It's a cold, foggy, dreary New Year's Day in O-side. I doubt there will be ANYTHING out today. The only "attainable" sources of providing appear to be from CL, and we all know what those ones are all about!

Apparently, OPD's latest "trick" (no pun intended) is to jump out of alley's at people who even TALK TO SW's, and then threaten them with arrest if they don't give up the SW's contact information, that may or may not have been procured in a casual street conversation. With OPD cops getting MURDERED on the other side of town by sociopathic gang-bangers, you'd think they would leave the VICTIMLESS CRIMES ALONE! God, what I wouldn't give to be in charge of the OPD's budget right now!!

Be careful in O-side. There is clearly not enough REAL CRIME for OPD to go and handle!
