A number of posts over the last couple of months have referred to various providers as "spinners" but it would appear that people seem to have different views of exactly a spinner is. Let me tell you how it was explained to me long ago and then see if what I was told matches what you believe. This explanation works much better in person with appropriate hand gestures, but bear wtih me.
Imagine your cock is a propeller shaft. The girl is a propeller. If you "mount" the girl on your "shaft" while standing up, if she's short enough that you can "spin" her around your shaft without her head or feet touching the floor, then she's a "spinner!"

I would define a spinner as Toy (Pine Tree) or Honey (Sakura). Hana (Ichiban) or Joy (Nirvana) more on the hard body/athletic type. I guess everyone's definition will vary as they do with their ratings on looks.

Thanks for jumping in everybody! I agree, there will be some variation on exactly who's a spinner and who isn't. Just to clarify my definition a bit, thinness would have to be a part of the definition, but a secondary one. Height is the primary component. I suppose a really thick girl could still be a spinner if she's short enough, but after a point, she'd stop being a "propeller" and start becoming a "spare tire!"
The exact height of a spinner could also be considered a bit relative. I mean, if you're 6'6" then you could "spin" a bit taller girl than a monger who's 5'6" could! :D
Brother Z brings up another interesting point. There's considerable variation on how one defines "petite." I see it misused occasionally to only mean "thin" when height is half of the definition. I can't remember who or when, but I definitely read a post here once where someone described a provider as "5'7" and "petite." I generally go with the definition the fashion industry uses (although even that isn't a universal standard), and that is: a girl between 4'8" and 5'4" with weight between 80 and 120 lbs. So petite doesn't necessarily mean "thin" as there's no way a 120 lb. 4'8" girl could be considered thin! But, as commonly used here, the term would have to assume that the weight would be roughly proportional to height.
