I usually stay off of Intl, it rougher territory than San Pab but then again I usually only look after dark and the seedier elements are more present on the Intl. I'll have to look during the daytime when I'm down that way.

Had a meeting today in the east bay, so decieded to take a cruise before crossing the bridge. There was not to look in the low teens. Saw three sws in the 40's WSW, asw, and two BSW. The one eating the cup-o-noodle looked okay.

I was checking out the blvd tonight, and tried to pick up a ASW. I refused to go to her spot that she wanted and she tried to jump out of my moving vehicle. Luckily I stopped enough before her feet hit the ground. Has anyone else had an experience like this?

Last night I cruised the legendary International Boulevard in Oakland for the first time. All I can say is. Wow! I started at 73rd / International and drove all the way down to 1st / International. I must have counted about 30 SWs! I think I'll start going here more often for a couple reasons: lots of options and has plenty of BSWs (my favorite, yes I have jungle fever, guilty as charged).
I wasn't in the mood to actually partake so I decided to just talk with some SWs to assess them (cost, attitude, looks, etc). Here are my observations, each one followed by a question:

I cruised International on Fri the first in early AM around 4 from the teens to the 90's not much out and only saw one WSW I thought about picking up in the 40's so I left empty handed.

I was feeling down in the dumps on Sunday Evening so I decided to go on a BSW binge. I cruised International from 9:00 pm-1:00 am and picked up 6 BSWs. I had some time to waste on a Saturday and wanted to see what I was missing in the Bay area. Well it was amazing. I hit the track around 4 pm and drove around to get a view. Haven't been on E14 in years but was in the west so as I headed home decided to check out the stroll. All I can say is man I miss the bay. I counted almost 20 between 12th and high. So, I was back in town, and I did my own recon.
I cruised San Pablo Blvd and 23rd Street, and there was a little action. Literally, I saw two girls on 23rd at about 3 AM and again at around 6 AM. Drove through just after lunch today. International had nothing between high and sixteen aside from the famous short girl. My casual, non scientific observation is that the quality and beauty of SWers since the end of BP:
Richmond: Mostly on the east side of 23rd between Nevin and the Veteran's Memorial Hall. In the early evening, usually a group of four or more, surprisingly cute, girls at the corner of Gaynor. Always one or two in the parking lot of Tapatio or Rancho Market. Of course, many regular fat, Richmond hags as well.

This past Thursday I cruised both International Blvd in Oakland and 23rd Street in Richmond. I only intended to window shop, but I ended up making purchases in both areas as the products on display were very, very enticing. I've seen more SWs in the past on International than I did this trip, but there were plenty, dressed very provocatively even though the temp was in the 50's. I got lots of waves and hellos as I cruised the track. A few quoted prices through the car window after first asking "are you a cop?" And the prices were crazy high. But a block off International I found a very attractive woman who was able to provide for a decent price the limited services I sought. Then I headed over to 23rd Street. I'd only been there once before and on that trip saw only a handful of SWs. This time the strip was hopping, with SWs on at least half the corners and 5-10 more a block or so to the east / south. So my technique has always been to ask the SW to jump in (maybe with, "Need a ride? And then discussing -- including cop check, if she wants -- while she's sitting next to me.
"Are you a cop?" is meaningless. Cops can and do lie. They're allowed to.

These days it is important to only offer the SW a ride if you do not know her. Do not discuss money or anything that implies sex. Vice is very aggressive about using the "loitering with intent to solicit prostitution" in recent years. Just remember that when LE is conducting a sting they are looking for anything to bust you with. The good thing about offering a SW a ride is that there is case law that protects you. It also important to spend as little time as possible when picking up a SW. Every time I have been pulled over the LE it is because I wasted time talking the SW.

I suppose the cops chase them around, but at least tonight it was happening on 24th, between McBryde and Gaynor. At about 9:00 there were three mostly fat or skanky white / hispanics on 23rd. Looping back on 24th, at least a dozen girls, including six or eight, pretty hot, slim black girls in full hooker mode: long wigs, skimpy dresses, super high heel boots, mostly congregating in a short stretch between Lincoln and Esmond. I couldn't believe it, so I made a second loop -- this time about half as many. I don't know if they were driven off, or just temporarily in hiding. I can't imagine the cops will let them linger there. It's a quiet stretch of residential street. But, for now, we should go for it. Richmond on the move!

