Hey fellow mongers!

Greetings & HAPPY NEW YEARS. Did some mongering after the BIG BALL dropped. I was in the Parkville area already so I decided to check out Harford Rd. There were actually a couple girls out-this was around 1:00 a.m Saturday night. Spotted this brunette around Harford & the Exxon I think-Right pass Dead Freddys. Moved in for the pick-up. I worked late on Saturday and then the urge hit, decided I needed to close out 2005 in one our local notels. I drove around W/W, Salvation Army, B/CB, and even PP/C and spotted about 10 scattered SW over a 2 hour span, nothing outstanding. Shortly before midnight I decided to take the next tollerable entertainer available to me. I didn't spot Crystal until 12:02, so I missed my goal of having one last roll in the hay in 2005. Hit went out looking around 1030. First hit Curtis Bay nothing, next wilkens area and nothing than hit payday back in curtis bay. I seen Kelly (thats what she told me). MAybe 5'5, sholder length dark brown hair, green eyes, breast well not much there to say. We drove out towards Pasadena, and agreed on a jackson for bj. And man she was good at it. Nothing, nothing at all. Cruised from 12-2 in w/w, brooklyn, even tried p/p and found nothing at all. I guess everyone including the sw's were out partying the night away. I did pick up one SW on Wash. but she was all jacked up so I dropped her off right where i found her.

I've been a forum lurker for awhile under a different name and a very sporadic monger myself in B'more and it kills me that this is my first post but here it is...

I wanted to warn everyone of a WSW I picked on the W/W loop tonight around 7:30pm around a side alley off of Carey St. She's early 30's, medium build, about 5'6 with semi-wavy blonde hair past her shoulders wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt. I didn't catch her name, not that it would matter.

What shames me is that I consider myself not only a very street smart guy but I'm a large in-shape guy that can handle himself physically in almost any situation (I guess except this one). I picked up this WSW walker and we find a quite dark side street to do the RUACOP thing. She seems really nervous which lulls me into false sense of security. The few times I’ve mongered I’m overly cautious both in the who’s around, what she’s like and where we go. I saw her get into a green van about 20 min. earlier and that too made me feel safer than I should have.

After the RUACOP routine we get down to business and she’s hesitant to mention money, but I figured no undercover would have gotten into my car nor let me touch her. So after some back and forth I get tired of wasting time and mention two jacks for F/S to see what she says. She immediately brings out a pair of handcuffs and says I’m under arrest for solicitation and to put my hands behind my back. I’m not that stupid and I demand to see her badge. When I don’t see flashing lights behind me within the first three seconds I know she’s full of shit. This gets into a screaming match with her screaming "Are you refusing arrest?" and me yelling back "show me your badge officer" At one point she even tries to act like she has a wire and calling in backup.

I start to laugh and begin to take "corrective measures" when she grabs my keys and jumps out of the car. I realized that I was stupid enough to turn the car off but leave the keys in the ignition and with my car all you need to do is have it in park to remove them. At this point I know I'm f*cked!! She says some other bluffing bullshit about friends are watching and starts screaming for "Ritchie" all the while demanding my wallet. I’m not giving up my wallet for this wh*re but images of her throwing my keys into night sky are filling my head. I only have $80 in my wallet and figure it’s not worth trying to explain to a friend why I lost my keys in the W/W loop part of town and could they come pick me up. I throw the money at the ground in front of her and she throws the keys back into the cargo bay of my car and takes off running between houses.

The whole episode from handcuffs to starting my car back up was less than two minutes. I cruise around for another 30 minutes looking for her and hoping to find her or her "friends" but no luck. I figure she’s holed up in some dealer’s house laughing at me. It took me a very long time to calm down but I learned some very valuable lessons. Most importantly I realized I never want to explain any of this to my girlfriend so I’m through with mongering.

P.S. If anyone has ANY info on this b*tch or who she hangs out with I'd be in your debt.

2005 ended with a bang, 2006 started with a flop.

Picked up Donya this evening on Wilkens, also goes by Dee. Wish I hadn't. Not bad looking, 5'6", dirty blonde hair, thin but not ccl. Everything was fine until we got to the motel. Then she began to lay out more rules than a game of fucking monopoly. Don't touch this, I don't do that, fuck me, whatever.

She gave a pretty good bbbj, but the sex was boring, and she is a clock watcher.

Will not repeat. Avoid this one, total waste of time and money. She will likely make my worst list for 2006.

Driving from the south I deceided to take a detour and drop into town about 12:30 am, did my normal loop, all except Washington, fellows all I can say was this town was just straight up dead, I saw nothing, not even something or someone with the homeboys, I did see my share of LE, so I made it back to my route and headed towards DE. I was reading Muff Scout's treatise on how not to get busted and wanted to add my $.02. Not talking business through the window saved me a bust in DC many years ago. The SW got really pissed when I couldn't tell her what I wanted and refused to get in the car. Told me to come back when I knew. Did a few turns, came back around and parked a couple of blocks away and after a minute, eureka! Her friends were pretty well hidden.

Love reading the B'more board. Between Stripperella and Heather you guys could start your own reality TV soap opera.

Here in the Tidewater, VA area we're suffering a distinct lack of opportunity, not that I get out all that much anyway. I travel to MD but its more in the N.western MD areas and a visit to B'more would be too far out of my way for a mongering trip.

I've been lurking on these forums for sometime now and mongering occasionally off and on for the past 3 years so it pains me this is my first post.

I picked up a wsw near the side alley off of Carey & Washington last night around 7:30 pm. She was about 5'6, early 30's, semi-wavy blonde hair past her shoulders, wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt. She rated about a 6 or so. Didn't catch her name not that it mattered.

I'm consider myself a very street smart person and I am very careful of my surroundings and who I pick up. So when I saw a older guy pick her up in a green van and park in a dark alley way 20 min. ago I felt safe enough to approach her.

