It's difficult to hobby when there isn't a SW to be found, and it's not for lack of trying either. I only started last summer, and I must have got spoiled with the easy pickins. I guess there's still the AAA, but I can't stay up that late. But there's still Le Tour de France. Vive le tour!
There are still a few crusing, but as for myself, I have been laying alot lower than usual. LE can't keep up the pace for much longer. LE is also trying to spread the word they will be on this indefinately, according to a SW I know well. They are loving the overtime. However, NO budget is unlimited, so time will tell. They have to show the moralists they are doing something.

Just the latest indication of clean-it-up hyprocracy in this town? Use kids as the excuse for setting up a signed restricted zone once the payground is in? Note that this is NOT a residential neighboorhood, and everyone who pushed for it does not live close enough to actually USE it with any regularity. To me, this is a waste of tax money to appease the church across the street. The chruch would have better served the community if they lobbied for that 100K to reopen the former shelter for homeless teens. Whatever they think they are accomplishing, it will just push it somewhere else. Address the root causes, and the symptoms will lessen. History repeats endlessly when ignored.
Things are definately slow out there right now, but there is some action to be found if you are patient. I've actually seen a slight pickup in daytime action in a couple of the strolls the past few days.
I don't think the police are devoting much overtime to the problem. I haven't seen any stings or an increase in prostitution arrests. I think they are just telling their officers to include a quick pass through the AAA and Hostess strolls while they are out cruising. It's amazing how one police car making a pass through the area every half hour or so cuts down business dramatically.
I make a pass through the strolls almost everynight, and have seen LE on almost every pass. Tonight they had two young blonde hotties stopped and were gathering information.
Last night I saw a gorgeous young thing working the Hostess, but as she was just about to get in the car, I recognized her as Pepper Spray Ashley. I said: "Go pepper spray someone else, you bit#%@." By the time I got around the block, LE was chatting with her.

I had a strange experience that I mentioned on the Tacoma board, but the report was moved when the thread got locked down as history.
I keep pretty close track of one of the Tacoma regulars, a lady named Marlo. I've gotten to know her a bit; not well enough to loan her the Trashmobile, Civ, but more than the usual squeeze. So I've provided contact info to a fair number of hobbyists. But over the weekend I got requests for info from three guys, none of whom has actually posted a report. Two guys had "0" under their names, and one had posted three or four "Where's the hoes?" kind of posts.
I'm not inclined toward paranoia because I figure I am such a small fish that Aunt Ellie isn't going to spend much effort spreading an elaborate net; but getting those p.m.s made me a little bit nervous. Needless to say, I didn't answer them.
I read about the Denny Park renewal project, too, Uncut, and I wondered where Big Brother Nickels is going to find all these kids that live nearby, but don't go to the park 'cuz of all the bad ladies who hang out there... Maybe they'll put up swings so Jenn can swing instead of twitch.

If you look on the back page of the Seattle Weekly you will find ads for about 7 new Thai massage places. They are mostly all owned by 2 ladies in Bangkok. The owners go back and forth from here to Bangkok monthly, bringing new girls with. They own about 10 houses they operate out of. They are asking 100 for a great massage with hj. Some offer more for tips. The thai,s are much friendlier and give a much better massage that the Koreans. The Korean massage places are pretty much old hack ripoffs. The Thai,s are here to stay. And if you have ever been to Bangkok you already know about the Thai ladies. Its all (same same). Except instead of 1000 baht for the service its 5000 baht or 100 usd's. But everything in this country cost about 3 times as much as it should. Basically if you saved the money from 7 massages here, you could get a ticket to Bangkok..
I have been to 6 of the Thai massage places here and they are good. I would recommend the ones in Kirkland.

I have been cruising through South Park lately on the way to work. Hadn't seen anything for a long time, but the weather has been pretty bad. Yes. The Winnebago used to be parked on South Diagonal about 100 feet west of East Marginal Way South next to the parking lot for Federal employees. I haven't seen it there for about a month, though. I note that she's raised her prices, or at least is negotiating harder.