Hey guys, took a quick run up Inty about 9 pm last night (Sunday). On the quiet side, but I put that down to being earlier than I'm usually out -- things start to pick up around 10 pm and are really hopping as you get close to midnight. At least in my experience.
Saw maybe 5 or 6 SWs in the mid-20's, including the BSW who wears a red thong showing off her ample ass. A few more in the teens, and one right near 10th.
Didn't stop this time, strictly recon.

I was up in Oakland awhile back and it seemed relatively safe. The downside is that International Av is fairly ghetto. But no more so that Fig and other tracks. It is important to keep in mind however that Oakland had a major prostitution crack down a few years back. So it very important to drive a good distance to keep from being followed by LE. You are probably better off avoiding the BSW's since so many are into the gang lifestyle.

Arrived at Intl. Around 10: PM. SW activity was plentiful, with a substantial number showing off in revealing outfits. Quality seemed reduced from a couple of weeks ago, but they were making a sincere effort. Activity stretched from 8th to 27th Ave. From time to time a concentration formed on the back street, (15th) between 17th and 19th ave. Action was irregular, with gals popping up and then disappearing. This may have been somewhat due to the extensive road construction and sidewalk demolition cones that disrupted both walking and driving. There was a moderate amount of LE presence, but they were not chasing or harassing the gals. I think its just the nature of the area that demands their presence. Things seemed to taper off at 12:30. Overall, a good night for sightseeing.

Jose.Wow! I'm from Vegas, was there last month and will be back this weekend. I met two great ones on INT when I was there. I try to be off the streets by 11 pm. The first one I met was at about 9 pm, no issues. The following night I was out with friends in the city, didn't get back over there until about midnight, it was crazy. Lots of locals driving up and down INT like is was a Nascar track, saw pimps chasing down girls, two girls fighting and plenty of LE around, decided to get my ass back to the hotel, just as I was about to hit the bridge on 16th found a really nice one and picked her up.
Was out last night, saw an impressive amount of activity for a week night. The now infamous corner of 11th and Intl was quiet, ads were the adjacent streets, but from 17th to 28 it was flourishing. Quality was moderately good, with a few gals dressed to impress. Things were still going strong after midnight. The area in general has a high incidence of LE presence. The patrol the area pretty good, but I do not see them harassing or chasing people away.

There seems to have been a dramatic change from the last few weeks. Far fewer gals out, and the ones that were, seemed to be hiding out, or walking quickly. The alluring and revealing outfits of prior weeks were gone as well, and it wasn't due to cooler temperatures. As a side note, I did not see any LE presence, so I don't think the lack of activity can be blamed on Oaktown's finest. Anyone else care to comment on what may have happened?
International was quite festive in the early evening, (9:30 - 10:15), with lots of gals out. Many were dressed in colorful and alluring outfits. Lots of monger-mobiles on the streets as well, sometimes jamming traffic a bit on some of the corners, such as Mitchell, Miller, and the back street between 17th and 19th. Shortly after 10: PM, LE presence began to increase, and they started posting their cars, (with light bar lit up, or spot light on), in the areas where gals congregate. This reduced activity to a trickle, but it really disappoints me that LE stoops to this kind of harassment and intimidation. In a country where we profess to be 'free', people should be able to wear a short skirt, walk on the sidewalk, or offer someone a ride without police interference. Just my thought.

Decided to hit the track from Miller to Mitchell. 9-11, there was a decent amount of ladies out some much better than others. I drove and did recon for a bit then I got lucky and one I was eyeing was actually on a back street when I was turning about in Gleason and 22nd (she told me the girls scattered when some pimp was trying to recruit) Anyway it was really quiet and just rolled down the window and off we went. She was a WSW taller and cute. Dropped her off and then I still liked what I was seeing and did a few more passes and I kept seeing this taller slim but with curves BSW. I couldn't get he attention on Miller but her and a friend moved North and then her friend got picked up as I rolled up and off we went. So I had a rare (these days) opportunity to go out Friday night to check out the track. Around 10 to 11 pm on Friday. After seeing all of brother HotMarks's excellent postings, I was hopeful there would be plenty choices on display.
Maybe it was too cold, or the smoke, or all the construction, or maybe the popular areas have shifted since the days when I was a regular, but I was disappointed. There were a few lovelies here and there, but not the large numbers I was hoping for. There was one hot spinner in a red outfit that displayed her midriff and ass to good effect in the high 20's on Inty, but it was early in my hunt and I was looking for more variety. By the time I realized my mistake and went back to look for her, she was gone. Hopefully one of you fellows picked her up and can write a review!