We do the RUACOP thing and I ask permission to touch her just in case she's ULE, we drive around a little and I make sure I choose the spot. All the while she refuses to mention money and i just think it's because I look like a cop. After getting tired of wasting time I offer 2 jacks for FS to get her to ease up. She immediately pulls out a pair of handcuffs and says I'm under arrest for solicitation and orders me to put my hands behind my back. She says she'll be easy on me if I help her out. But like I said I'm no dummy and no ULE women is going to get into a car and drive away. I immediately say I want to see her badge all the while making sure she gets no wear near me with those handcuffs. When I don't see flashing lights and back up within the first 3 seconds I know she's full of shit and looking to scam me. She starts trying to bluff me screaming "are you resisting arrest" and even acts likes she's speaking into a wire.

At this point I'm on the lookout for someone working with her and when I realize that she's alone I go to take "corrective measures" to get this b*tch out of my car. My major flaw was that I parked the car and left the keys in the ignition. With my car it's easy to remove the keys once in park and turned off. When she realizes that I'm not buying her ULE routine ,grabs my keys and runs out of the car. This is where I know I'm f*cked !!!

She starts screaming at me for my wallet and says she's working with friends.
By now I'm in such a rage that I'd love to met her friends but images in my head of watching my keys go flying through the night sky keep me in check.
I realize that she's got the upper hand and the $80 in my wallet isn't worth trying to explain to a friend why I lost my keys in pigtown and could I get a ride. She's also screaming so loud that I'm worried she'll attract LE, which I don't want. I throw the money out of the car (keeping my wallet) and she throws my keys into the back of my car's cargo bay. I bolt out of the car to make sure the keys are actually in the back and she’s running down the street screaming "Ritchie Help". On hindsight I should have just ran after her, but it's too late now.

It all happened very quick from handcuffs to starting my car back up was less than 2 minutes. I spent the next half hour driving around pissed off praying to find her but realize that she's probably in some dealer's house laughing at me. What caught me off guard was how bold she was. I'm a big in-shape guy and I'm surprised she took the risk with me. I figured this type of scam was for the old mild-manner suburban guys more worried about their reputations than putting up a fight. I guess the jokes on me

since my post debunking the “are you a cop” and the “touchy, feely” myths, i received a couple of pm’s from newbies asking questions about safe mongering. in response, i have put together these guidelines to help newbies enjoy this hobby in a safe and productive manner.

start by reading the forum. no, i’m not saying that to be a wise ass. it just makes good sense. if you read the forum, you will learn the geography of our monger hunting grounds, who the providers are, who gives good service and which girls to avoid, hot le spots and more. i can’t understand why so many of you don’t do this. if you were going into battle, wouldn’t you scout out the enemy and learn everything you could about them? well the same applies here. in our case, information represents power, safety and the path to a good time.

don’t monger with beer goggles on. alcohol and drugs impair your judgment, making it more likely that you will do something dumb, and wind up getting arrested, ripped off or worse.

secure your valuables. i don’t just mean your money, cell phone and digital camera. your most important valuable is your privacy. don’t leave anything laying around the car that has your home address on it, shows where you work or anything else that would allow a sw to follow you into your personal life. a married buddy of mine was blackmailed by a sw who saw his employee parking tag in the car, and showed up at his job with her boyfriend. it got so ugly, he had to change jobs.

protecting your identity also includes paying for the motel room with cash. use a fake name, address and vehicle plate number for the register. they never check.

don’t draw attention to yourself. i hit the stroll about 3 am one night this summer and saw a howdy doody white guy driving a z convertible. at that time of the night, there are only two reasons for a guy like that to be in the hood, and both are illegal. blend in as much as possible.

make sure all the lights on your vehicle are in working order. don’t drive down the street at 3 mph holding up traffic while you search for sw’s. don’t make crazy assed u-turns in an effort to beat your fellow mongers to the pick-up. come to a full stop at all stop signs. don’t come to a full stop in the middle of the road to pick up a girl with a long line of cars behind you. pull over for the pickup. in other words, follow all the rules of the road. don’t circle around endlessly. one of the nosy neighbors will notice you and inform le. don’t hit on civies and for god’s sake, leave the **** girls alone. don’t give le an excuse to pull you over.

the “pickup” is the single most dangerous aspect of our hobby. it is then when we are most exposed. during the pickup, your monger radar should be going full blast. be aware of everything around you. watch for cars coming from every direction. assume every other vehicle contains ule. keep an eye open for anyone approaching the driver side door. the last thing you want is some brother opening your door and rolling you right there. once she’s in the car, move off quickly.

never pick up a girl you have not seen before. no matter how hot she is, avoid her until you have seen her a couple of times, or until you have seen her picked up by another monger with no resulting sound and light show.

never discuss business through the open window of your car. decoy fle will never get into your vehicle. if she wants to talk business through the window, she is one of three things, undercover le, a sw setting you up for a rip-off, or a rookie sw. do you like those odds?

when you do pick up a sw for the first time, engage in casual chit chat until you have driven some distance from the pickup spot and are sure you are not being followed. make her initiate the transaction, especially the first mention of exchanging money for sex.

be alert on the drop-off as well. monger radar on full blast. be aware of your surroundings. the longer you sit there, the more at risk you are.

go to your spot, not hers. if she refuses, drop her off. you never know what will be waiting for you at her spot. one of our fellow mongers got ripped off recently at the sw’s home. don’t put yourself in a position of weakness. home court advantage is critical to your safety.

don’t overpay. one jack for bj, two jacks for fs. i never pay more than 3 jacks for anal, usually 2.5. tipping optional. if the girl is nice to you, be nice to her, but don’t go crazy with the tips. a bj from a sw is not worth 4 jacks. fs is not worth 5 jacks. if you are firm, more often than not they will settle.

never give them any money until you arrive at your destination. then, if they insist, give them the base fee only. hold back on the tip.

