I dont know to much on Madison but i've chatted with her on aol a few times.. she dont look to bad in her web page if its still up and she has some cheap rates and she does incall at one of the motels in town....I called her once and left a message and she never got back with me.. ???? In addition, men who solicit sex usually receive the same sentence as the prostitutes, which in most cases amounts to a fine, Walton said.According to arrest records, the men arrested during the weekend sting are a cross-section of workers, including contractors, steelworkers, salesmen and truck drivers. Some of them are unemployed.Focusing on men who hire prostitutes, Walton said, serves two purposes. First, police want to educate them, most of whom are married, about diseases. "They can take them home to their families," he said.Second, police are hoping to slow the transactions, which are the base for much more serious problems. 'The money they are giving to prostitutes is going right into the pockets of drug dealers," Walton said. There has been some SW's Hanging out around a small motel off of 15th street just passed the Mc Donalds. I go right up 15th st every morning on my way to work and back in the afternoon. Always saw at least one working both times daily.

Havent checked at night recently exepct early evening around 7 or 8 and havent seen anyone working it. If I hit it lucky I will let you know.

On my way to class wed. at aound 6:00 pm saw two street walkers out.

On my way back home at around 8:30 saw three woman working,two looked pretty good one was so so.

Stopped to talked to one and for some reason she insisted I was a cop and wouldn't give me any information.

Well it ended up being a undercover cop that was part of a sting operation but with luck I won a good battle in court due to the entrapment laws so since then i've been extra carefull but i've had lots of close calls since i've been here in Panama city.

I moved to Panama City back in march and bored on the net discovered this site.. so long time reader first time poster. Saw a afro SW outside the copa cabana on beck , she tried to wave me down. Haven't tried the hobby yet but oh so curious about it. Scared to death of LE though.

Panama City is dangerous with LE. I was part of a sting on the weekend of Aug. 23, and it was the most horrible experience of my life. There were about 64 arrested, many guilty, some of us were victims of blatant "entrapment". We were lied to by LE, detained around 15 hours before so much as a phone call when we were told by LE we would be out in about 2 or 3 hours. The cells were either freezing cold or excruciatingly hot with as many as 14 men in one tiny holding room of about 6' by 9'.

One was walking across a parking lot, "the girl" approached him asking if he wanted "a date". He was really simply returning to his room which happed to be two doors down from the stings room. He said, "I can get a lap dance at the Toy Box (a local nearby strip club) for $20, I guess I'll go for that. BANG! the cops grab him.

Another was approached by the same girl, she asked if he had any money, she held up three fingers, he said, "do you mean $30 for p_ _ _ _? He said, no thanks, drove across the street to his motel and BANG! the malitia arrives with lights flashing.

Another was walking the street, "the girl"approached him asking if he wanted a date. His response was non-committal. She said "o you have any money"? "Yes". "How much"? "I've got $30". BANG! Out of the car they jump and grab him. Over and over the girls said, "I am not a cop. I promise you, I'm not a cop. I'm working"? Someone mentioned that they may not be a cop but just working as undercover. Well, the printed report said she was "an undercover officer".

The papers we signed stated a bond of $500. The judge made us pay anywhere from $1500 to $2000 bond. Of course, we couldn't get the bond because of restrictions. They don't take cash, they don't take credit cards, and the Bail Bondsman prefer not to work with out-of-town residents and they won't accept "collect" phone calls and that's all you can make out of the jail. I could not even dial an 800 number. I had a friend personally deliver my bond. It took an additional five (5) hours before I was released. He asked the deputy why it was taking so long. The deputy said, "the jail is run by a private organization. Once they (those arrested) go over there, it's out of our hands and they don't care.

Solicitation is a 2nd degree misdemeanor in PC. It ended up costing me $290 fine, had to get and HIV test and 20 hours community service.

