I RTFF before I came to DC for work this week.
I was depressed: Last time here I figured out how to get to CPHC by subway and was looking forward for a good time.

The strokes they use to paint their political campaigns are often broad, misplaced and ingenuous. What was her name? Judy, Yuri, Coco,Mimi?? She's probably staying with a friend of a friend or ? When Ice comes a knockin, they take everything in sight. Cell phones, money, jewlery. She may not have a way to contact you since her phone was most likely confiscated by the IceHoles. There are many girls in hiding now, who do not have any legal U.S. paperwork. An owner of a mostly HJ AMP in MD told me Friday that DC AMP's will be opening back up next month (Oct). I belive her, but I don't think you are going to see DT, Royal, OK, and the others that were busted open back up.
She said that some of the owners were crazy. Talked about OK and Oriental posting on CL. We talked about cell phones, they were just greedy, and not thinking. They should have been using the disposable pre-paid cell phones, the kind where there is no paper trail as to who owns the phone.
We have had it good in the DC area compared to the rest of the country. Will some of the places start opening up. I belive so, but it maybe different than what we have seen in the past. Hell there is even life in Waldorf, and in MC there are a few appartments.

Very well put. The life and death cycle of the amp. The government can never put a stop to this. It's worse than prohibition. Man's need for sexual stimulation and satisfaction is perhaps more powerful than his apparent need to numb his senses with drugs or alchohol. It is indeed a primal need. We, as a society, would be so much smarter if we found a way to tax and regulate this industry and at the same time to protect the providers as well as the consumers. That's what we do with other "vices" such as gambling, alchohol, tobacco, etc. There are lots of things we do as humans that are not necessarily good for us but society wisely recognizes that we'll do them anyway and manages to regulate them.
It's interesting that in some areas the operators have given in to the fact that they can't operate a "massage establishment" with the untrained and uncertified talent available. So they open "body scrub" establishments or what have you. These people are tremendous entrepeneurs, but I don't believe they are slave traders. The government just grabbed onto that because they figured they'd get some buy-in from the general public.
The final point I'd like to make is that, in my humble opinion, when and if the spas are all closed down, many mongers will turn to SW's in order to satisfy their jones. No offense to those of you who patronize SW's, but (once again in my opinion) SW's are an evil cure which is much worse than the disease (Asian Fever). While it is true that some of the AMP workers ride the Horse, most of them are disease free and when you patronize them, you are not enabling their bad habits as you most likely are with SW's.

It just turns out that due to the amount of money to be made in the lucrative sex industry, they stand a much better chance of paying it off through prostitution than by working in a restaurant or cleaning office buildings. Add to that the fact that if you're undocumented, no matter what kind of skills you bring to the U.S., you'll never get a legitimate job. If the government truly wanted to put a stop to "human trafficking", they would be more reasonable in enforcing the immigration laws.
I've tried to help a number of these "slaves." Lawyers generally won't touch these cases. The girls are generally not entitled to amnesty, even the ones from China. There is a program allowing trafficked women to be admitted or paroled into the country if they cooperate against the people who brought them here. But this is not availabe if the woman entered into the agreement willfully, which most of them have. It is a myth that they came here not knowing what kind of work they would be doing. These girls are not as provincial as many think. Add to that the fact that their families in the home country are the guarantors of the loans. Since they generally came here to help their families, they are unlikely to endanger those families by ratting on the traffickers.
I also don't think that the "traffickers" are in league with the spa owners or the taxi drivers. I'm sure the government would disagree with that though.

Seems there is one certain way to reduce this Amp heat by the government.

In DC they need to identify HIGH level government officials, preferably from the party in power, Republicans, who were regulars at Amps. Perhaps they have them on video. Also cell phone pics, cab driver/restaurant reports, etc.
The Amp people and their lawyers need to make copies and release them to
the highest level officials, no blackmail, just say we want to give you a
heads-up prior to release to the news media, we have not as yet released to

That would cool further and existing investigation fast, especially in this election year, but we need high Republican officials; photos, videos or sworn affadavits. Its the only way.