you are much better off lowballing on initial dates, then raising your tip on subsequent dates if they are worth it. you’ll get more out of them that way, rather than overpaying early on and then trying to average them down.

practice safe sex. if she is doing it bareback with you, she is doing it with everybody. i like bbbj’s as much as anybody. as a result, i have caught ngu three times in my years of mongering. it could have been much worse. cover your buddy for everything, but especially vaginal and anal sex. if you don’t carry condoms around, all the motels sell them.

guys, there are three girls on the wilkens stroll who are very popular. two are hiv+, the third has hep c. i know this for a fact. two of the girls told me themselves. i learned about the third from her mom. i’m sure these three are not the only ones out there with an std. don’t play russian roulette. you will lose.

get yourself checked up often. many of the nasties we expose ourselves to can be asymptomatic. i go to the caroline street free clinic every three months. takes about 1.5 hours to get tested. i usually get a full battery of tests. if you test positive for any of the routine stuff, meds are free. staff is non-judgmental. i always tell them what i do up front so they know what to look for. you can use a fake name and id info if you wish. just make sure to remember to use the same fake id when you return for results. contact info is as follows:

just in case you run out of luck and get pulled over, don’t panic. have a simple story line ready and stick to it no matter what. keep your hands on the top of the steering wheel where le can see them. don’t move unless you tell le first what you are going to do. that includes reaching into the glove compartment for your registration.

admit nothing, no matter what le says to you. be extra polite, this is not the time to be a wiseass. answer their questions in a calm voice. do not be confrontational. follow the officer’s instructions. do whatever they ask. but remember, stick to your story. the last time i got stopped, the officer told me he knew i was lying about what i was doing. i looked him right in the eye and politely said, “i’m sorry you feel that way officer, but i am telling you the truth.” he let me go. now if he were a prick, he might still have arrested me, but i gave him no reason to lose his temper.

i’ve been stopped three times with sw’s in my car. on one occasion, the girl was dirty. i’m sure my being polite and cooperative with the officer had something to do with my being let go while she was arrested. remember, we are a nuisance to le. they have bigger fish to fry.

if you do get arrested, stick to your story and admit to nothing. 90% of the time, you will be let go with no charges being filed. you will spend 24 hours in central booking and have some explaining to do to your so, but no charge, no record. if you get caught in a sting however, all bets are off.

never, ever, ever, ever, ever, under any circumstances, take a sw to cop. no matter how much she begs, just say no. she’ll tell you it will just take a few seconds. she’ll tell you the sex will be better. she may even offer you extras like anal. just say no. the results can be catastrophic to you, and impact your life until the day you die. if vice sees the girl get out of your car, cop, then hop back in your vehicle, you are dead. they will pull your ass over and arrest you. you will now be facing a felony drug charge instead of a soliciting misdemeanor. think the girl will vouch for you? good luck dickhead.

avoid emotional involvement. always remember that all we are to these girls is a source of money, food, cigs, and occasionally a clean, warm place to sleep. nothing wrong with having an occasional beer or bite to eat, but keep your relationship in perspective. it’s all about the drugs. treat the girls nicely, but keep a firewall between your life and hers. don't get involved, you will regret it.

mongering is like any hobby. there is a skill set that must be mastered. this is not a game for amateurs. the risk is high. the consequences of failure can be devastating. some of you newbies seem to feel we seniors do nothing but foster an evil culture on this board. the reality is that most seniors have successfully practiced this hobby for a long time. there is much you can learn from them that will help you enjoy this hobby in a safe and productive manner. you will find they are willing to help, as long as you show that you have done some homework. the other day, i reread all the 2005 posts on the baltimore board. it took me about three hours. searching on specific topics takes just a few seconds. are a few hours too much time to spend preparing for a hobby that has such downside risk? are the seniors asking too much of the newbies to make this investment before asking questions whose answers can usually be found in seconds by doing a search?

I was in Vizzinis caryout the other day and there were 2 LE officers waiting for their orders. I was talking to one of them about guns when a ULE came in and the the LEO I was talking to acknowleged him and said whats up Sarg?

They got into conversation and I just stood back and took it all in, the ULE was vice and said something to the affect of in the near future they were going to start surveilance on the sw's and take digital pics of them getting picked up by mongers and then send warning notices with pics to the registered owner of the vehicle. This guy was a older guy looked like a marine DI and when he left the carryout I was shocked when he got in a Honda that I have seen many times in the area. Be extra carefull out there.

Plans for the New Year fell through so I called up Redhead Jen on Conkling fame. Gave me a discount did charge me for the room. I don't know why you guys don't like her ooo yeah. I've also worried about a SW taking my keys and running. So, I got another key made and I keep the complete set of keys hidden in the car. If a SW takes the ignition key, it really isn't that big of a deal. Once I had a SW question why there was only one key in the ignition. She must have been worried that I was LE because she sprinted out the door at the next stop. I guess I could add a couple of old keys that aren't used any longer and have something that looks like a real set, but it really hasn't been a problem.

First, a report, then some commentary.

I have been hitting the streets hard, and with no success. My desperation has taken me far from my usual hunting grounds at PP/C over to W/W over the holidays, and the pickings have been slim. Actually saw a decent WSW on Carey and Washington, but all bundled up, so who wants to take the chance. She seemed plain, and if she is a 6 outside the car, I guarantee she is a 4 in it. They never get better looking after they get in the car. Hey you should add that to your rules Muff.

Had a close encounter of the SW kind on PP/C with "Camille". That is the name she gave me. Something just wasn't right. Looked ok outside the car, much older, and worn in the car. (see above paragraph) Decided to bail. Nothing much else out, except the lights on Conkling below Lombard. What is up with that? Oh I did see the hottie I picked up twice before. She has gone from an 8.5 to a 7 to a 3. I didn't even acknowledge I saw her, she has gotten that bad.

