Read the original post but I'll try to paraphrase and add a few thoughts.
Rule #1: If a girl ever has a bad review she is off my list. Although any girl can have a off day, but if she has had so-so or multiple negative reviews. She's not going to turn it around.
Rule #2: They have to sound normal and interested on phone and be willing to talk and answer questions. If not do not waste your time.
