Just saw in News Jornal web-site. This location was raided by the Dover Police. I take back my last statement. After some searching and tweaking of the address, I was finally able to locate Milford AMP by google Maps and off to the races I went.
It's difficult to find at night when it's your first time. I passed it twice, only realizing my mistake when the mailboxes reflected a location 1000+ of the Milford address that were increasing with every foot. So I you-turned twice always (the difficulty being that there are not as many houses / mailboxes on the counter part of the road. I finally resorted to putting my blinkers on and slowly driving the shoulder at 20mph. The building had no exterior lighting, nor was any of the interior lighting visible to the front of the house. The.only- distinguishing characteristic of the building that informed me that I had made it was the small 2ft x 1ft "OPEN" sign that sits in the right window. Ten-twelve minutes later, she returned to provide another fifteen minutes of massage. On the flip, she directly focuses her attention to a certain region of my body (and that's where her focus remained). She tells me "more massage later, let me work on your stress." So after some bargaining, she provides services. After fifteen to twenty minutes, I laid back on the table and she towel wipes my whole body. She says "so sorry, it late and closing soon. I give you more massage next time." Next time? Really? My hour session gets interrupted, you tell me more massage is coming, and some forty minutes or so later you are asking me to leave, only acquiring twenty-five minutes of total massage? Slightly a rip off, but I guess her extras made the difference.
It seems she has been made aware of this site; and afterwards she asks if I could keep her name 'hush, hush'. It puts me in a tough spot, to post a report to the site that made me aware of this fabulous place or respect her wishes. So I hope this report appears to be midway compromise; a report that states the place is open and providing like Francis reports, my overall thoughts, but no incriminating evidence (please PM me or post response of alterations that I can make that would make this report more appropriate).
Speaking of my thoughts, here is how I would rate the spa compared to some of my baltimore experiences of the past:
Provider Appearance: 8/10. She looks and smells clean, great body shape and tone (her A-B cups were a little smaller than I prefer)
Provider Attitude: 10/10. Very sweet, very upfront, likes to provide.
Massage: 6/10. It was a great massage, but being interrupted and overall receiving less than half of the duration I expected, I rate it above average. Do not get me wrong, I would go back for the massage, I might just choose the half-hour instead and receive options afterwards.
Overall: 8/10. Would recommend and repeat.
A Hint For Those That Are Not Familiar With The Area: the only non-paying site that contained the address on google search is slightly inaccurate. The street number is correct, phone number is correct, however the street name is slightly off (not by much, but the listed address puts you like 5-10 miles away from the correct location). Alter the street name slightly and keep checking the google maps. The building snapshot is correct, so if you can see it on google, you found the correct street name.

I had hoped that the AMP in Seaford would open as it is 20 minutes from my home. I'd much rather drive there than to head to Milford or Dover. I did enjoy Milford for a while and switched to Seaford. Tehy have been running ads on Baltimore and DE BP. I was in the area on business today up from Baltimore and decided to check it out.
Started promising no effort to drap me when I laid down and did a medium and soft Body rub while on my stomach with oil. Little bit of teasing with slow strokes over the backside. After about 30 minutes wipes oil off with Hot Towels and has me roll over. Covers the front from waist down on the flip but then ask whether she can take it off. Starts to look promising aagain as she starts concentration on lower stomach and working around the Twig and Berries but never touches them just teases. After a while it's apparent I am in need of HE I request she provide some relief and despite teasing me for 45 minutes she says no you do it. I through off the cover towel many times, and got a smile for doing it, but nothing else. Did go for the leg / ankle / OTC butt and hips roaming and had success, with no motion on her part to push me away. Still, timer goes off and am told that massage done. Oh well. I figured that for $45 for an hour, it was not bad, considering I was sore from driving so much in the past week. She brings me some water, then disappears, and I finally figure out that I am supposed to find my own way out. I head out, and she asks about the tip; I told her I left it on the table with the massage lotion. I left a Jackson for the good massage and the nice roaming (though now I think I should have tried some over-bra action.)

Went here today table shower was so so are be est. Massage was good just the way I like. So it comes to the flip she wants 60 for HJ and 100 for oral. I went a head with the HJ so damage was 120 60 for the hour and 60 for the HJ. I will not repeat. IMHO not worth it.

