I have created a new thread in the Philadelphia Forum titled Alphabetic Photo Links. It contains an alphabetic list of girls whose pictures have been posted and identified in our report threads.
All you have to do is find a name on the list and click on the link to see her picture. This should come in handy if a girl's name is mentioned in a new report and you want to see what she looks like or confirm her identity. There is one photo per girl, and I tried to choose the one with the clearest shot of her face.
I hope to periodically add names to the list, when photos of additional girls get posted and identified.

First let me say this, “I believe the Photo Index is the greatest thing since slice bread.” It’s a dictionary and encyclopedia of Philadelphia street walkers. It’s a reference tool of immense value. Like in many great works, there are sometimes mistakes, misprints and omissions.
I’ve noticed a few omissions. At first I thought they were on purpose, part of the criteria. I figured that a girl had to work on Kensington Avenue in order to be listed. Then I noticed that Rocelle (http://www.usasexguide.info/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=71417) - 2009 made the list (Rocelle is from the Old York Road area stroll). I also thought, since there are no Afro –American girls depicted, that the list was for WSW only. However, I quickly put that thought aside, there are HSW represented. (There are very few BSWers on the avenue.) Then I wrongly concluded that looks was the decisive factor. This couldn’t be the case, the looks of the girls listed vary. Similarly, the looks of the girls omitted vary. My conclusion is that it’s an oversight.
At any rate it’s your work and a very nice one, at that. You have the right to include or omit according to any criteria you wish. Here are a few of the omissions I found. Perhaps I am wrong and I merely over looked them and they are listed. Also, there may be others missing that I didn’t notice. I am just trying to help a great thing be greater.

Generally I like to include young WSWs with a reasonably nice face & figure who work on the “K”. Naturally this involves a lot of subjective judgments and there are some exceptions or oversights (Rocelle and Torresdale Jessica, for example).
I can understand and support what is implicit in your remarks, which is a need for a complete list or index of photos from Philadelphia. I have long hoped for a localized version of the forum’s Photo Gallery and so have others since 2006 (http://www.usasexguide.info/forum/showpost.php?p=449380&postcount=44). I hope someday Jackson can find the resources to do so.
The first step is already in place: you can currently sort the photo gallery by location. What’s needed next is to segregate those sorted photos out into the different geographic areas, as the Craigslist/escort listings were decentralized in the last few years.

The task you’ve set for yourself is truly a difficult one. Might I suggest that at some point, you archive a Photo Index? Then start a fresh index with girls active within the last three years, or some realistic time frame. The age of the picture shouldn’t matter as long as the girl has been spotted within the last couple of years or is known to still be active on the streets.
I would also suggest that you continue to include all races and nationalities. The girls on the avenue are mostly WSWers and HSWers. However, there are rare to be found BSWers. It would be more prudent to say a girl was excluded because of her appearance rather than her racial make-up. (If anyone knows of a cute BSW, with a nice personality, who works on Kensington Avenue, please point her in my direction.)

Was this a Sting or just another LE trap? When I think of a Sting, I think of “Decoys and Set-ups.” I think of a sting as an attempt to catch the monger by baiting him with a decoy. When I think of traps I think of unmark cars waiting to trounce on unsuspecting mongers picking up actual providers.
When LE runs a Sting, it is usually followed by a media report, pictures posted and someone taking credit for doing his job. In a sting the monger is the target.
There are unmarked cars and plain clothes LE on the avenue just about every day. You may not see them, but; they are there. They are primarily looking at the on going drug scene.
It’s been my practice to always be on the look-out. LE is always out there and I am always on the look-out for them. There is no other way to be safe.

