I believe we are all living under a misconception. Pimps today are nothing like the back in the day pimps. Back in the day, a girl could not change pimps at her whim. If what I have been reading the South Jersey threads is true, they are more prevalent on Broadway. Surveillance pictures of a car speeding through a red light, by-passing a toll booth or shooting a neighbor depicts a crime. A surveillance picture of someone getting into a car does not depict a criminal act, IMHO.

There is only Anecdotal Evidence that suggests surveillance cameras are working as deterrents. There is no hard evidence that surveillance cameras have been helpful in increasing the number of criminal prosecutions. If criminal conviction rates had been increased due to the use of publically placed cameras, local politicians would be ranting about their effectiveness all over the news. Public surveillance cameras only make news headlines when they are being installed. After Installation they hang there like last year's Christmas decorations.

In order for them to lock you up for prostitution, they need to hear or see an exchange of money for a sex act. Finally, back at my car I thought things were looking up – she (my car) started. And, I had a plan. I would make a pick-up and go to one of the many nearby places I know. Here is where I cut this story real short. Back on the Avenue I found another girl. I forgot her name. I didn’t take pictures. An error message came up that said I had to shorten the message so I will just send a third PM after this one. Hope that is ok with you.
That isn't the extent of Xxxxx's problems. She has a severe outbreak of Genital Herpes and told me she has tested H I V positive. She attributes this to having unprotected sex on numerous occasions. Yet she continues this practice. I guess it is a catch 22 for someone like her.
It is important the people on here be made aware of this so they can protect themselves with her. She is a very beautiful woman and where there is beauty men tend to throw caution to the wind. She has been with other women with me also. So they are also at risk.
When she contracted Genital Herpes she was supposed to go to the Gynecologist. They called to confirm that she would keep the appointment and told her she needed two forms of identification which she does not have. She never kept the appointment. I tried to get her to go to Planned Parenthood she again refused.
Xxxxxhas also been reusing and sharing her needles so there may be a chance she has Hepatitus C. That is not confirmed as of this update. Her arms and legs don't offer any good injection sites any more. When she can't hit in those areas she hits in her neck. What happens when she can't hit in her neck any more?
Xxxxxx comes from a family with a multitude of problems. Her mother doesn't want her at her home in Xxxxxxxxx. Her father is having severe problems. Mmmmmm issues recently put him in Blankety clinic. This took its toll on Xxxxxx. I'm sure she feels like her world is crashing around her.
Xxxxx is really a wonderful person that stepped into a world so much bigger than she is and it is eating her alive. As is the case with many of the SWs in that area.
Xxxxx is a warm caring loving person with self esteem issues. She has a low sense of self worth. I have been working on those issues since I've known her. I can't get it into her head just how good of a person she is. I have tried so hard to relate her good qualities to her. Of course the Cocaine plays a major role in masking the real situation with her. I believe she is hiding from the real world behind the Cocaine.
Hopefully she will get picked up by the warrant unit and sent to jail or rehab so she can straighten her life out and not deal with the drugs anymore. That may be wishful thinking on my part.
The problem with rehab is there is a 90% relapse rate. Maybe she can fit into the 10% that makes it.

Xxxxx wants to be clean so bad. This is something she struggles with every moment of her life. She doesn't want to be considered a prostitute, Street walker, a *****. She has told me she hates the prostitution drug scene and that is the only way she can support her addiction. She hates doing the dates. She hates the way she feels after a date. She hates the fear of getting raped or kidnapped. She told me that has happened before. Im sure you will agree she just shouldn't be out there. Those fears are ever present in her mind.
I fell in love with Xxxxx when I first met her. I am still in love with her and care very deeply about what happens to her.
She has a lot to give this world through her expierences on the dark side of life and just life in general as she has really been through a lot.
I only hope she is able to clean up and work a positive twist so that others can benefit from her experiences.

I read cookyjar's reports from down here. I never have understood why someone would treat other people that way. The streets are hard. Grew up on those streets. You are missing the point, is not the money is the way you treat them. I have been with a SW that when I saw her neck it had marks of fingers on her. With that said, it is difficult to watch the these ladies decline as their career progresses. My meetings with Summer was an eye opener. In this thread, which was set aside for me and where I am the main contributor, I feel reasonably comfortable going off topic every once in a while. Jaime has been reviewed, by others, a couple of times already. I have nothing new to add except that I was never rushed.