This report is a little late, but last night about 9:30ish I noticed an apparent BSW sitting underneath the covered bus stop across the street from the Krispy Kreme at about 120th (?) ana Aurora. After a long look, she looked meaningfully at the parking lot directly below and behind her.
I turned left to swing into said parking lot and noticed that there was no way to legally turn into the lot from the directly I was going. Not wishing to break traffic laws, I continuted to the next available spot to turn around and noticed two patrol cars and a van on the street directly behind the buildings housing the stores along the parking lot she was indicating.
I also noticed quite a few "random" patrols up and down the same stretch over the course of the next five minutes or so.
Is this becoming a regular happening in the area?

Exactly, When the USA and the International boards were divided your posts stayed on whichever board and the post totals only reflect those on each board. If a guy only has a few posts and is a Sr member he probably has a lot of posts on the iternational side.
I post a lot on the Thai board, and do about 98% of my mongering there so the way its now split up look like I'm a newbie here as well. Well Hell, I am really; driving around on Aurora in the rain ain't like a stroll down Sukhumvit.

On Monday night with all the rain the $100,000.00 Electronic Paddy Wagon was parked between 90th & 91st and Aurora on the East Side of the Street at considerable expense as it often had been lately, Patrol Cars were staked out in the area. But there were almost ZERO pedestrians with the exceptions of the dealers doing business as usual.
There have been constant lock ups overnight with morning releases of every woman suspects walking the streets with them being released in the morning for lack of evidence. It's certainly illegal questionable harassment of victims, but it's being done by our Police on whose instructions ? If you have a robbery or assault in this area response can take several hours because LE are to busy patrolling Aurora. Drivers slow down for almost any reason and they are often stopped and warned.
All I ask is why, the so called neighborhood watch has no groups, backing, patrols or anybody interested enough to volunteer, but call a press conference and it 's response is only a excuse to violate many others rights. It would be interesting if the so called questionable "SOAP" regulations would be challenged in Court I doubt if they would be considered legal.

Articulate as usual, but I have seen many of the same dealers working Pike Market, Rainier, Madison, Dexter and North Aurora for longer then 15 + years with apparent impunity. I also know for a fact that they regularly snitch to LE about the streetwalkers strolling their turf, even though they are often customers just to get a future pass.
All the methods used by the dealers to protect their stashes are even more accessable and visual then SW getting into our cars discreetly as we imagine, but since they are their own stash the evidence drives away. It's not nearly as obvious as Drug Dealers activities, since it not set up like most locations in other places so called Ghetto style. These character are lazy, sloppy, work mostly in obvious teams and with almost no effort should be vulnerable and easy to arrest. Yet they are constantly doing business without any overhead or arrests that matter. They often are the ones carrying firearms, knifes or whatever and are more likely to cause problems then Street Girls. It also seems that the Pimps or Wantabes are very friendly with the dealers, but often not arrested. Why, when pandering is a much better bust on the Police blotter ? Unlicensed Firearms ? No Pimps in the Paddywagon, only Street Walkers to be released for no evidence in the morning without any accountability by SPD.

I cruised up and down Aurora for about and hour and a half Thursday nite between 6-7:30pm. I picked up a BSW by the Best Western, next to Home Depot. I've noticed that more than a few of you here are current or former service members. I am wondering if anyone else had noticed the US military has drastically increased the penalties for a service member patronizing a prostitute. It is now a specific crime under the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) {military law is more like the French "Napoleonic Code" [French Law], in that the accused is Presumed Guilty!}.
What really concerns me is that it is now Presumed that a person (or at least a service member) patronizing a prostitute is CONTRIBUTING TO HUMAN TRAFFICING or in other words to Slavery! There have been several recent articles in Army Times and Stars & Stripes "trumpeting" this Grand New day. I have also seen stories in civilian publications. This may well be a "test project" that will soon be applied to US law, or at least several of the states may enact their own versions, but I really think the US Govt (Federal Govt) may make prostitution, or at least patronizing a prostitute a Federal Offence!
This is extremely serious, the Federal Courts are not as swamped as the local courts, so they are not as likely to dismiss cases, and to hand out lengthy prison time. This is one of those situations where both the extreme Left and extreme Right may work together to protect those "poor victims" of prostituton and Punish the EVIL MEN who patronize them.
Interestingly I noticed there were no increased penalties for the women in the military who engage in acts of prostitution. It is becoming more common that femeale service members engage in acts of prostitution. This is not so much just because there are more women in the military. It is more because the soldiers, sailors and Marines are routinely confined to their base or ship for year long deployments. The military is also doing its best to deny them porn and even limit beating off. Thus they are willing to offer considerable sums of $ to willing female service members.
This also makes me wonder how the military can (with a streight face) charge a service member with "abetting human trafficing" if they are paying a fellow (female) service member for sex. Will they charge themselves with engaging in slavery? Obviously NOT! While it is true that many places in Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, and South/Central America do have women who are forced into prostitution, I am dubious to how prevelant that is here in the USA.
I think we all know that many street walkers and escorts give up their money (willingly or UNwillingly) to their pimps, or whatever. But if most of these girls are "enslaved" to anything it is drugs. And that certainly does not apply to all of them. I think I see a looming threat on the near horizon, and it is approaching quickly. IMHO with the scandals and other "threats" the polititians fear happening to them they feel a Need to DO SOMETHING! This is Something, and therefore they will do it! Just to show the voters they are Doing Good things and should thus be re-elected?

