That's what I gave on top of house fee.On my visits to the area, I have found that tips for FS at most AMP's is between. 100-. 140. When researching LMT, tips for FS seem to be closer to. 200. Is this common for LMT's in the area? Just want to make sure I am prepared if I decide to give one a try.

Found this place next to the airport. Other locations were 25+ miles away. This was a hidden location with a fence around it. When I pulled it, a City of Houston inspector was parked outside. LOL.