This will not deter me from my hobby but it will deter me from visiting PC again and doing business there. I saw approximately 10 to 12 LE in and out of the Motel room while waiting to be transferred downtown. I wonder how many violent crimes were committed while they were pissing around with these misdemeanors.

The officer told us it would take 2 to 3 hours to process. After being held for so long we reminded the officers at the jail of this and thay said, "they lied to you, they are police officers". What a crooked LE department.

This all took place at the Value Lodge motel on 15th street (Hwy 98) just East of the Hathaway bridge, or either in front of the Chinese restaurant across and down the streetfrom Days Inn.

I'm not so upset and ?what" was done but "how" it was done. Entrapment, lying, decietfullness, mean! Many of us were business men who had no prior record and had been entrapped, with families that had no idea where we were and we were not allowed to call home. I do hope one day they grab the wrong guy, someone who can fight this "entrapment" and clean house in this crooked LE department.

Regarding Panama City stings: None of the charges will stick, they will be thrown out of court.

The downside to Panama City, is that tourism will drop. The spring breakers will head to Cancun, or to South Beach.

Member, if what you are reporting is true, a good attorney could have a field day with the city! With a number of guys who were doing nothing but being in the wrong place at the wrong time, the thought of "class action" comes to my mind. I'll bet a good civil attorney could really put a hamper on this sort of abuse if enough of the guys who were wrongly arrested would take the risk to get together and pursue it! GOOD LUCK

Wow , guys what a crappy weekend a couple weeks ago. I am still interested in the hobby but my fear of LE keeps me from trying it out. You guys that were in that sting unfairly (if there is a fair sting) should really think about going to the media. If you have a solid case of being entrapped. I am pretty sure they will oblige your wishes to remain anonomyous. From my understanding a lot of the reporters around Panama City don't get along too well with the Police department because they block out information and then expect the world on these stings. (One news station blocked out the faces of sting victims because they did not want to run the story in the first place, due to the violators only being charged with misdemeanors, but were pressured into running it by police who promised to blacklist their reporters on big events. ) Can you say Crooked LE? Anyway.. saw a redhead near the toybox area in the median at 3am trying to wave me down.. she was a 8 or 8.5 , great body. Seemed too good to be true. Either LE or a dancer that liked my ride. Any Escort services worth the money out here? How do you ask for full service? Im young and green and in need of help.

Bad news in PC huh.

I was there recently but had no time for a good time.

My observations are free here, maybe they can help.

Contact ACLU local chapter and see if they can help. If you can contact others and band together and file class action wrongful proscution suit against Sherriffs Office that could help level the cost out, and a gutsy lawyer might just take the case cause he is a liberal crusader of lost causes.

Problem is that SO knows that people arrested for these crimes will take the abuse and get out of Dodge. That is what they count on and that is why they are so aggressive. If you can afford the press write your story to sixty minutes or another news show. Try to show the human side of your story and the blatent violation of rights the SO committed. Roll it into a loss of freedom story and compare it to the Patriot act. Seek news organazations away from the SO sphere of influence. You are right the SO controls the local press.

My best advice is to vote and vote Democrat. Get ride of these psudo-moral hipocritical Sherriffs that can do nothing but bust petty crime. Point out his murder rate and get info on his cases solved and unsolved. Do the math and report the findings to the paper. Make them intriguied with why this yokel can catch "no priors" misdemenor vice crime, but has yet to solve the local mutilation and murder of some local citizen.

Always tell everbody you know what a bad sherriff he is because he cannot solve the real crimes, just busts jaywalkers.
Payback, he is a ppolitical animal. Cost him votes and you cost him money.

Finally, ALWAYS and I mean ALLLLLLWAYSSSSSS ask a girl if she needs a ride. If she won't get in your car then move on. Never and I mean NEVERRRRR say anything about anything untill you have gone a block in the car. This is not fool proof but will help if you keep your eyes open.
Also it is safer to monger in your own neighborhood stroll. At least you will know if things seem too active or too damn easy.