Alright, so out of the dozen times or so that I have visited, this will be the first I will warn you all to pass for several weeks. Cute listen Asian girl by the name of Amy providing for another two weeks. She is 100% legit and gives 50 min massage for 1 hr payment. Visited the AMP across from Walmart 2 weeks ago. It is very close to me but he proximity to Walmart always bothered me. After reading some recent good reports I decided to suck it up and just do it. Parked behind the bank and came around the back of the building. I was expecting to ring the bell and wait. However, the door was propped open. I found that curious but I was undetered. Walked into the recepton area to find a counter, but no door between the reception area and their "living room". Couch, tv, coffee table. Still undetered I was introduced to Lisa. Nothing wrong or spectacular about her. My room assignment was right next to the family room. This was only bad because for some reason she kept leaving and coming back even though there was someone else there (I think I interupted bteakfast). .7 for the hour and I opted for the TS. The TS was very enjoyable. At least she I didn't end up with soap up my ass like at Christiana. Back in the room we went almost directly to a prostate massage with HJ. That is really what I went there for after all. She was very good at it. I brought my own glove which was much thinner than the blue one she wanted to use on me (like the one at Christiana that took me days to recover from). Seems smyrna is moving up in the world. They now have 2 little places for massage. I have visited each. The one in north Smyrna across from the rest area, well is house with come conversions. There are 2 women to there. Eacho offer table showers and other tipped services. I just did not have good experiance there the second time.
As for the other in dowtown smyrna, More relaxed and changes girls every month to 6 weeks. Always very friendly, and I have gotten everything I could want and sometimes more from them. Women little older then in Norht smyna.

Checked out the new place on Pulaski Hwy between Rt 1 and 13 right after they fork going north. In the same strip mall as the Domino's Pizza. Royal Spa, but just has a huge "MASSAGE" sign on the location. Drew Tina, mid to late 30's I would guess, but could have been older. Nice personality, cute, accommodating, very poor English be we understood each other well enough. Very clean and nice location, with full good-sized rooms. TS was warm and playful, massage good, SMs can private me for more details; I am not sure what the protocol is for this area, as I am from farther up north. Left happy.
Well I had the opertunity to stop in there. All I can say about it is. Its new and costly. 70 just for the hour not counting any extras. The extras were also as high. The place is clean and still under some construction. I can not say I recommend it.

ThanksThere are quite a number of AMPs in Dover and Smyrna area. The one on State St may be your best bet for complete action, but that's my recommendation. I am not from area, but have been to a few down there.

Stopped by 3/4/13 after calling the night before to make sure they were open. Was greeted at the door by "Yoko", she lived up to her name (more on that later).

After assuring mamasan that everything was fine, I got on the table and awaited my massage. To my pleasant surprise, my provider was easily in the 26-29 range, very good looking, easily a 7. 8, maybe higher. Very bad English, it made our conversations interesting to keep up with. The massage was good, probably around a 6. 6, but what surprised me was she asked me to flip. The building is not inviting, especially at night. I was greeted by an Oriental woman, probably about 40 years old. She was pleasant but not especially attractive and her English was quite limited. I forgot to ask her name and she did not ask for mine. After looking at their list of options, I decided to go with the half-hour massage for .4. [The 60-minute is .6 and the 90-minute is .9.] She led me to a small massage room with a curtain covering the entrance. [There are at least 4, and possibly several more, such rooms in the building. ] Although I'm no expert on massages, I thought she did a good job. The entire massage was on the back side of my body. No flip-over. [Is that normal for a 30-minute massage? ] She did not offer any additional services and I did not ask. This was not the most exciting experience I've ever had but, I do have to admit, the massage felt good.
I hope others will provide a report on their visit (s) to the King and Queen.

I have never gotten a massage here before. I too use to use the "code words". I think it gives a feeling of "understanding" or being an insider, or something, like being a member of a club and knowing the secret pass word. But I saw this discussed on another thread and thought: why not ditch the code? We are here for clarity. Seems like the code just gets in the way at times.