Don't get me wrong gents, there are SWs out there, but I only seem to find the skanks. When I began this hobby, there were plenty of attractive, young women available, especially PP/C and Hambden.

So unable to find respite, I have also been hitting the block again. Pathetic there too I must say. With the departure of the bartender to another club, the hangout where Trash and I had our usual starting point for our block tours is a sad and pathetic place. Its amazing how just over a year and a half ago it was full of hotties. I have broadened my horizons, and popped my head into some clubs I previously avoided. The one constant on the Block is change. Found a few leads on my last trip. One young, thin, blonde lady offered to meet me after her shift. It was too late for me, but we agreed to meet later this week. I will see if she follows through. Oh, and she is clearly on H, but definitely not down to street level yet. I have a promise of a full hour... Also saw an old friend who addiction is much milder. She may call, but was high when we talked, so who knows.

Muff: terrific job on the rules. I do differ on the "don't pick anyone up unless you have seen her before part" Hell, I almost never see the same girls twice! I would never get anywhere if I followed that rule. Of course, its been dry for a while here anyway...

I am glad to hear you were able to escape your incident with only the loss of money, and it should be a lesson to everyone that you can never be too careful.

Here is the approach I use in this type of situation: Whenever a girl refuses to get out of my car or makes and kind of threatening remark or action, I try my best to keep her at bay (with conversation, etc) until I can drive to a lighted area, preferably a convenience store, etc. Sometimes this can be accomplished by telling her that you want to get a drink or something to eat, and even offer to buy her something as well. When you get out of the car WITH THE KEYS, pull out your cell phone and tell her you are calling 911. Almost all of these girls have an arrest history and want nothing to do with the cops. If you do have to call the cops, it's your word against hers. You can say that you offered her a ride, or that she jumped into your parked car and tried to threaten you. As long as you are sober and have no criminal history you have nothing to worry about. For me it has never gotten that far because once I am out of the car and threatening to call the cops, she is out faster than you can say "Baltimonger".

On one occasion the girl was so threatening towards me (demanding money, refusing to get out) that I slammed on the brakes, pulled my keys, and jumped out in like 3 seconds. I went over to her side of the car with my phone in hand and said... "Look, the cops are on the way and I am sure they are going to believe my story rather than some drugged up street wh*re..." Let me tell you, this b*tch changed her tune quick.

The point is, as soon as you let your guard down this type of incident is bound to occur. Always be aware of your surroundings and if something does not feel right, follow your intuition!

The last year was spent in the AMPs in DC. There were many wonderful times. But, my fororite, Angel is on vacation, and just saw Mimi.

Started around, and around, and around the Wilkens area. Been a couple years since any serious efforts. But, DC may be without AMPs in the next months. Time to find a few regulars in Baltimore. Further, the Block is not the answer. Much too much cash, for much to little service, and getting hooked up with for "Take Out Require Service," can require a small fortune.

Wikens it was a sellers market, I saw only 3 possibles, and acceptables, in about 4 hours. The few hotties were picked up before one expedited trip round the block, to get into position.

Talked to Crystal. Not that she was high, but at least about two inched floating above the ground. Not sure of her exact name, but perhaps Martha, who lives on the last house, on the corner, just past the old donught shop.

What these two agreed, was there was a "Warrent Sweep," between Christmas and New Years. Reliables like Krissy, my objective this evening, many others are quests of the City.

I do not know how long such a get away lasts. In the "Golden Days" in DC, the ladies "Manager" would keep this get away for a day. Anybody know how long this is for in Baltimore.

Marion Barry did not want to cut off his supplies in DC. Slightly off topic is that he got stuck up on Monday!

Saw a WSW who was about a 7 on the Track, and 4/5 in the light at Tim's. Unlocked passenger door, she jumped in, and get away was without impediments. Reciprocal "You a cop?" tests set the evening right to proceed. Don't remember her name, but did right it down in the car, and will learn it.

Great attitude, good services, and knew the difference between the 1st and 5th Amendments. Talked about this in regard to "Warrent Sweeps." Was absent from law school the three years that this was taught, but don't think there is any requirement to make any statements during a sweep, nor a requirement to provide inormation. That would be like the Nazi SS requiring your "Papers."

Finally, every working professional used the word "Track." Now the incoming word is "Stroll." Your thoughts?

The best thing for a situation like yours would have been pepper spray or a 300,000 volt stun baton, she is always in the area but if you confront her she will say it must of been her sister which is also a figment of her imagination. Consider yourself lucky as she is known to carry a piece of broken glass or a razor blade to protect herself.

HBO On Demand has an occasional series re: sw's in various cities. The current episode they've got is based in NYC sometime in the last year or two. At any rate, they follow around this sw (I have no clue how she got picked up in the first place but I digress) who had bough herself a $5.99 novelty badge and a set of handcuffs doinig the same exact scam.

Bottom line is that ULE, at least in Baltimore will pop you without getting in the car, unless they're following you - in which case you should have a story worked out ahead of time, and STICK TO YOUR STORY. If a sw starts running this scam on me, I have absolutely no problem throwing the car into park, grabbing my keys and walking to the local corner pub for a pint.

I was in the throes of CG with a little hottie a while back and we got lit up by the local cops on patrol, in retrospect we were pretty fucking obvious and we *were* there for a really, really long time.

We told the police we had met a a bar (incidentally, this was entirely true) and were both cheating on our SO's (also true) and well, dumb move horny people make stupid mistakes (this from the journal of DUH). The cops ran our info, we were both clean (I knew that I would be), my guess is that she is a real part timer if she's a sw at all, but they let us go with a warning about W/W being a dangerous neighborhood and the potential of our getting carjacked.

Then again, New Orleans has issues that Baltimore won't ever be cosmopolitan enough to deal with.

The basic rule of thumb is that if it looks to good to be true, it probably is.
Its sort of like shopping when you're hungry - you come home with all sorts of crap you don't really need. If you head out when you're sperm in the eyeballs horny, you're only inviting yourself to a whole heap of shit, and deservedly so.

