Started my run around 1:00 Turned off Highland on to Coleman Sadie was walking towrad Highland. About the middle of the black undercover dude was talking to one I didn't know. Went up National at the bridge he passed me empty. Saw Melissa get out of a car at Mystic Mart and she headed for the house friend of mine seen her get picked up before he could get to her. Diamond is back in town from Hawaii. Apparently she decided to come back to face a Memphis soliciting citation instead of blowing it off. She said she got off anyhow.
She also told me she was arrested while in Hawaii for solicitation and that after she paid her $1,000 bond, she was on the streets within the hour. She said the Memphis booking and bonding process takes about six hours.
Speaking of booking, she related the following story, which I checked out in the Commercial Appeal and included here. If you didn’t see it on the news already, you’ll see that the shootings took place at the Motel 78 on Lamar.
Taylor has a long record of arrests, including prostitution, soliciting rides, various driving offenses, and even forgery. Hill is young (21) and apparently had a clean record.

Two men killed inside a motel room Saturday morning might have been set up for a robbery by two women they knew, police said Tuesday.
Jarrett Robinson and Darryl Smith were found shot to death about 6:30 a.m. Saturday inside room 123 of the Motel 78 at 3896 Lamar.
A third man, Reggie Renfroe, was critically wounded.
On Tuesday, Memphis police charged two women, Tosha Taylor and Lakeysha Hill, with first degree murder in perpetration of an attempted robbery and attempted especially aggravated robbery.
Police said the investigation was continuing, and they were questioning at least one man.
Police were called to the triple shooting Saturday morning when a driver noticed a man lying outside the Parkway Village motel.
That man, later identified as Renfroe, had been shot in the stomach, but was able to tell police before being taken to the hospital to look in room 123.
Both men in the motel room were dead when police opened the door.
Taylor was arrested and told police that she and her associates hatched a plan to rob Smith and Renfroe at an address on the 6600 block of Red Birch, according to the charges.
When they got to Red Birch, there were several other people at the house, so she and the others left, Taylor said.
Taylor said she then called Renfroe and got him to meet her at the motel.
While the victims waited in the motel room, two men burst in, announced a robbery, and started shooting, according to the charges.
The lone survivor, Renfroe, identified Taylor from a photo spread as the one who had lured him to the motel.

Both had bonds set at $750,000 each for "Especially" Aggravated Robbery and First Degree Murder.

Yoyo has been around for a while, go in any room in the Bellevue Inn and you will see her name written somewhere, usually on the cheesy stand they hang the TVs from. Dreamt I was coming back into town (northside) and came down 51 to Watkins. I was surprised to find several decent choices along the way; must be the Spring weather.
Not too many recent posts on this area, so I'll fill in with some current info. Actually on Tuesday, the reason Coby was left "standing" was because I was back off Jackson and happened across the little crud-hole grocery store on Bayliss just as the cops were setting up the sting you mentioned. Met up with Yolanda (not sure if this is the same girl that was in some posts from last year about a girl "YoYo", but nobody's posted about her recently). So I'll give the quick rundown.
She's a petite WSW with long, straight dark hair. I think she said she was 35, nice tan, probably Italian. Though she looks 25-28. Her face is a 9.5+ which was the most striking feature of her. That's the best of it. On the other side of it, she had a gold filling on one of her teeth, which dropped her rating dramatically when she smiled (I'm not a fan of the gold teeth obviously). Otherwise, her teeth were nice and normal. The easiest way to tell if it's the same girl (aside from the tooth) is when you brush her hair back, it appeared as if years ago someone had ripped her right earring out. Pretty unmistakeable scar since I don't have a picture. Other than that, she was extremely attractive and didn't have much "street-wear deterioration". She didn't appear to be a druggie or an alchy.

Thats where Jon 24 is talking about. If you go west on any of the streets like Central, Walden connects all of these. Usually I go up and down each one when I have time. Big 2 story house on corner of Walden / Central at one time it was a hot spot.

You hit the nail on the head. That's exactly the kind of area I'm talking about, and not far from where Kandy was walking (not visible from the "main road", but kind of obvious once you peek around the corners).
I tend to float back in those areas during the daytime, and discover all sorts of new items without much fear of getting into a difficult situation. If it were during the nighttime, I might be a lot more picky as to where I go.
Another great source of information goes along with my formula.
In many of the carwashes you'll find a guy or two who "is willing to help wash your car". I often take them up on the offer for a few bucks; and talk to them while they help.
I've scored some great finds by telling these guys that a little extra "tip" is theirs each time they put me in touch with a local SW who meets my standards. They're like an extra pair of eyes that watches out 24/7. A lot better than the few seconds that I'm driving by. Choose your attendant carefully though; I imagine some of these guys will rip you off I'm sure. So only interact with the carwash guys that you see there day-in-and-day-out.
But these carwashes tend to see a lot of SW's roam by; and it's great to have that extra "spotter".

I know there's been some on the board who have called all the girls who walk the streets in Memphis a bunch of nasty, skanky ho's. And I'll admit that when you look at mugshots (such as those that were posted in the last week or two), most of these girls look horrible. I'm sure supermodels look horrible in mugshots wearing an orange "one-size-fits-most" jumper as well.
Maybe I'm warped, but I think there's a lot of decent SW's out there. And considering that all the pictures and SW's I've posted, I wouldn't relegate them to the "lowlife, scar-covered-scum-of-the-earth" like some on the board seem to be so inclined to do.
So here's a few more pics of some of the more decent Memphis SW's that don't get as much attention (because they don't walk Lamar); and although I admit they're no supermodels, I couldn't get a supermodel in the sack for a pair of Jackson's either!

Thanks for all the awesome notes and PM's from my last set of posts/pictures. I got a lot of PM's from out-of-towners who said they're coming to Memphis now to "see some of the sights on the streets" and not just Graceland.

On a lark, I'd thought I'd make a run on Lamar after work. I was hoping there might be an outside chance I might see that fine looking brunette with the curly hair still on the street from lunch time-- no luck though.
The WSW by Motel 78 was there however and not worth the effort. I got a close-up view: maybe a 2 in the face, legs had many bruises and, as I said earlier, 90+ degrees for several days and the same clothes she had on Monday.