I had another chance to visit your fair city and sample the local mongering scene. On my last visit (my first mongering excursion in Seattle), I spent most of the time learning the streets and such in the Everett, KK, 272nd and Seatac strolls.

Shhhhh, MrMagoo2; we try to keep it quiet. I don't know; there is such a thing as tourist luck. I've had it a couple times in other cities. But if you follow the board, or the Tacoma board, you probably noticed that we have a small regular corps of long-term providers and a bunch of "one and done" girls, or part-timers, or whatever you call them. from the number of "allegedly" comments, i would not be surprised if the neighboorhood groups trumped up their claims to get attention. on the other hand their also appear to be a bumper crop of some really, really clueless guys out there now that make it easy pickings for le. has the sw activity really been that heavy, especially in the early afternoon?
le obviously clued in the pi about this beforehand, to get as much publicity about this as possible. hit that hot button **** sw angle, "soliciting our neighboorhood kids," and mountains of used condoms, and you get a reaction.

I cruised by the sting operation Friday afternoon about 1:30 pm. Three black girls and either a mixed race or dark skinned white girl with red hair were working as a gang at the west corner of the burger and car lot place. I made one pass and it looked very fishy. They were way to obviously soliciting practically any car or truck that approached. I let it rest for 20 minutes and returned on the opposite side of Aurora, pulled into the auto parts place parking lot, went inside bought some window cleaner and came out to watch. They would not get in any of the rigs. They huddled in a group around the drivers window, even standing in the middle of street blocking traffic behind the monger. They would talk for a long time and then hand the guy at key card and off he would go south on Aurora to the motel 1/2 block down the street. One of them would follow for a half of block walking until the guy was fully in the parking lot and then she would turn around and walk back up to the corner and start the process over again. There was a white van with a dark bubble glass top parked on Aurora in front of the used car lot place. They obviously had a camera going in there. I missed the blue car with the guy drinking coffee mentioned in an earlier post. After watching at least 5 or 6 guys get sent to the motel, I moved my car farther south on Aurora but still across the street and parked again. The very next guy that pulled into the hotel lot got immediately blocked by two plain clothes cars and they had him out of the car and handcuffed in a heart beat. Another LE jumped in his van and pulled it around into the parking lot and they reset the trap.
It looked to me like they were mainly busting working guys. Nearly all the rigs I saw were commercial trucks (there’s a Qwest phone guy out of the job this morning I’ll bet). I hope they didn’t get anybody on this board, but if they did you have no excuse. We’ve discussed stings a number of times so let’s review the rules:
If it looks too good to be true, it probably is, i.e., a gang of nice looking SW working a corner in the middle of the afternoon. Never discuss business out the window. If they don’t get in the car, just drive away without saying anything. Don’t tell them to get in the car, if they are a legit SW they know to get in the car. I don’t discuss anything until I am rolling and a block or two down the block after watching the rearview mirror. Don’t agree to meeting anybody back at their room. If they won’t ride with you, forget it. Finally, have some f**king common sense and don’t get in too much of a hurry. If there was only one of them working the corner, I might have made an approach, but a gang in the middle of the afternoon looked very suspicious and so I decided to watch from a safe distance for a while. As soon as I saw them flocking around the first guy that stopped blocking traffic and spending 3 or 4 minutes talking through the window, I figured it was a sting, otherwise LE would have been on them like stink on shit.

