It seems so. I shelled out one month and there is NO info. There used to be and I thought perhaps they went the paying route to get away from prying eyes but there is nothing. The system will have several unique features which will make it valuable. Briefly:
1) Most importantly, all posts will be cached even if they become flagged in the future or right away. Giving mongers an edge in contacting for services. There will be a status field which states the most updated status of a particular post so you can easily filter through all posts that have been flagged or deleted by the user etc.
2) Cache multiple versions of the same post. All post revisions (renews) will be cached and grouped so you'll have a history of how a particular post is being modified (including all photos). Even if a post gets flagged or deleted, the anonymous email remains active for a while which will also be cached so you can continue to contact the person.
3) Ability to subscribe to a particular post so if it's renewed / updated, you will be emailed with a link to the updated post (this feature will come later). Unfortunately there's no way to subscribe to an account since CL is anonymous in that sense.
3) A photo browser: Be able to browse through all photos that have been posted where by clicking a particular photo takes you to the post that photo was originally posted in AND lists any other posts (related or unrelated) that the particular photo has been used in. This can be useful in identifying photos spammers use for different posts as well as quickly finding posts you'd be interested in.

I would say about 90% of it is spam or nonsense posts. After a while you begin to spot the legit posts just by what they put. I would say that any post with a number is legit. You also want to look for posts that mention financial assistance, some are very subtle but you'll spot them. Of course you have to also be hitting the listing often before the real posts get flagged so you have to catch them at the right time. Any post with a very clear face photo or a model like TGTBT shot with no number is usually spam.
Keep at it and you'll get the hang of it. Most UTR or Non-pros will not post number and will expect a reply, this is where your communication skills come in to play. When you do reply, don't prolong the contact. Keep in mind that they are getting A LOT of replies so you have to pretty much say that you have money in hand and are ready to meet right away, not tomorrow or next week or whatever.