Visited Milford last night (not sure the actual name of the place). Not a very good experience. Attendant was older, or at least her face looked like she'd seen much better years. Asked for $50 for the house fee. Seemed high to me, told her I thought it was supposed to be 50 for the hour. Settled on 40 for the 1/2 hr. She was very nervous / cautious, kept looking out the window. First 15 minutes on my stomach, massage itself was really good, can't complain about that. Flip over, look out window again. Worked chest and legs for another 5 until she got to the good areas. Wanted 60 for HE. 100 all. She really pushed for the 100 but I wasnt interested. Lots of haggling, settled on 50 for the tip. Top comes off. Was a little too rough on the frontal "massage" but got the job done. Too expensive, too much haggling and provider was a 4, or a 5 at best. And to top it off she asked me to go get her cigarettes. Sure I said, but I didn't. Not a great night, my original intention was to visit one of the dover spots, really wish I had now. It seems like a new spot in Seaford. Same road as the hospital located in between several Dr. Offices about 1/4 mile before Nanticoke Memorial. Plenty of parking in the front, not sure if any in the back. Neon open sign. Rang the doorbell was led inside by mid 40's decent looking Asian woman. Long hallway with about 5 doors in each side. Last door on the right. $40 (no code) for a 1/2 hour massage. Decent massage, after 25 minutes we flip. Really bad english from this woman so it was hard to make out what she was saying. I pointed down, she understood."You tip" in perfect english. She got to work with her hands down there. Let me roam, under her skirt. Small B's then around the backside and finally underneath. Slipped in a finger while she did her business. Pretty good all around. Closest spot to me and much cheaper and better all around service than Milford.

Had a very unproductive day in Dover on Sunday. Paid a visit to each of the AMP and was disappointed at each. Only one I did not stop at was next to the TV station. Hit Camden. Was greeted by older mama. Paid $60 for hour and was introduced to who I believe was "Gina". I asked for a young girl, a girl like in their ad. They pretended not to understand. I got dressed and was returned my house fee. This became the same at the other AMPs. I'm not into the older masseuses. I'd prefer a very young, attractive lady to take care of my stress. This seemed to be the norm at Camden, Artful Wellness, the State Street AMP, formerly Oasis. I made the final trip to Sophia Spa. I paid $55 for an hour massage w / table shower. Didn't catch the girls name, but called me sir and didn't wash or massage below the belt. Actually, this was a pretty good massage, but not a FS or happy ending kind of massage. I am very disappointed with the spas as of late. Between Laurel, DE, Delmar, Seaford and Dover, the masseuses are older, meaning 40-50 and not very attractive. There used to be some very attractive younger girls who frequented Milford a year or two ago. I know they get different girls in Milford every two weeks, but doesn't seem the quality is there as per other reports. Not sure if I'm hitting these spots on off days, but I'm finding it much harder to find lovely younger ladies. Any AMPs in Smyrna recommended? Stopped into the Milford location a few months ago. Opted for 1/2 hour for .5. Only one attendant that I could see. After paying door fee the door bell rings and another monger enters. Given that there were two of us and only one girl my time was only 20 minutes for an ok rubdown with a fair amount of haggling at the end. Left relieved yet somewhat disappointed at the cost for services rendered and shorted time. Total damage 1.3. Won't be back.
After striking out in Milford I decided to give Seaford a shot. Showed up while construction was going for the interior of the building. Paid for the 1/2 hour but cannot remember how much. Asian lady in her early 40's takes me to the table shower. Normally I love the table shower but it was really cold in the building, so cold my teeth were chattering. After seeing my state of discomfort she put a space heater in the massage room and that improved my comfort. Decent massage, nothing to write home about. It seems that I am having difficulty finding a place in Delaware that really knows how to use the soft touch prior to the flip properly. .40 for a standard finish and on my way. I may return, but will wait for warmer weather.

Ok, so I broke down and went to the one by the Advanced Auto Parts in Dover. Girl said she would be about 20 minutes and I almost left. She asked me if I wanted a girl or a guy of course girl. She said some dude will come in and start the massage but a girl will be in. Ok, WTF, almost left again, but decided to wait just to see what was up. Of all the massage parlor busts I have read about, this is the first hearing about mongers getting arrested. Maybe the age didn't allow them to put something on quick enough. Hey all, I have been going around doing some research on the Dover area AMPs. Here is what I have found in order of best to worst (or not tried yet):
1. Body Works Massage next to Advanced Auto Parts on Rt. 13. Best all around for money and service. You will not leave unhappy. Girls are better than most other places.
2. Camellia Spa. It is on old Camden Road. It is a tug and pull establishment and usually the women are older but good for a tug.
3. Artful Wellness Body Works. Nice looking women. But for some reason I could not get anything extra. I pulled all my usual signs but I think they were testing me to see if I was legit. After being on vacation I felt the need for some play time. After crushing the block and striking out I visited BP. I found a new massage service. So I made the call and was in route. SEAFORD, Del- Delaware State Police detectives have arrested two women at a Seaford area massage parlor after receiving citizen complaints of prostitution activity at the establishment.
Detectives conducted an investigation into possible prostitution on Friday, October 2, 2015 at the Peaceful Wellness Spa. The spa is located at 916 Middleford Road, in Seaford.
Two undercover troopers went to the spa and both asked for a massage. Both the masseuses during the massage offered to perform a sexual act on the troopers in exchange for cash during the massage. The troopers refused and left the Spa. The two masseuses have been identified as XXX, 55, and YYY, 52 both of Seaford.
XXX and YYY were both arrested without incident and were each charged with prostitution and arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 3. X and Y were then committed to the Delores Baylor Correctional Institution for lack of $150.00 cash bail each.