But if you venture out halfway horny and the slightest bit lucid, read the forum and the tips the seniors have posted, you'll meet a sw who you can visit whenever you want, as horny as you want, and not risk anything beyond ending up with your very own stripperella nightmare.

This doesn't sound like the "Carrie" I know. I had my cell phone stolen by a "Carrie" who I think is the "Cash and Carrie" we all refer to. Bravo Muff! Could not agree more. SWs like the one who ripped off Norm or this Carrie you guys mention who is into other kinds of rip-offs, scams, and spreading disease deserve no privacy whatsoever. I heartily endorse posting pictures of people like that. I started packing my digital camera last summer after getting ripped off in Philly for the first time in years. Would love to post a nice close-up of that chick.

But lately I do feel some queasiness and guilt about ID'ing or getting a little too personal in what I post about other girls I date. Some obviously don't care. That's fine. This doesn't sound like the "Carrie" I know. I had my cell phone stolen by a "Carrie" who I think is the "Cash and Carrie" we all refer to. The sw I know has platinum blond hair (same color as Wilkins Ave. Tammi) a little past her shoulders, has some meat on her, a nice butt and I've always seen her on/off Wilkins, usually around Payson? I guess it is possible she cut her hair and moved over to Washington, but it sounds like two different girls.

Guys, I just want to make sure everybody understands where I'm coming from.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with posting a girl's picture on this or any other website, candid or otherwise, as long as she agrees. Also, if a girl is a known ripoff artist, she deserves to be outed.

However, there are girls on our stroll, who have made it clear to me, that they do not want pictures of themselves posted on this website. They have different reasons. Some are afraid of family finding out. Some wish to stay under the LE radar screen. Is this any different than a girl showing you where she lives, or giving you her digits and asking you not to share? Whatever the reason, however flawed we believe their logic to be, I believe we should respect their wishes.

As for revealing info, I agree, that's what this board is all about. But the info to be shared should be related to getting laid. Info about what a girl looks like, where you found her, what time, what services she provides, how much she charges, is all ok. What I was refering to was personal info on girls who are making an attempt to get clean and leave the life. They deserve a chance.

I want to briefly provide my take on the privacy issues and correct some misinformation provided by another member. Hopefully, it will put this issue to rest.

Very simply put: when a person gives you some information and tells you that it's in confidence, you must treat it accordingly. You must respect that person's privacy and keep the information to yourself.

However, when a person is just making general conversation and doesn't tell you the information is in confidence, it becomes a different matter and you must use your judgement whether to reveal the information or not.

For example when Angela mentioned to me and others that she was trying to get into a drug treatment program and had a bartending job lined up she never mentioned it was in confidence. There are numerous establishments in Elliott City that serve liquor. I did not identify the specific one she will be working eventhough I do know.

Speaking about those girls that say they are in or going to get into drug treatment programs and mentioning this on the board is no privacy violation either. Most of these girls freely say they are in non-residential programs or trying to get into one. It's general information they share with most anyone. In fact most of us wish them well and are supportive of their efforts.

We all know that many of these girls are not shy when it comes to taking pictures. They will tell you what their limits are and you must respect them. Some girls will let you take their pictures for your private use only. Others don't mind having their pictures posted our board while others do. You need to respect their limits and if you don't know ask them.

For example, Jenn told me and others that she didn't mind having her picture taken and posted as long as her face was not shown. There was no confusion or misunderstanding and you abided by her wishes.

It also has been said that I provide too much information about some of these girls to impress you with my knowledge of their personal lives. Wrong again.

Like most of you it can get very confusing when we are talking about various girls since many use the same street name or change them frequently. In my posts I try to provide enough information to clear up any confusion as to whom I'm referring and to make it an interesting read. Any information told to me in confidence is never posted.

Enough is enough about this issue. I hope this is helpful.

Urban, all good questions. I do not believe in posting info regarding girl's health status on the board. However, I do warn mongers through back channels.

The problem is, many of the girls will lie to you and tell you that other girls are HIV+, or have Hep A, B, C, just to scare you so that you will stop dating them. Did the B/CB, W/W, and PP/C areas on both Friday and Saturday nights.

On Friday I did a PP/C area one time (about 9:00 pm) and did B/CB and W/W twice (about 8:00 and 10:00). Very few SW were out, only one looked good enough to pick up, found her on Baltimore across from the park. As soon as she got in my car the smell was so bad that I sent her back immediately. I eventually drove home with the windows open to clear out the stink. How can one person be in my car for no more than 30 seconds and stink it up so bad?

On Saturday I was hoping to get a double so I did the same areas several times from about 7:00 pm until 2:00 am. Overall, the sights were dismal but at around 9:30 pm I spotted Kelley at 4th and Pontiac (about 5'6", thin, wavey dirty blonde hair, about 30) and picked her up. I've been with her before for a BBBJTCIM and was totally satisfied so I opted for an hour at a motel on Rt 1. The BJ tease was great but when we started some mish she was so dry inside that it was clearly painful for her and not so great for me. While all this was happening, you asked other members to come to your rescue which tied up our board for weeks. All of this was unnecessary and was completely avoidable.

Flaming members is a violation of Jackson's policies. Yet you persist. Guess you think you are above his rules or they don't apply to you. You are lucky that Jackson is too busy to monitor our board to see for himself the disruption you are causing.

You need to remember that we are here as guests and at the pleasure of Jackson. He can pull the plug on anyone of us at any time. It is almost like you are taunting or challenging Jackson. You have shown total contempt and disregard for Jackson and are putting all of us at risk.

Muff, I have asked you repeatedly, both privately in PM and publicly on this board, to quit your flaming of members and to treat ALL members respectfully and courteously, but you continue your attacks.

I don't know how many more members we will lose because of your rude behavior, or members who will be reluctant to post for fear of ridicule by you. It's a shame and has a chilling affect on our board.