If you default on your loan(s) they'll take your house, your car, and everything else of value which you own. But they won't come after your mother, father, sisters, and brothers. That's the difference between you and these "slaves." That plus the fact that you're free to take any job for which you qualify by education, training, etc. No one will hire an undocumented alien at a fair wage, no matter what his or her educatin or training.

Now, from the money she earned, she had to pay for her room and board as well as rent for the room she used to service her customers and the cleaning fees for the room, accessories (condoms, lubricant, etc). All told, the women were always ending up even more indebted to the sharks.

Some of these girls do what they do, however there are a lot of them that are in debt hundreds of thousands. You're absolutely right 30,00 in 2 months would be no problem. You're correct. The loans are paid back at at obscene interest rates. The girls are considered something like independent contractors. They pay all the fees you mentioned including money for food and tips for the kitchen worker. They are lucky if they get half the tip. So keep this in mind when tipping.
In addition, when they use "Korean Taxi" to go from one spa to another, they must pay the taxi driver a shitload of money for the trip, as well as a kind of "finder's fee" for getting them the job. They get no healthcare benefits. If they get busted, they must pay for a lawyer if they are able to find one. These girls are treated like shit by the employers. But I guess for someone from China or Korea who was making pennies on the hour, it's worth it.

LexI understand indeed. Which is why I threw out the other option, laborwise and other wise. Just like all of the other immigrants who do it without the SS number as of now. I am not saying it is not a bad job, or some parts are not bad. I am saying, most of the time they are doing it because it pays well. It pays alot better then a college education in Korea or here in many cases.
Also, as far as the "taxi drivers" etc, those guy did not make much per girl anyways. The interest rates, sure are high. Again, how much interest could be tacked on a two month time frame.
Either way, it is really an endles debate. At the end of the day it is easier to take the first step in accepting a loan and making ridiculis amounts of money for sex then it is to attempt to spend years getting an education and still not make half as much, or not get an education and make 1/10th as much via hard labor or getting a shitty job.

You are right on about the psychological price. If you get to know these girls, you will find that they are full of shame about their profession. Those who have family in the home country lie about what they do. They even lie to many of their friends who live and work in the U.S.
In theory, they can make a hell of a lot of money. But in order to do that, they must follow a life style which is very cruel. Many of them don't survive it. They do it for a few years in order to pay off their debts and some of them will save up some funds in order to start a business. I know of ladies who have started all kinds of businesses from restaurants, grocery stores, and massage parlors.
But you must remember that for a woman to take up this life, she must be desparate. Many of these women have children who are being taken care of by mothers, sisters, etc. They must send funds for this care. Many of these women have put their sons and daughters through college with this work.
I know it's tempting to be envious of an uneducated woman who can make the income of an MD, but please be sensitive and realize that these ladies do indeed suffer for your pleasure.

1) I have a LARGE gambling debt to pay off. This one was interesting, because she didn't really want to work at an AMP, but rather be owned for a month or so to pay off her debt.
2) A business (furniture/appliances, I believe) I had in Korea went sour and I have to pay off creditors.

I've tried calling some of the AMPs that were not raided but so far none has answered the telephone. I'm guessing they are laying low for a while. I'm off to Thailand this weeknd so I'll be well taken care of. When I return in October I hope things will be back to normal. This has happened before, usually during the election cycle. The girls got sent to prison (real prison, not jail) all have been released except one. She is going to be deported soon and cannot return to the states legally for ten years. She's being held on an immigration charge. The other girls only got pinched for the P4P charge. They got to remain here as far as I know. They had to perform community service (not the type of service they were use to) and pay a small fine.
I quit this hobby a long time ago. In fact I quit before I knew about this site. I found out about you guys after the Waterbury busts.