LEWES, Del. - Sussex County is once again the focus of another prostitution sting.
Delaware State Police said Wednesday that workers from a massage parlor in Lewes were arrested after trying to offer sex acts to undercover police for money.
These recent prostitution busts have stigmatized the massage industry in parts of Delaware.
Millville has gone so far as to ban massage parlors from opening in town and other towns are considering doing the same; all due to businesses such as Best Quality Spa allegedly dishing out more than what's advertised.
Police say complaints were made about possible prostitution at Best Quality, an unsuspecting business from the outside located off Coastal Highway.
A black screen covering the glass front door bars those from the outside to peek inside; all of the window blinds are drawn; two security cameras flank the front door. Yet even with all of these security measures in place, the workers didn't see their own arrest coming.
Nearly a year ago in Rehoboth Beach, two spa owners were also arrested for prostitution as were their clients for soliciting sex for money.
Prostitution sting operations also occurred in Dover, Claymont and most recently Seaford, all netting arrests of workers who have mainly originated from one city in New York.
The Best Quality workers come from Flushing, and. Why. , an area that a 2010 Rutgers University study discovered to be a pipeline for massage parlors, prostitution and immigrant workers from parts of Asia.
Dr. Richard Appleby has had an osteology practice located two buildings south of Best Quality for nearly 20 years. Appleby's practice also offers massage therapy but he says his office is a strictly medical providers.
"What I do is I look for areas of restriction in the body, things that aren't working as well as they are supposed to," said Appleby. "Massage fits in particularly when people have a lot of muscular tension and things like that, or facial tightness. ".
Appleby said it shouldn't be so easy for people to open a massage business without clearing the necessary hurdles.
"It's difficult for a lot of us professionals to get licenses to practice," he said. "We have to maintain certification and this and that. So it's a little disconcerting that something like this can get a business license and open up. Where's the oversight?
Both women were charged with prostitution and are being held on $1,000 secured bail at the Delores J. Baylor Women's Correctional Institution.

I am lazy and went to the same mp once more. This time unlike last, was a bad experience. Bad experience in the sense of unavailability of more extras. Massage was good. But there is no other extras available other than a quick release. Left quite dissapointed since I have been visiting this place for the past several months. They change the girls regularly I guess. I had the opportunity to visit Jean Spa today. I was surprised at the amount of traffic passing in front while I was walking in. I called ahead to see if there was a rear entrance but alas there was not.
The woman working is named Coco. She is probably in her forties. Fairly good shape, nice small tight rear end, but cups. Had a nice table shower all areas cleaned. Table shower was interrupted by another monger trying to get an appointment. Back to the room talk to into a happy beginning. After a little convincing she was okay with it. So I visited the little spot in Elkton just past the WaWa on Elkton / Newark rd, in an attempt to double my pleasure. Hour long massage is all that's available and I asked for the finish before the massage. She resisted for a bit but eventually agreed for .6. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
Place on the outskirts of Seaford called Sunshine. Been going for a little while now. Have only seen two girls there. . 5 for the hour and. 5 for the finale. This is not a place to go if you are looking for a real massage. It was very clear from the beginning that she was just rubbing around until I spoke up about what I wanted.

My back has been acting up lately, so I decided to try out Rainbow 7 in Newark, as I've heard that they're a solid choice for getting a good massage.
I drew Nana, an older woman who had a friendly personality and a good grasp of English. The TS was thorough, but I wouldn't necessarily categorize it as playful. Went back to the room and I asked for a hard massage and showed her where along my back I was having issues. What followed was a very solid therapeutic massage. She finished it off by walking on my back and she got all of the cracks out of it. At one point she was worried that she was going too hard, since my back made a rather loud crack, but it felt great so I just assured her that I was fine and to keep going. ST was nice. In my defense, I was trying to tell her no. The woman spoke zero English. But when you have someone climb in top and their hand is on your chest with all of their body weigh focused there, it's a bit tough to move without causing a bigger scene. Just dumping the therapist on the floor would have certainly not gone well.