If you don't like a post (or the member who wrote it), move on to the next one without comment rather than berate the member.

This innocent responded to me and other seniors, as was his right. As for Wheezer's retort, he came back at me with a humorous dig, which I found funny. Then he backed off, having made his point. I can appreciate both his post, and his behavior. If you are using my treatment, and the subsequent treatment of Saleing by many other seniors as the foundation of your case against me, well sorry, but case dismissed.

Could all this have been avoided? Yes! If newbies would RTF and make just one small contribution before asking dumbass questions, they will not get beat up. This, btw, is the norm. Saleing was the exception.

As for asking the other members to come to my rescue, dream on. I seem to recall asking the other members to tell me if I was wrong. From my post of 12/1/05:

Rather than stifling discussion, I believe, modestly of course, that I have played a small part in helping to foster an exchange of meaningful information, along with Baltimonger, before he retired, and great newbies like Ryou and Rookiemonger.

Who exactly have I chased away that has ever made any contributions to this board?

For every member I have called a dumbass, there are 20 who I have helped with info on the girls either on the board or through PM's. I seem to remember a lot of posts with my name in them followed by the words "thank you for." Many from regular members. But I guess you missed those "thank you" posts.

I saw the photo someone posted of 'Cash n Carrie' but that wasn't her. She looked somewhat simliar but her hair was a few inches past her shoulder and semi-wavy. Plus she was avg. build, this sw looks really skinny.

I've had sometime to think on it and calm down. For the longest time I was thinking of doing something stupid but figured it was a good lesson learned and leave it at that.

After our first few words I started to get 'red flags' about this SW but let my little head think for me. She acted so nervous about being in my car that it started to make me nervous and I guess that made her feel safe enough to pull the scam. Like I said I think I'm pretty street smart guy and yes i had both a knife and pepper spray stashed within reach but the fake ULE bit lasted less than 30 seconds before she made a grab for the keys. The initial shock did put me on my guard for the first few seconds but I wasn't buying the ULE story. I did hesitate though, If by some rare chance she was a cop then pulling a weapon would make it a VERY serious felony and I was egotistical enough think a woman wouldn't be that ballsy pulling this shit with me without a hidden weapon. When she didn't pull a gun or knife and I didn't see 3 guys coming from behind I figured I'd make it out ok. But like I said that's all it took was less than 30 sec. before she had my keys and was out the door yelling at me. I got to hand it to her she took me off my guard enough to get the keys.

Though I do remember right before she made a grab for the keys she starting spouting off how "you bastards come down here looking to fuck and use these women..." I could easily tell she hated mongers just from her tone let alone all the screaming she did trying to 'control' the situation.

Once again thanks for the feedback and I'll consider it a lesson learned.

Two bits of advice: take your keys out of the ignition and keep them out of reach of the SW and make sure your bankroll is physically small . Half of my $80 'roll was less than jacks which I think gave her the impression she was hitting the lottery instead of just $80. I've always hidden excess money in my car while mongering but only focused on the value not the actual size. (dumb mistake on my part)

The remaining two of three police officers who are the focus of a rape investigation turned themselves in this morning, city prosecutors said.

Officers Brian J. Shaffer and Steven P. Hatley are accused of standing by while a third officer, Jemini Jones, is accused of having sex with a woman he arrested in exchange for her freedom.

All three were indicted last week by a Baltimore grand jury on charges of rape, assault and violation of official duties. Arrest warrants were issued Friday.

Jones turned himself in Friday. Each officer was to be held on $100,000 bond, which Jones posted immediately. His attorney, Warren A. Brown, said his client is innocent and that evidence in the case is thin. Michael E. Davey, who represents Shaffer and Hatley, could not be reached for comment.

The indicted officers are members of the Southwest District's "flex squad." Each city police district has such a squad, which targets mostly drug and violent crimes.

Prosecutors said this morning that they are continuing to sift through more than 100 cases the officers investigated that may now have to be dropped because of credibility problems stemming from the rape allegation.

Police documents obtained by The Sun describe a chain of events Dec. 27 that began when officers in an unmarked vehicle approached a car containing two men and two women apparently smoking marijuana. The officers told the men to leave, handcuffed together the women, ages 22 and 18, and drove them to the station on Font Hill Avenue.

The women were separated, and the report says Jones asked the older woman whether she had information about homicides. According to the report, the woman replied that she had nothing to offer, to which she said Jones responded: "What are you willing to do to stay out of jail?"

The woman told investigators that she was left alone with Jones and "agreed to have sex for her freedom," according to the report.

Gentlemongers, reports of my demise were premature. I’ve definitely retired from the skank mongering that I know so well, love so much, and still miss. After a cooling off period, I began to avail myself of regular maintenance rub & tugs, the occasional DC FS AMP outing with LoveLOS & some sex tourist romps.

Hold your applause – it was still the clap. I was hammered with a especially nasty case of NGU/Chlamydia, the pink eye version. While initially thinking it might be just post-flight aches & jetlag, I was unwittingly passing on the gift that keeps on giving. Two trips to the Caroline Street clinic upon my return, and a course of Doxie cleaned most of it out. But it took until Sept/Oct with a second increased dosage course to finally believe it was all gone.

What I like to think of as my exit interview from street mongering went, in part, like this:

Just no more Mobtown Ho-downs. A reasonable solution to an instinctual and thoroughly addicting psychosocial/sexual need – just don’t play Russian roulette with super high risk disease vectors.

