Here is my review.
I contacted Soraya directly, and after very light screening we arranged our appointment. Her place is on a main street in Culver with lots of parking in side streets nearby. I think that the LA Sheriff is simply not going to bother going after prostitution...Gascon's directive for select misdemeanors does not apply within LA City limits, which is City Attorney and LAPD territory. LAPD enforcement for misdemeanors, including prostitution, will continue as it did before Gascon's election. For the LA Westside, the only areas patrolled by LA Sheriff are West Hollywood and Marina Del Rey. Even if the Sheriff shared your opinion re: enforcement, it would only make a practical difference in the areas covered by this patrol map below:

" There is no such thing as a California massage license. We are one of the few states that doesn't have a state license. What we have is voluntary certification, and very, very few of the ladies working in R&T joints have it. In order to get the certificate you have to attend an accredited massage school. One that the state association recognizes, and graduate their program. Minimum requirements are 500 hours of training, but almost every massage school requires more than that to pass their program. If you know the type of people who become legit MTs and get the certification (all of my MTs have the certification. I require it), they're not the type who would be giving happy endings. Most people belong to mult sites so you can tell by writing whom they are and if they tend to inflate rating or not.