Ok since I was down 3 point 2 and still aint skeeted, I thought I'd give another change to a different Chinese apt in/out svc deal. I rtff and grabbed a name ying ying who seemed to get a good review.
So I went thru the drill, the apt was tuffasshe1t to find and get to and she's apparantly a broker for another gal named jenny. Jenny was not a petite one, kind of big, not fat but not skinny, definitely soft (untoned) just an average sausage type body.
My chief complaint about these Chinese in/out apts that I should've mentioned earlier is that none of them have normal lighting, the room is always very dimly lit, the regular lights are disabled.

I've given up the amp habit once before (some of the vets on the board may remember my 2-3 year hiatus) and am going to do it again.
However, I plan on living vicariously through a buddy of mine who is going to go to the Phils without a rabbit skin and give out as many creampies as he can muster within a 2 week period. And capture the whole thing on as many rolls of film as necessary.
The problem is he's in a section 8 trailer park about 5 hours from here and couldn't even afford a passport much less a plane ticket so the offer is this.
I'm going to send him over there, perhaps with a "buddy" that can hold the camera and get in on some of the action himself. If anyone wants to contribute to this worthwhile charitable cause, you will be provided with a copy of his footage to enjoy as I will be doing for years after.

I'm sorry I have to say you don't know what you're talking about! As I've posted on Tuesday 08/15/2006 As of today I believe that's less than a month and within the past week slowly reopening it definitely was FBI and ICE with DC police directing traffic who took down the Washington D.C.'s spa`s between 10:30 & 11 AM some of the girls were still putting on makeup and having breakfast.
I've worked very closely with an attorney referred to me by LL. Who I might also add is the shit. (Thanks LL) Not one girl has seen any prison! After nine days of FBI and ICE interrogation in a local hotel yes I said local hotel
( and girls were feed Korean food I might add ), the girls were shown pictures ask about information and assistance in the investigation.
Those who chose to sign up were released those who chose not to sign up ( 3 DC girls ) to the best of my knowledge. No one paid any fine. The ONLY charges that they were given were in regards to their expired / illegal passports / visas. The attorney told me this is a charge they can easily prove and deport the girls who will not be allowed back in the country for 10 years.

Revisted Mirage last night. Seems that everything is back to normal (well at least as far as they're concerned anyway). They were relatively busy. Kim was on the menu. Nothing special to write home about, but I got what I 'cum' for!
This rainy weather lately is really making me fucking depressed, for some reason I seem to wanna got out to AMP's even more so when the weather is not great than on sunny days. I did a search through Waldorf a few weeks ago and as far as I can tell, this place (GFE) does not exist. As far as I could tell, the only AMP that is functioning in the area is Hot Sun. Did a review on the Waldorf Board. When I went there, it was only a shadow of what it had once been (from what I've been told). Its a similar experience to any of the Fairfax County AMPs, but they do a TS, so I guess that's a bonus.

Mirage was raided yesterday afternoon. I arrived for my usual Friday afternoon pampering only to find the place swarming with LE. They were all over the place with the doors propped open. They were also sitting on the staps and hanging around.
Given that I was really in need I continued on to others close to 14th and K only to find them all locked and notices stating that they were closed. Desperate at this stage I drove to Wisconsin Ave in Georgetown but the two there alos seemed closed.

This has been discussed at length and the documents from ICE and FBI have been posted and linked to. In a nutshell, a couple of cops were arrested in NY after a spa owner tried to bribe them (or continued to bribe them). That led to an investigation and the owners squealed on the taxi drivers, whose phones were tapped. Those taps led to the raids at the spas. From what I read in the charging document, it's likely that VIP would have been raided, too, but they closed down as the result of a raid after the guy had the heart attack. I think there was an article about that in the Washington Post, but my memory may be fuzzy on that. As many have said, RTFF!