Thanks guys for your notes and support. I am strongly considering going to the media. As for a class action suit, so many of us live out of town and/or out of state. The city/county knows this is an embarrassment to us and the likelyhood of us forcing the issue is slim to none. I just hope they "pick on" the wrong guy one day, a cop from another town or a judge the will take them to the cleaners.

All my life I've been a law abiding citizen but now I am really having to deal with hatred and distrust for anyone wearing a badge.

Now really, are the arrests in Panama City so scarce that they have to expend the resources of so many officers on such a petty action? Don't they have anything better to do with their time.

On another note, the personnel at the Bay County Jail kept complaining about the cops bringing in so many that they couldn't process them. Well, DUH! Quit bringing in so many on misdemeanors and detaining them so long. Either quit bringing them in or hire more staff to properly process these "humans".

I will forever have a bad taste for Panama City and Bay County and will avoid it like the plague. No more revenue from me.

I had the recent opportunity to spend a night in Panama City. I stayed in a hotel down near the Toy Box, which I must say had a few good-looking girls working that Thursday night.

During my cruises around the area seeing who was out and about, I didn't see much except on pretty good-looking brunette on who was walking back on 19th near Palmetto. She looked a little too good for a SW, so I just kept on cruising by.

I also took at look at the various hotels (the chain hotels, not the cheap no-tell motels) and discovered that the Comfort Inn six blocks east of the Toy Box was the only one which provided a unique layout in that the end of the building is near the street. This means that one can stand at the end of the building (preferably on the second level leaning on the rail) and wait for the girls to stroll by. The only drawback to this is it can be a LONG wait. If you are going to have to stay in a hotel, this layout is something to consider. Take a look at the hotel and see what I mean....

Panama City is not dead there is plenty of SW around here along with escorts that occasionaly stop in for a few days. You just have to know where to look. From what I have witnessed, the only action in PC is on 15th Street and occaisionally close to the Dupont Bride by Tyndall AFB (around the JetAire Motel and Eagle Inn). That is where I found sweet Nikki. Early on, I saw a few SW's off of the business 98 route, but they were few and far between.

FYI,

I had some old co-workers come into town today. I picked them up and we were going out to dinner. While driving down 15th Street, I spotted a new SW around the Chuckie Cheese. I have a lot to report on tonight. I went out looking this evening and spotted a WSW early close to Grant Avenue off of 15th Street. It was just getting dark, so I couldn't see her too well. She had shoulder length, dirty blonde hair, some shorts, and a baseball style jersey shirt on. I asked her if she needed a ride and she said yes. When she got in the car, I saw that she was a really nasty looking crack *****, but for some reason I was going to go for it.

We exchanged our "safety" words and then she stated that she wanted $30 for a BJ. I asked her if she knew of a safe place and she told me to just pull over on the side of the road. I told her that I didn't feel safe with that and she started to get a little mad. She then changed her mind and asked me for $40 for a BJ. She was pretty pissed by that time and was mumbling something at me as she walked away.

She again told me that she was working and I asked her what kind of work she did and asked her if she was a cop. She denied that she was a cop, and asked me what I had in mind. I asked her what she "did" and she would not tell me. I asked her to get in the car and we would discuss it then. I told her that her "strange" ways were making me a little nervous and she stated that she had been taken advantage of by other men and would not get in the car unless I told her what I wanted and what she would get out of it in return. She was very careful not to mention any "sexual" terms. I told her straight up that I didn't trust her and would not negotiate anything out in the open land that I was sorry for wasting her time. As I was getting ready to drive off, I did pay her a compliment and told her that she was pretty and had a great ass.

Being the curious being that I am, I wanted to see if she was part of a police sting operation. I drove off, and then circled back and parked across the street from the Empire Buffet at the Econo Lodge Motel. I pretended to be talking on my cell phone just in case she saw me over there. She just kept walking back and forth in front of the same location and would not go any further. That seemed really strange to me. After watching her for about 20 minutes, she walked around the corner of the building and disappeared. I started up my car and drove back down that street to see what was happening and there was two cars parked with a bunch of people behind the restaurant. She got into one of the cars that just so happened to have a bunch of guys in it.