The newspaper clearly states that the sting was operating for 10 hours. allowing for a additional hour sign in, sign out and set up time thats + 11 hours per officer. Eight hours straight time and 3 hours 1 1/2 time total of 12 1/2 hours each officer at $30.00 + per hour including benefits = 250 hours patrol force at 30.00 + wages = $7500.00 Salaries. Added to this is Booking time, travel to and from Jail, meeting to set up the sting, after sting paper work and reports, court time and other miscellaneous expenses that Should be higher at least a additional $7500.00 now totals $15,000.00.
Lets not forget the equipment costs on a pro rata basis. Should we include the special Crime Bus parked daily between 90th and 91th Street on the east side of Aurora Avenue for the last 8 weeks that apparently was purchased for the Police Department at over $150,000.00 plus special equipment added to customize the vehicle.
We are talking at least 10 miscellaneous vehicles, plus a command van, mobile electrical and radio equipment, video, etc.
I'm sure before they are finished it will have been a investment of about $25,000.00 to catch 23 misdemeanor arrests of which a average of over 50% are dismissed most likely the total income for all the fines will be less then $5,000.00.
It would make sense if they spent some time arresting "pimp's" since pandering is a criminal charge or the 40/50 drug dealers working openly on Aurora Avenue for years, or the car thief's operating with impunity everywhere in North Seattle or even the hard to spot "DUI"s cruising along Aurora every day at all hours.
The majority of Aurora Business men are more aggravated about the druggies then the prostitutes. I am sure that at Aurora Electric located on the corner of the north east side of Aurora at 90th doesn't have any condoms to clean up at that spot, needles sometimes more likely.
The Greenwood meeting that I attended had about 40/50 people attending not anywhere near the number mentioned. Some rhetoric, plus comments that there was not enough neighborhood support to arrange any type of block watch in the area. Of course the non-exsistant press reported whatever the press release claimed.

I agree with your comments Headsnap. Also do not use the word "date". The term "date" has used as a basis for criminal intent to solicit in other cities. If you don't know the girl or think it might be a sting then the most you should do is offer them a ride. It's also a good idea to drive around the back of the building. This not always fool proof however .In many cases there will be no sign of any cops or tow trucks around at all. It's suprising that inquiring if she is a cop can be used as a basis to arrest someone.

TV channel 5 did a five minute expose' on the HI Express sting Sat evening. They interviewed business owners and a residential citizen's group. The LEO interviewed said the police department was going to devote much more time and resources to rid the area of prostitution. Nothing was mentioned about the Tacoma sting.
Somehow I didn't realize we were so much more menacing than drug dealers, murderers, pimps, etc.

That was a pretty good set-up at the Holiday Inn; better than picking on the El Cheapo motels down the street. Giving your marks the key card for the room is a good twist; it shows imagination.
Which is more than we can say for your boss, His Nickelhood. The P.I. artricle says that a total of twenty of you were involved; the three decoys and 17 backup officers, as well as the booking team set up down at 90th. And the twenty of you, putting in a full shift, or a total of 160 person-hours, managed to nab a total of --er-- 23 misdemeanor arrests.
One misdemeanor arrest for every seven hours.
That's exactly like sitting by the side of the road for six hours, pinching one d.u.i., and going back to the shop to write the report.
Well, except the d.u.i. was a safety threat.