Well it’s finally happened. I have always suspected that it would happen, someday. And, it did. I figured that if I hung around on this board long enough, I’d eventually run into another member. I will not just blow you off by saying something obvious, like; “Reading is Fundamental.” I know it is a real task to go back and read though the thousands of reviews and post in this forum. I will however point out that the information you have requested has been commented on numerous time by different posters over the years.
I do not know who posted this originally, but; the Admin has included it as a link on the Home page under “22 Rules for Street Mongering.” Start you reading there on the home page. I would also check out the link to “Abbreviations.” Then I suggest you view the 2009 pictures in the “Photo Index,” and read the reviews that accompanied them. Then try to find a regular, a known provider who gives good service (I’d suggest Deb) who is known to be out a lot in a specific area. Start off slow. Cut your teeth on someone easy. Then after you have the lay of the land, move up to the big time.
Here are a few personal things that I do. They may or may not work for everyone. Try to blend in. You don’t have to impress these girls so driving a nice car or wearing a shirt and tie, may not be the way to go. Be low key. The more you look like you belong the better off you will be. First; please get one thing straight if you don’t agree with anything else I have to say. Sexually Transmitted Diseases can be passed on by any girl. Less knowledgeable readers might read you post and think that they will be safe because they’ve gone to what has been alluded to as a Safe Place to pick up girls. You are not safe from STDs because you travel away from Kensington Avenue. Some might even argue that because of the proximity to gay providers, the 13th and Locust area may have a higher case level. At any rate, at either location the only sure protection from STDs is to wear a condom.
As to the picture(s) in question. Her nails were horrible, filthy and grimly; that’s a fact. Otherwise, for a streetwalker, she was reasonably clean. That is to say, at the least, she probably wiped herself off with a face cloth and bit of water, at sometime, on that particular day. I cannot be certain of even that. However, I have noticed that when the opportunity arises and given the chance most of the girls on the avenue will clean themselves up. Some of these girls live in abandon houses or houses without utilities; like running water. Most of the girls who live under these horrible conditions have learned to find ways to practice the bare minimum of hygienic practices. They’ll shower at motels when taken by a date, visit the local churches, wash in a McDonalds or occasionally they’ll have a home to go to and bath. These girls know that bad hygiene will chase away potential dates. My point is that; just because a person is on drugs doesn’t mean they are stupid or by nature physically dirty.
As for Marie’s hands, I cannot be sure, but I’d say she is a nail bitter. I believe her to be one of those girls who never learned to take proper care of their hands. Given the chance she’ll clean them, maybe. She’ll continue to chew them and they’ll never be manicured. Does that make her a bad person, a nasty person, someone to look down on with scorn and hate? Does this mean she cannot give a good blow job?
I didn’t have to post the close-up picture showing her hands. The truth is that even though we were in a lighted room, I didn’t notice the condition of her nails until I was at home editing the pictures. Chester County is way out there, real suburbia. I'm also in complete agreement Chester City is rougher than the K and BWay combined. Third street is nicknamed Third World because of the conditions there. The only thing Chester has going for it is the Casino. Hope this is the Chester you're referring to.

I used to frequent that area at around 3AM (my lunch break), I would never miss. It's pretty rough around there but no LE presence to speak of and plenty of good spots to park. But it's only active between 2AM and 5AM. Trust me there are 5 or 6 BSWs that would rate 9 on the SW scale and one older WSW named Tina who could suck start a lawnmower. This was years ago so I'm not sure how the scene looks now but it was certainly a goldmine for me.

Those tolls on the Ben Franklin Bridge kinda put a hit on the budget for mongers.Good point. Although the rates on the Camden side are a bit lower than Kensington Ave., certainly the bridge toll should be taken into consideration. There are some other things to consider. There are some nice rooms to be had at some seasonable prices. On most days there are less pedestrian activity than that on the "K." And, most importantly from my point of view, having two areas to choose from provides a larger selection.
If two dollars is the determining factor for you, might I suggest you try OYR where the going rate can get as low as $5.

I agree here that Camden has a lot of potential with its selection of girls and lack of civilians that make it easier to select. BUT... Boy do we white guys from Pa stick out!!! From our plates on the car, both coming and going, to our not having any possible reasonable explanation of why we are drivng down Broadway either day or night. I have a few explanations. Unfortunately, if I told you – I'd have to kill you. The trick is not to make the cop fill like an ass. They know what you are doing. Don't try to be too slick like you are trying to outsmart them. The truth is you don't have to say anything. But, that might upset the cop who stopped you and you don't want that.
I was recently stopped by a lady cop. She asked, "What are you doing in Camden." I said, "I'm just driving though." She asked, "Where are you going." I said, "One minute officer, I am having trouble finding my insurance papers." After I gave her my papers, she said, "I know you are over here looking for hookers, you guys are the reason these girls are out here." I said nothing.
