If not there try the side streets within a couple blocks east and west in that area. Also north temple west of I15. There is a Mcdonald's with a back parking lot. Park there and someone will approach you. They are all meth addicts. But if that's your thing.
Did a quick cruise down state, around 1700. There were girls out and a hot little brunette by the Arby's. But cops were out and circling the block between 17th and Kensington.
