I think that in theory your idea is a good one. However, once this thread gets more than just a handful of posts, most people won't have a clue as to what your original intent was because it will be buried in your very first post. History has shown that a lot of people, especially newbies, don't seem to read past the current page. Ultimately, I'm afraid that in time this thread will look just like all the other threads with its share of clueless participants.
However, it's worth a try, and I truly hope it works out like you planned. I just wouldn't get your hopes up.

Put 700 West Lake St Chicago IL in your GPS. This will give you a general idea where the place is ( a little west of Downtown Chgo).
