therapist even hint that anything else was possibly available.
Best place in town for a legit massage, IMO, is A Better Massage, off NW 43rd St near intersection with 23rd. No extras, just great massage.

A fairly young (maybe early 30s) , short (oh yeah, my type) and shapely Asian lady (won't even guess at what specific Asian culture) came out to greet me. She asked half hour or full hour. Not knowing what the deal was I asked for half, which was probably a good idea. $60. I made sure she saw that I had brought more than the $60. Was back this way last week and stopped at the new place. They are now just east of I-75 across from Burger King. The entry now looks more like a typical AMP with a small room and window. There is a TS available inside. The rooms are still semi-private with no permanent walls. The massage and TS were very brief and SooYung (previously Susie) got to the point real quick. Very full menu available but don't look for anything like GFE. As I was leaving she said I could wash her on the TS next time so maybe a little NURU is there. We'll see sometime.

If it is associated with the Lake City place my experience says it will take a repeat visit or two to convince them you are "safe". So, if you try it out, expect a nice massage. They probably will do that pretty well.

Even if that is allowed it doesn't sound particularly appealing. It does say in their FAQ that arousal is "allowed"/ expected, but I'd imagine if you start doing something overtly sexual like that she'll tell you to knock it off / get up and leave. You're also not allowed to touch with your hands anything that is covered with underwear.
In the end, if the service is exactly as they describe on the website, it sounds like a very platonic experience. Now this could mean they are just using the same ad person who does not have very good command of the language. Keeping in mind that AMPs aren't quite in the same ballpark as legit massage places. The prices for the massage are under-priced compared to spas. The ladies working there are underpaid and have long hours. The tips are their prime source of income.
My tipping rules are simple and cumulative as the services go up: L0 $20 for massage; L1 +20 self, +20 for HJ, +20 for access under clothes; L2 +40 for BJ; L3 +60 FS. Then I will toss in another $10 at any level if there was something above and beyond the normal about the service (or if she is just super hot).

Happen to drive by this morning and noticed a White Sedan with Antennas & Really Dark Tinted Windows outside 23rd AVE massage location.

I've been working in Gainesville for a little over five years now, and have never tried any of their AMP's because I've always heard they were bogus. I went in at a little after noon today, and I got a girl name Tina who was probably late 30's, kinda cute (6 or7), and tall. I'll give credit where it's due, she gives a fantastic professional level massage. Despite how good her massage skills were, I did not leave that place happy. It took a little coaxing, but she did wash Gilligan during the table shower, which gave me hope. During the massage, I tried to send all the usual signals to let her know I'm OK, but once the massage was over, that's it, it was over. I even politely asked for some help for my little friend, and let her know that I would be generous with the gratuity, but she still declined. She left the room while I got dressed, and I was debating with myself whether or not to give her any tip at all, because like I said, the massage was very good. She probably deserved it least A $10 tip for the massage, but I was irritated, so I just left three bucks on the counter for her. On my way out though, she had the nerve to start asking me if I was going to give her a tip. I let her know it was in the room. I'm sure she was pretty disappointed when she saw it, but she knows why. Hopefully, that might end up helping out another fellow monger in the future. That all depends on whether or not she wants to make more in tips. But, that's it for me and Gainesville AMP's. It cost too much money just to walk out of the place frustrated.

Decided to try 23rd today, greated by a tall thin maybe 30's 7/10 Asian lady (forgot to ask name). I opted for the hour massage, and was offered hard / medium / soft. Choosing hard. I will say it was a rather good massage! I was allowed a little touching over the clothing but honestly didn't do much as I was really enjoying the massage. On the flip it was light caress over entire body, with a whisper of you have 5 minutes left is there anything I can do? Well, I made it obvious what I wanted and offered a fair tip. She finished with a well oiled handshake leaving me very happy. The handshake was the only thing on the menu but a great massage and a skilled handshake left me feeling relaxed and happy. Only complaint was the hour was like 45 minutes, and the limited menu. Damage was 6 & 4.

She also used some sort of suction cup thing on my back, which left almost bruises on my shoulders and up and down my back for several days. Would not repeat. Ever. Was afraid significant other may see the bruises and ask questions that I did not want to answer.
Saw Grove Park Stacy back in April for a QV. Very enjoyable, wish she would come back.

Gainesville streets are dead, backpage is dead so I decided to place a visit to the 13st AMP yesterday noon. The location is pretty secluded which is great for parking. Went in and was greeted by a thin Asian lady in about her early 40's. She looked pretty good. Showed me my room which was nice and dark. She offered table showered but I declined.
She started off with oil massage with alot of roaming and teasing in her part. She then noticed my Captain in full attention and signaled with her hand if its ok. I told her yes its ok and then she began her handshake. She allowed alot of OTC roaming and even played with her kitty but fully dressed. I tried implying in different ways that I wanted more than a handshake but she would not budge. After the mission was complete, She cleaned up very well with warm towel all over my body. Overall not too bad experience but most likely won't repeat as its a bank killer for basically what I can do at home.
Damage: $45 for the entrance and $35 for the handshake, overall $80.

Any girls looking to get away for a bit, Honolulu is a good place to work. Very busy and good money. No hurricanes here and probably going to be slow while they rebuild.
I've been to each of these places a few times over the past few months. As always, YMMV, but here's my brief take on each place:
1. Fuji. Newest place in Gainesville and, as others have reported, she provides a very good and legit massage with no extras. A nice place to drop in for just a massage when you're in the mood for that.
2. 23rd Ave. Of the three, provides the worst massage, IMO, either because of poorest technique (about 1 third of the strokes cause me to flinch on my last visit) or cutting the time short (not getting close to an hour even though an hour was paid for). However, this place has the broadest menu available, at least with one of the ladies.
3. 13th St. Of the places where more than a massage is available, this place provides the best massage, at least during my most recent visit. Full hour and best massage technique, close to or as good as Fuji. Saw a lady there recently who called herself "Misho" or something close to that. Would recommend. As someone else has noted, if "Bossman" is there, might only get a massage, so best to check before going.
I haven't been to the place on University since it became a DIY place. If anyone has any recent experiences there worth sharing, please do. PM is fine.

2. 23rd Ave. Of the three, provides the worst massage, IMO, either because of poorest technique (about 1 third of the strokes cause me to flinch on my last visit) or cutting the time short (not getting close to an hour even though an hour was paid for). However, this place has the broadest menu available, at least with one of the ladies.
3. 13th St. Of the places where more than a massage is available, this place provides the best massage, at least during my most recent visit. Full hour and best massage technique, close to or as good as Fuji. Saw a lady there recently who called herself "Misho" or something close to that. Would recommend. As someone else has noted, if "Bossman" is there, might only get a massage, so best to check before going.
I haven't been to the place on University since it became a DIY place. If anyone has any recent experiences there worth sharing, please do. PM is fine.I'll go along with this summary. I went by the Univ Ave place the other day just to check it out again. They were all busy so looks like they are doing something right. But an 2 cents worth from some of you would certainly appreciated.

Went by 23rd St today to see how the "new girls" are. All older 40-50, but I've seen worse (Wellness in Wildwood).
Above average massage, acceptable ending. No touching allowed at the end which was weird. $ .6 house fee and standard tip.
Went by at lunch called ahead no male management there asked for 1 hour 65 plus ts 15. Start off by saying massage was definitely top quality same if not better than fugi she spent the full hour did not short me any and worked my entire body. Now the bad I had finish myself she said no she lose job go in handcuffs I did give all the right signs of non LEO and I was at "full attention " the entire time but nothing had to finish myself stil top quality massage I left felling better and relaxed.