I must thank you for the excellent reply you have provided for any monger on this board who has received a request for info from anyone with 0 posts. I have used this template 3 times in the past week, which doesn't seem like alot but it is 3 more PM's than I usually get. I would highly recommend any gentlemonger who receives any PM's from a newbie with 0 post or even someone they not comfortable exchanging info with to copy and paste the LL reply and use it with out hesitation.
It's a safe answer when asked for info by non-contributors and lazy asses. When a newbie reads any post on this board and does not RTFF, this is the answer they should expect if they have the balls to PM someone for info. I decided to see what all the fuss was with the pad-thai. I think I drew the butterface LL describe earlier. Round face and all. I thinking that these girls have some sort of passport so they aren't illegal or something. But the ones from before didn't have real paper work therefore most of them aren't here anymore or still in custody. Not quite sure. Based on my RTFF it seems that the AMPs are not good right now. I have previously sampled the talents in the dupont circle area which were very good indeed. Anyhow, being in Atlanta (or AMP heaven), this is sad indeed. Maybe by the time I get there (oct 20), things will pick up. Thanks and any advice would be appreciated.
I met a nice young lady today, and in this case will not give names. She lived in another major metro city, and only works in DC when she need money. Her friends, etc, have no idea what she does when she is gone. She lives a normal life in one city, and works in an AMP in DC when she needs money. She speaks perfect english. There are girls out there who want to work because they make good money and maybe because they enjoy sex. There may be some girls "owned" and "transported" around the country for sex, but I do not believe that is the usual case. I try to make it a point to discuss with a girl (if she speaks english well enough) if she is happy, enjoying herself in her job, and enjoying the US. The majority seem to be to be very happy. Thought I'd take a ride and try the 1716. Well, after calling for an appointment (they seemed to be jammed), I was ok for a time I agreed upon. No biggie getting there. Farragut west serves the public very well. Nice station. Plain to find and easy to locate after the sun goes down. Anyway, upon entry I was deposited in room 2. Ok. Seems fine. Same setup, same layout as always. The lovely that was to help me asked for the house. English is apparently a second language. Mo biggie. Offered. 6, all went well. The shower was uneventful; cleaning all the right areas and the water was good and hot. Back in the room. The girl said she had to shower. Ok. We'll go with it. Over the summer, I found a series of books on conversational languages, slang, sex talk. the relevant one here would be

It has conversational language including insults, lover's language, slang, party talk, etc. It contains the english, the korean script, romanized korean, and a pronounciation.
The book sells for 7.95, and I've seen it at Borders books. You can also find it on Amazon.
Other books in the series cover Japanese (2 books), English, chinese, thai, tagalog, vietnamese, indonesian, and arabic. All have the names "Making out in________."
I've found it somewhat useful.

In town for three days, have been lurking on this board for a week. Since I don't have much to offer I had to read between the lines to get info but figured that Conn. Ave would be the place to start. LE car with flashers on was parked very close so I milled around for 15 minutes, they finally pulled away -- probably unrelated. 4th floor, place was empty. Thought I'd take a ride and try the 1716. Well, after calling for an appointment (they seemed to be jammed), I was ok for a time I agreed upon. No biggie getting there. Farragut west serves the public very well. Nice station. Plain to find and easy to locate after the sun goes down. Anyway, upon entry I was deposited in room 2. Ok. Seems fine. Same setup, same layout as always. The lovely that was to help me asked for the house. English is apparently a second language. Mo biggie. Offered. 6, all went well. The shower was uneventful; cleaning all the right areas and the water was good and hot. Back in the room. The girl said she had to shower. Ok. We'll go with it. I never realized how much I missed all this; first time back since Black Wednesday.
Decided to try a three-letter spa in downtown area (not one of the most prominent) which may or may not have been closed for a while
Was greeted by M** who was a bit older and thicker than I like but still fairly attractive. Would rate 6 for face and 8 for body so 7 overall. Service was another story and for those who prefer service over looks she is a strong one.

I had a doctor's appointment in the early morning and was finished by 09:30 and in the area. I haven't been to H&H for about 8 months so thought I would check it out.