I was early for my dinner plans downtown so I drove by the Salvation Army and W/W. Very few SW were out but what was there was top shelf stuff. Pissed me off because I knew I couldn't take advantage of it. I did loop around the block to check out one girl a second time and she met me coming up the home stretch. I could see that she didn't look as good as the first pass but I stopped and she she signaled me to roll down my window:

Hello everyone, my name is Thomas, and I am, um, a doubter (tears and moans of self pity abound). I've been a doubter for about 16 years now. It all started when my mother packed up and left home to begin a love affair with a glass pipe. I tried everything to bring her back into the realm of reality, but nothing worked. I began doubting about 2 or 3 times a week. Eventually, I started hanging out with the wrong crowd, and hearing their bullshit stories about wanting to get clean and get their lives together, drove me to be a full time hardcore doubting junkie. I now doubt at least 15 times a day. Just look at my veins, they've totally collapsed from from all the doubt I've injected myself with over the years. These track marks of doubt are difficult to hide. I sometimes stay up for days on my doubting binges. I've destroyed my life, and the lives of everyone else around me, with my doubt abuse. They have tried anti-doubt intervention, without any real success. It is this doubt that keeps me from bailing a certain SW out of jail, despite her reassurances that she's going to get clean if I do. I wish it weren't this way. I wish I could rid myself of this monkey of doubt I carry on my back. Unfortunately, I am a doubter. It is something I must live with every day of my life.

I was wondering if anyone can give me some tips for the mongering on 'The Block' I have read the forum for a while now, and searched the archives. There doesn't seem to be much info on the block, probably because the experience mongers consider it to be an overpriced tourist trap. While I have to agree, there some are advantages I prefer, such as a more controled environment, and you get your choice from at least a few. I want to start out slow for now, a HJ or maybe a CBJ. Once I get more comfortable, or private numbers, I would like to expand my experience.

This is a true story:
A month ago, I was sitting in my car talking with the nephew of Tammi's former landlord. 2 of the SW district's men in blue pull up and question him (he was standing outside the door). One of the ossifers puts a gun to his chest and tells him he's going to shoot him if he even as much as blinks. He then says he will shoot me and my SW for being witnesses. After a search of him and a bunch of questions about why he's out there, and why he has a car key but no car; accuses him of setting me up to steal my car, and arrests him. The LEO looks at my SW passenger and says he knows her, because he arrested her before. He then shines a flashlight in my face and says: "I know you, you're a cop. You're with internal affairs." He lets me and my SW go.

City police leader aims to restore force's integrity
Hamm says tougher screening process will be used in wake of rape charge

Baltimore Police Commissioner Leonard D. Hamm said today that he is committed to restoring the internal integrity of the police department in the wake of the arrest and suspension of several officers in the city's Southwestern District amid allegations of rape, drug possession and other misconduct.

He said he has restored procedures that were in use when he left the department in 1996 but were later eliminated, including a strenuous screening process, random drug testing and a three-year rotation policy for officers in specialized policing squads.

"What happened in the Southwestern District is an embarrassment to us all," Hamm said at a news conference with Mayor Martin O'Malley, held to discuss the on-going investigation. "We need to go back again to best practices. And that's what were going to do to see that this thing doesn't happen again."

Three officers of the district's flex squad were indicted Jan. 6 on charges that one forced a woman to have sex with him inside a stationhouse while the others did nothing to stop it. Officers Jemini Jones, Brian J. Shaffer and Steven P. Hatley were charged with first- and second-degree rape, conspiracy to commit rape, sex offenses, assault and violation of official duties.

Three other officers, including the supervisor of the squad that targets mostly drug and violent crimes, Sgt. Robert Smith, have been implicated in wrongdoing and were suspended from the department. A seventh officer already was under suspension in connection with charges that she participated in an illegal poker game.

"Our citizens should be assured that we will follow up on complaints, we will investigate them completely and we will investigate them thoroughly," O'Malley said. "We will not allow any people within this force to sully the reputation or the integrity of the brave men and women who go out courageously every single day and put their lives on the line."

The police commissioner said there have been allegations of misconduct by officers in the Southwestern Districts flex squad since 2002.

I initially learned about this board from a Baltimore SW who asked me to post something nice about her (I didn't). I believe that these girls seldom have access to computers and the internet but it does happen, so it is very important that we protect our own (and everyone's) identity. What can I say - some Mondays are better than others.
The night started off with a futile search for a civilian masquerading as a sw who I hooked up with a couple of weeks ago but no such luck.
Not content with wasting my time looking for the best sex of my life (hardly, but getting stopped by the cops probably added some of the nostalgic thrill)

So Stripperella calls me up the other night...seems she had gotten fired from her stripper job and needed some money. ie, situation normal. County Vice Unit detectives targeting Internet hookers

The ads are written in code. Posted on Web sites, the escort services may promise an "invigorating moment" or "blissful surrender."

But when detectives with the county police Vice Unit look at them, they know exactly what it means: Sex for sale.

"We don't want to give all of their trade secrets away," said Sgt. Shawn Urbas, police spokesman. "(But) they are able to pick out the ads."

In the past month, county police have charged three women with prostitution after responding to ads, posted on various Web sites. Police said they busted seven online operations in 2005.

Online escorts are nothing new, but vice is starting to focus on them more than they once did.

"We are seeing less prostitution on the road," said Lt. David Waltemeyer, another police spokesman, explaining the new focus.

County police charged 80 people with prostitution in 2005, including street and Web walkers. Most of those Web walkers, Sgt. Urbas said, are more "sophisticated" than the prostitutes detectives arrest on the street.

"These women take care of themselves and might even be educated," he said, adding that it's not uncommon for street walkers to have substance abuse problems.

Sgt. Urbas noted that the last woman arrested, Daniela Gomes Machado, 25, is actually from Fort Lauderdale and was only going to be in town for a couple of days when police nabbed her Thursday at the Wingate Inn, 1510 Aero Drive in Linthicum. She was charged with prostitution by any means, scheduling a meeting for the purpose of prostitution and giving a massage without a license. She is now being held on $150,000 bond at the Jennifer Road Detention Center.