Lisa was wonderful. I was very pleased. Sadly it looks like she has moved on. If they had a shower and a more private entrance it would be my all time favorite. Those in the area might remember the place on Duncan road, second floor of an office condo. It's back, one suite to the left. They advertise nuru. I got there and they perfect English on the phone is now grunts and vacant looks. Acts like she never heard of nuru. Older grizzled woman, very rushed. No shower. Not returning. And do not recommend.

Decided to stop by and test the waters for myself. Called ahead of time and was texted the address.
Was met at the door by a pretty attractive woman by AMP standards, probably in her 40's (forgot to ask her name). Told me that an hour would be 60, and didn't give the slightest hint that nuru was available. I figured if she wasn't offering it up, I wouldn't waste the money on an uninspired session. So, I took the hour, got changed, and laid on the table. The massage was okay. Had worse and had better. When it came time for the flip, she offered to play Herbie Hancock, I countered with Frank Sinatra. She said 120, I said 100. She refused to budge, I begrudgingly gave in. So yeah. Was received by nice amply shaped attendant who escorted me to the room. I asked to use the facilities. Upon inspection, would rate the facility a bit low. Bathroom was a mess, walk-in shower was a mess and not well kept to many other establishment. Upon return to the room, went through the normal routine and massage. I would overall rate it rather below average at best and length was only half hour to my dismay, but as most of us, simply needed a fix. As with most establishments, establishing a rapport and communication is key as well as negotiation. To my surprise the elite status pricing was well above most establishments which I simply refused and opted for something worth the visit. It was ok.
As for the attendant, quite a shapely woman with many positive assets and perhaps the best part of the experience, other than the discreet location.
Definitely would NOT repeat.

Dislike Presbury and any of the others in Elkton. They charged way too much last time I was there.
I concur with Meatballs selections as well. Just to update I ventured by 214 and. Maryland yesterday and it appears to be closed. No one answered the phone and no lights, signs as it usually has. If anyone can confirm.

I'm not often on this part; but remember reading about Fletchwood closing. Driving West on Elkton Rd, just past the Wawa is a shpg ctr called Interchange? That has a massage parlor at the far end. Don't blink you'll miss it. Did a loop & stopped by. Didn't expect it to be operational the way it looked. Opened the door and saw the beautiful legs of a lady bent over vacuuming. As she turned around I knew the sign on the outside stating "aromatherapy" was just one of the items offered. Maybe early 30's (I'm not a good judge of age when looking at the rack she possessed underneath the sexy outfit). I was possessed but was headed to appt. So, her name is Lily, kinda OK with language. Makeup, etc. Couldn't determine if she is mamasan. No answer to question if she does massages might have been when she noticed I was wearing what might look like a mike or cam. Looks like she's worth a shot.

Let me know.Yes, it is closed. They initially closed temporarily for renovation, but shortly thereafter, it was gone. The only memory is a piece of string where a banner was previously on the railing. Another one bites the dust.

Hit the Elkton spot next to Wawa. Drew the younger of the two ladies currently posted on their ad on cityx (alila). She was much better in person than the pics they have posted and very friendly.
Also hit Ruby in Wilmington. She gave me a pretty nice rub down with her girls.

Not to mention the fact that the carpet was wet and it smelled like cat pee.

I've been wanting to try out an AMP in Smyrna, but they started popping up like popcorn. Not sure which one provides the best time! The damned pics are so much like bait and switch.

Overpaid but made her work for it. But that isn't the bad part. As I was drinking some water and gettng dressed, she began to fix the table. She folded up the towel I had just wiped with and put it out for the next guy. Then she smoothed out the paper on the bed for re-use. That was a new one for me, to not even change the paper cover. I won't be goiung back there.

Royal: Had a decent table shower and massage. Wrapping up, the therapist massaged both inside and out. Surprising, but enjoyable. No skirt, yoga pants. Was ushered out the back door of the place when it came time to leave.
Aroma Touch Chesmar: Really not impressed. No air conditioning or table shower kills it for me. Therapists wore dresses. Massage sucked and rest was rushed. Hot, sweaty, and mechanical don't do it for me.
Royal Spa: With the construction going on and Newark having guys on construction detail, I'm not brazen enough to walk in with so many eyes around.
Not sure why the decline in spa standards. But, I'm not much of an AMP guy either.
