Hi all, here for the next few months and finally had some time to myself. I was in Brandon, stopped at Pure Massage closed for remodeling. So invest in the mere 4 mile drive from Seoul to Sun and witness the glorious experience of either Amy or Hannah (also known as Lisa), either of whom will provide a good table shower, a really good massage, and outstanding, multi-position finish. In my opinion, you won't do better anywhere in the area, although "better" DOES exist (for more money) maybe in Pinellas or Tampa (again, RTFF).

Well, a friend of mine came in from out of town and wanted to find some Asian fun. He reviewed BP and found the ad from the new royal spa. Having read all of the reviews on this site he decided to take the plunge. Turns out it's all false advertising as the story is the same, older very friendly attendant that gave a half assed massage before a quick flip. Was up for HE with some roaming but very uninspired and was out in less than 30 minutes. The place is really slow and I suspect per his comments will be gone soon. Avoid.

Thanks in advance!Having seen no other replies, I'll simply offer that I haven't HEARD anything great about this place. Having not been there myself (because of those previous reports in this thread), I'm reluctant to provide a negative opinion, so all I will say is that OTHER information, reported here, appears to indicate the staff is of the same low quality as the much-maligned Body Works shop down the road (and I HAVE been into Body Works, and walked right back out a number of times. Ewwww), and the similarly reviewed Royal Relaxation shop around the corner on Whitfield (I've been into that place too, with the same reaction).

Drove by at 4 pm, same sign that has been there for years. They are trying to assure folks that they are the real deal. The jack shack down the block that I reported on a few weeks back is on 26th and advertising like mad.
Star is Korean and the other is a cheap Chinses cartel knock off. I will be there over the weekend for an attitude adjustment.

Anyone notice the "new" place on Tamiami is now included in the ad for the shops up north? Do you think that means the quality of the area will improve? I stopped by Star 26 a few weeks ago for a massage. It is an unimpressive house but has plenty of parking in back. I did not meet the madam but was met by Suzy. She has been reviewed here before with positive reviews. I requested a table shower before the massage and was very unimpressed with the table shower. It appeared to be a massage table with a 30 gallon plastic drum next to it that was filled with warm water. Suzy scooped a gallon of water out at a time to bath me. Using the helpful information on this forum from Bradenton and Sarasota mongers I visited Star26. Asked for and got Suzy. About 3 years ago I passed it up in favor for Royal Relaxation, now Final Touch Studio on US44, back when they were on Whitfield. Money well spent IMO. I wandered into Royal Relaxation on Whitfield a few years ago. I did notice they're closed now, but I was (am) not under the impression that Final Touch Studio is, in any way, affiliated with the old Royal Relaxation. Rather, Final Touch opened up a while back, then was soon thereafter "purchased", or otherwise brought under the umbrella of a the Florida Relaxation Studios chain of (3) locations (see here: http://floridarelaxationstudios.com/locations.html). Of the three times I went into Royal Relaxation (on Whitfield, now closed), I stayed once and had a good time, but had an "upseller" who was shortly thereafter terminated for that practice, then I stayed once and wished I hadn't (left and immediately went down the road to Sun Spa for a finish with Lisa. Now gone), and then I walked in a third time and almost immediately walked out (my last time there). Just EWWWW!
I've also walked into Body Works at least 4 times and turned around and walked OUT almost immediately on all 4 occasions, for the same reason. Just EWWWW! That last time was probably over a year ago and I finally wised up and just never even bother to THINK of going there. The talent I witnessed was 100% older, or fatter, or raggedly toothless (meth-head), or a combination of those traits. I never saw anything appealing there at all. That's not to say you won't see something better on YOUR visit, but I'm not rolling those dice anymore. I consider my lesson learned, albeit the EASY way (never having wasted any money there).

Has anyone been to Star Sauna (aka Star 26) on 26th Street recently and able to report on the current line-up? I have a handful of favorites that rotate in and out of there (Suzie, Angelina, and another that escapes my mind at the moment, but would recognize if someone reported her being there), but I don't have much luck getting them to tell me, over the phone, who is working.

So boys, I've finally met Mimi, but at Star Sauna on 26th. Decided to have some birthday fun tonight and Asian was on my mind. Got there and was surprised the lady I had met before wasn't there, though I suspect she may be at VIP or another place, because apparently they rotate and travel quite a bit. And when it changed to Yuuna Spa (at least by mid-2016, going on THREE years ago), I went back to see if it was improved. Still nothing particularly fantastic. They had two girls (ladies), one probably in her late 30's and was rather heavy with simply ENORMOUS breasts, while the other was probably in her 50's and a more normal frumpy-pudgy build. They used to advertise that their hour rates were only 60 (don't know if that's still the same), and I got out of there tipping only between 100 (older lady) or 120 (less-older lady with enormous breasts). At least one of those ladies also worked there when it was called Apple Spa.
When I Google Yuuna Spa Bradenton today, I get a results page featuring sort of an "advertisement" for King Spa Relaxation, and the overhead map view shows the name of the business located there as King Spa Relaxation, although the Google Maps Streetview still shows a sign out front with the Yunna Spa name. Those photos of the girls for King Spa Relaxation are laughably fake. The girls working there would be no where CLOSE to that good looking! I've been to Apple Spa several times (back in 2014) at the 2435 1st Street location. Nothing particularly fantastic. And when it changed to Yuuna Spa (at least by mid-2016, going on THREE years ago), I went back to see if it was improved. Still nothing particularly fantastic. They had two girls (ladies), one probably in her late 30's and was rather heavy with simply ENORMOUS breasts, while the other was probably in her 50's and a more normal frumpy-pudgy build. They used to advertise that their hour rates were only 60 (don't know if that's still the same), and I got out of there tipping only between 100 (older lady) or 120 (less-older lady with enormous breasts). At least one of those ladies also worked there when it was called Apple Spa.
When I Google Yuuna Spa Bradenton today, I get a results page featuring sort of an "advertisement" for King Spa Relaxation, and the overhead map view shows the name of the business located there as King Spa Relaxation, although the Google Maps Streetview still shows a sign out front with the Yunna Spa name. Those photos of the girls for King Spa Relaxation are laughably fake. The girls working there would be no where CLOSE to that good looking! I'm guessing the new name change does NOT actually mean new owners or new talent or even improved experiences to be had! Good luck. At least it's cheap.Currently called King.