Her ad, posted with a picture on a Web site called Eros, said "Thank You for taking the first step to an exhilarating encounter. As you can see, I'm a very attractive, sweet, 22-year-old Brazilian girl with long and slender contour . . . So gentlemen, If you are looking for an invigorating moment of time, let me set voyage and land with the perpetual intensity to accentuate the greatest exploration of euphoric sensation ever reached. Visiting Baltimore BWI January 23 to 29."

An appointment with her Thursday ran an undercover detective $300 an hour, Sgt. Urbas said. And after only four days in town, she already had $3,500 on her when police arrested her.

Police aren't just catching the jet set crowd though. Two days before Ms. Machado's arrest, police grabbed Lisa June Tritt, 38, of 8000 Ashbury Lane, Apt. 211, at her apartment in Pasadena. She was charged with prostitution.

Her ad, also posted on erosescorts.com, read: "Available in Pasadena, MD. Break free from inhibitions and limitations to feel the magical power of total, blissful surrender."

An undercover detective met with Ms. Tritt Jan. 24, and for $280 an hour, she solicited him for sex and performed an unlicensed massage, police said.

Back on Dec. 30, police arrested two Baltimore residents who were running an ad on the Baltimore City Paper Web site. Tina Maria Holdiness, 34, was charged with prostitution, soliciting for prostitution and giving a massage without a license. Police charged Arthur Lee Bern, 68, with two counts of pandering.

Their ad read, in part, "AAA CANDYSHOP Private models & dancers for any occasion . . . 24/7."

The two met an undercover detective at a Hanover hotel. Police allege Ms. Holdiness performed an unlicensed massage on the detective and offered to perform sexual acts for $230.

Searches of a number of Web sites reveal dozens - perhaps even hundreds - of potential prostitutes in the area. All of them offer a good time, but some clearly state they are "non-sexual."

Some terms are clear giveaways though, such as GFE, which means girlfriend experience. That typically means the escort will put out.

Sometime, Sgt. Urbas said, even the cops don't know if an escort is legitimate or not until they have almost finished their investigation. He said that while the vice unit has been fairly successful in the past month, they have made appointments in the past with legitimate masseuses and escorts.

"They are not all illegal operations," said Sgt. Urbas. "It's hit and miss."

That is the downside of an open, public, free forum that we must live with.

As for letting SW's post on here, I don't agree that it is a good idea. Robux, please don't take this as a knock, I respect your opinion, and agree that in theory, it is a good idea, but in practice, it will be taken advantage of. Let's just agree to disagree like gentlemen.

We cannot stop members from letting their sw friends read the board. We just have to live with it.

I don't know how any of these girls could ever claim to get $150 per date on Wilkens Ave. My girl has gotten quite a few $200+ dates, but those were usually on the Block or at the truck stop.

I have been keeping up with this board & the atmosphere here is sometimes too negative. I was traveling on south on Hollins Ferry Friday evening a little after midnight when I saw one of those run down brownish taxi cabs with "South End Taxi" or some such pull a U turn and park in a vacant area on the hill overlooking Italiano's around Paca St. Just down the road I saw an attractive white girl in her 20s with shoulder length black hair near the traffic light at Waterview Avenue. She was walking alone.

Something did not smell right. This chick looked far too good to be wandering a lonely road at this hour, and taxi drivers usually don't park in the middle of nowhere. So I circled back and sure enough, there were two police cruisers pulling over a late model sedan at the traffic light at which looked like the car I had seen behind me as I passed the girl.

Recently I've been reading positive posts about my fellow monger's successes. There hasn't been much luck for me, Saturday night was typical.

I started my search just after the rain stopped and expected to find a great selection, no such luck. Between 9:30 and 11:30 I did several passes of B/CB and W/W. Absolutely nothing in B/CB all evening long. Nothing on Wilkens either, although there was one tall blonde near the circle who smiled and waved but when I pulled over she just walked by. Damn, the pony in my pants was ready for that saddle, she looked good. At about 11:00 I spotted Diamond on Washington just north of US Gas, but by the time I looped around to pick her up she was just getting in another monger's car. Whoever you are, I hope you enjoyed her.

At about 11:30 I stopped by DD for a break and met an old SW friend that I haven't seen in about 5 years. Well, just to chime in, it has been pretty slow lately, with nothing really but skanks in the PP/C area. I did manage to catch a WSW a month or two ago, but nothing special to report, and have not seen her since. She was clearly a noob. Other than her, very little worth mentioning. I have tried varying the times, but still nothing, although I did see some new BSWs. Even a Hampden run produced zero suspects. Dundalk Avenue (at least the hours I scouted) is usually completely dead. I have gone all the way down to Belcare and usually see nothing. In the fall I did see a few skanks. Still waiting for the promised Dundalk hotties.

As usual, I have also had time to hit the Block. Ran into an old buddy and board confidant, who shall remain nameless unless he chooses to revael himself. Good to see you man :-). Made some progress with a stunner, but a boyfriend at home who often drops her off and picks her up makes a rendezvous tough, but she took my number. There was one girl out in the snow storm thumbing a ride on Harford Rd last night a couple blocks north of Northern Parkway; also another by the Salvation Army on Patapsco. Couldn't get a very good look at either so I moved on.

This was the first accusation.

Case in point:

We recently had a new member, Saleing, who asked an innocent question and got hammered by you. You called him profane names, flamed and otherwise belittled him.

He let you know in no uncertain terms and rightfully so how he felt about your comments, but you continued your attacks. When XXXXXXX tried to calm the situation you ridiculed him too. This is only one example of several where you flamed members.

Flaming members is a violation of Jackson's policies. Yet you persist. Guess you think you are above his rules or they don't apply to you. You are lucky that Jackson is too busy to monitor our board to see for himself the disruption you are causing.

You need to remember that we are here as guests and at the pleasure of Jackson. He can pull the plug on anyone of us at any time. It is almost like you are taunting or challenging Jackson. You have shown total contempt and disregard for Jackson and are putting all of us at risk.

Very frankly, members are not going to put up with your personal attacks. Do us all a favor and stop it.