As always, I appreciate all of the intel that everyone has provided. Will be traveling back through east bay next week and have a good chunk of non work time carved out to cruise the scene. Last time I cruised International was 3+ years ago so looking for some quick advice.
I remember the circuit well, one of my favs, but want to get a feel for the going rate. From the posts I have read prices have gone up since my last visit. Not one to pressure current pricing I figured I would ask so as not to damage the delicate ecosystem.
Obviously somethings are not made for public consumption so please PM if you don't mind, just want to have the right mindset going in. The girls always have their own perspective on value but I understand also we (mongers) need to maintain the correct expectations on the market.
More than happy to report back on my findings after the fact.

Gill.Based on your encouraging report, I decided to do some photo reconnaissance last night. My first disappointment was that the snapshot function on my dash cam did not work properly. The second disappointment was that the streets around Jack-in-the-Box were severely barricaded and torn up due to construction. LE, including Alameda Sheriff were out aggressively enforcing their morality standards, so I decided to leave early. I'll try again in a few weeks.
The streets are under construction. There are women from time to time who look off. They're usually walking around with a phone. I'm guessing they're not legit, but something else.

Based on your encouraging report, I decided to do some photo reconnaissance last night. My first disappointment was that the snapshot function on my dash cam did not work properly. The second disappointment was that the streets around Jack-in-the-Box were severely barricaded and torn up due to construction. I did find an article about it, says here: "construction of the East Bay Bus Rapid Transit line — an innovative new AC Transit bus service with its own lane from San Leandro to downtown Oakland — along International Boulevard, which started in 2016 and is expected to be done near the end of 2019. ".

1. I've never seen a single SW in Hayward. I've heard there used to be action over ten years ago on A Street and on Mission Boulevard northwest of downtown Hayward, but those days are long gone.
2. I've NEVER seen anyone doing this on foot, and wouldn't recommend it. Gentrification has rendered any place to play within walking distance of any active track prohibitively expensive. LE in Oakland and The City is present, but usually clearly marked. Keep your wits about you and you should be fine in a car.
3. I can't think of a single motel that's simultaneously near bart and conducive to this. I'm sorry.

Whether I pick up in the single digits or the 30's or beyond, I feel like the standard offer is around 80 for half-and-half, car date or incall. But I may not have enough data to make a statistically significant inference. My man HotMarks may have a different perspective.

I live in Vegas, things are rough there as far as the streets go, very inconsistent and rarely ever do we see the amount of SW's as you have here. 1. You want non-residential, light industry kind of area. There are some streets to the south and west of International (toward the freeway) that fit the bill. Car body shops and the like.
2. Not far, maybe a mile or so at most.
3. Yes, or she may direct you somewhere else. It's just common courtesy.
4. Absolutely a risk. Everything should be covered. Be safe.
5. I've never done it during the day. Night is better.

I drive a min of 10 or a min of 1 mile. Sometimes more depending how much LE is cracking down. Basically you want to get of a area known for prostitution. This reduces the chance the neighbors are watching for SW's I have no problem with BBJ's. But BBFS is dumb. I have been SW's countless times during day over the years. Find a safe location is harder of course.

Construction has moved down the road to around 8th - 10th. Pot holes are everywhere, but construction activity has ended from 16th to 27th.
'Twas the night after Haloween, and there were many costumes still on display. LE was present also, but mainly patrolling 15th St, from 17 - 20 Ave.

With the rainy weather mostly gone, International has started to heat up. I went for a cruise down there last night from about 8-10 PM. Miller to Mitchell and parts of 27th were pretty busy. Saw mostly LSW's and a few BSW's. No WSW's. There was probably a total of 10-15 on Saturday. I went again today from 6-8 PM. Only about 5 or so, but it was early on a Sunday. No LE activity. CFS for 60 since the weekend and night was slow with very little mongers.
