There are many knowledgeable people here that like to help. I think if you open the image file in Preview go to Tools and change inches to pixels, then adjust the larger of the Width & Height to 648 making sure the "scale proportionally" box is checked. Then click OK and save image as XYZ, you should be able to resize and upload images.