Now, if she did not want to ride with me, why would she get into a car with numerous men? I am almost 100% sure they were pulling a sting operation. She looked too good to be an SW and she was way too cautious. I'm glad that I didn't fall for her charm and try to negotiate anything. Has anyone seen this girl? If so, please watch out!

You're so very lucky. There is a undercover sting operation there was about three unmarked cars with LE in civilian clothes and some had body armor that says police across it. I think one of the cars looked like a dark green Cadalac?? not to sure.
It was the same girl as you described earlier. Back towards the motel's there was a Blonde with a white T-Shirt on and she pretty much stayed around that one area. Never seen her before.

We're going to have to be super carefull for the next week or two I think last year we had 2 of these operations and they lasted for about a week or two each

Yes, one of the cars was a Cadillac ! I also saw the blonde girl walking in between the Classic Inn and Scottish Inn. She would not leave that area. I'm glad that I have good instincts. It just seemed too weird that:

1. She looked too good to be a SW
2. She only stayed in that one area
3. She would not get in the car
4. She would not "prove" that she was not a cop
5. She was way too cautious about the words that she was using.

Well, blow me down. For the first time in ages I saw a SW during the day. It was around 5 Sunday afternoon. She was walking "away from the bridge" along the active stretch of 15th. Very thin WSW, light brown hair pulled up, shirt either tied or tucked up tight up under her chest. I circled for a better look, and with her sunglasses off I concluded that her body was younger than her face. (She was watching out for anyone who was watching out for her, as she waved when she saw me look at her the first time I went by.)

I was in PC on Sun. 7/25. I cruised all along 15th Street from the Police Station west to HWY 98 by the Port. Twice. I also cruised up and down Harrison. Nada. No signs of life at all, not even civilians between 11:30pm and 12:30am.

The "new" Chinese place may be a misnomer. It used to be something else and recently opened as a Chinese place across the street from the Toy Box. I can't remember what it used to be.
Right in the curve of 98 and whatever road forks off there. I can't be the only person to have seen her and she hasn't been there since when I came by.

I was recently in PC on business and had a chance to hit the streets a little. I've spent some time there before so I feel like I know the area pretty well but I've been reading the posts to get familiar with the places you guys on the forum frequent.

I spent several hours in the back streets around the Dodge's chk place on 15th and saw a couple poss BSW but none appealed to me. One crazy acting girl threw a bottle at my car just for slowing down and looking at her. Anyway, that got old so about midnight I headed over to an area I've had luck in before, Cove Blvd. Down near the hospital at about 6th st there's usually some SW activity. It's mostly on the side streets and mostly BSW, but if you see a white chick, it's a good bet she's SW. There's also lots of dope down there and guys standing around on the corners selling. The place can be creepy and LE will really single you out if you don't look like you belong. I don't think it's any different off 15th st though. Anyway, I drove 6th a couple times before spotting a decent BSW hoofing it along Bus 98. Asked if she needed a ride and she hopped in. Directed me to a vacant lot out of sight of the road and got down to business. $25 got me a decent BBBJ no CIM though. Don't remember her name but she's mid 30s slender, good attitude and good service.

I've found girls on the Beach both on Thomas Dr and Front Beach. With all the changes going on rerouting the road etc, I can't see Front Beach being active right now. Sometimes Beck Ave has some activity down around that titty bar used to be called Tan Fannys. There's some cheap motels down there and SW will hang out around open doors. You gotta look close to find them then probably do a lot of talking to get any action. Like I said earlier, Cove Blvd and the surrounding area is usually active but it can be dangerous down there.

Hey I've seen the blondes tonight one was walking along the side walk in front of Red Lobster around 830pm and then I seen another blonde not so good looking hitchhiking across from the Golden Nugget.