It's totally ridiculous the amount of time and money they spend on such a minor offense. And the $500 fee they charge to drop the charges against first-time offenders they don't even get to keep (it's supposed to go to help prostitutes, although it often gets misplaced). And it really didn't do any good, I was driving past the Holiday Inn this morning about 11 and there were already 3 hookers working the area.
As far as what Michael asked, it goes with what I've already said: Don't say anything until she gets in your car. If she asks you if you want a date and you so much as nod your head, you're going to get busted. It all comes down to what a jury of soccer moms would believe: A guy pulling up to a woman in a prostitution area who is waving at cars and asking her if she's a cop. So, be real careful. I had one undercover try super hard to get me to incriminate myself, they are real good at what they do.
Things were pretty slow that Friday night. I've noticed that preceding and during stings, they also try to bust or drive away every legitmate SW that is working so that us mongers have no one to pick up but the decoys, hence the extremely heavy LE presence in the AAA while the sting was going on 10 miles north. I even heard that LE was out in force at 272nd that night also. About the only SW working with impunity that night was Jennifer standing on a corner in the Denny Park area.
The SW's were still out in force, though. Since there were cops everywhere in the AAA, I figured I'd see if the SW's migrated somewhere close by. There were about a half dozen hankered down at Micky D's and several more working the Plaid Pantry/Pepsi sign stroll. That's really all these stupid stings do: Move it from one place to another.
One other thing about the stings. I read an article a few years back in the Times that said stings are so expensive the SPD is lucky if they can run more than 2 or 3 in an entire year. So, when they do run one they try to get as much bang for their buck as they can. This means they call the newspapers and the TV stations and let them all in on it. They may only bust 10 Johns or so, but almost everyone in Seattle reads or hears about the sting on the news. The average guy who mongers once in a blue moon, reads about how some guy got busted four days before Valentines Day, spent the weekend in jail, and is scared shitless next time he thinks about picking up a SW. Like those SW's I saw walking the Northern stroll today; normally they'd be picked up in a heartbeat, but no one was stopping. The same article noted the frustration the police have that the very guys they'd like to arrest (guys like us) knew the in's and out's of their system, and were able to escape arrest almost everytime. So, in my opinion, the police feel their stings are effective whether they arrest five guys or fifty.

I usually post in the Tacoma section, but decided to contribute a post to Seattle since you have had so much discussion about sting operations in your fine city. I am surprised that so far nobody has mentioned the "other" (cheaper) method used by LE to observe prostitution activity with the intention of arresting johns and SWs alike. It is called the "emphasis patrol" and it differs from a sting operation such as you have been discussing in several ways.
Firstly, no decoys are used in an emphasis patrol. It is much cheaper for the local jurisdictions to justify because basically a patrol consists of a single unmarked vehicle with two vice LE inside. They set up their OP in an area known for a high volume of SW traffic, wolf down their coffee and doughnuts, and watch. Once activity that is deemed suspicious is observed (e.g. a pick up) they can follow the "suspect" vehicle quite surreptitiously since they are using an unmarked. From what I understand, a regular patrol car is often radioed for backup en route, to assist in the interrogation and potential arrest of the vehicle occupants. So, basically LE are involving no more than four officers as opposed to 25 or so often used in stings. Big money savings for the city right there.
Now, assuming the occupants of a particular vehicle are stopped and questioned, unless they are caught in the act LE doesn't have much to go on, right? If both occupants keep their mouths shut, there should be no incriminating evidence to warrant an arrest. Well, that is the theory, and although like most readers of this forum I fully embrace the guidelines repeatedly discussed here for how to avoid getting arrested, there is no behavior that will guarantee your complete safety even if you do keep your mouth shut and follow all the guidelines. Let me give you a worst case scenario.
If you are "caught" parking in an out-of-the-way location with a suspected SW, that is reason enough for LE to question the both of you, especially if you were observed picking up the girl off the streets in an area known for SW activity. You will be separated from your passenger and both of you interrogated, and LE (especially the slimey vice folks) will use every trick and intimidation ploy under their belts to convince one of you to either admit your guilt or give the other party up. They might, for example, offer not to charge you if you implicate the other party, since "they are really more interested in arresting SWs." Or so they say. Either way, the only person you as a john can trust is yourself, because nine out of ten SWs would probably give you up if they are facing potential jail time or a stiff (for them) fine. Even if you refuse to implicate yourself or your passenger, you may still be arrested if the SW cooperates with the bottom-feeder vice types. Say, for example, she says it was all your idea, or that she just asked you for a ride and you offered her money for... Sound scary? Well, it happens, folks, and probably a lot more often than we think.
Personally I don't know how often these patrols are run. I know they do them in Tacoma because I have heard personal accounts of just how such operations go down, and I presume they are common in a lot of other local jurisdictions because they are cheaper to launch than a full sting op. Local media don't report on this kind of operation because it isn't "big news," even though in a single day of such patrols LE might net dozen or more arrests. I feel certain some readers of this forum probably have personal experience with just such a situation, but there does not seem to have been much reporting on the emphasis patrol in the past.
This is just something to be aware of because I think normally most of us feel we are safe if we keep an eye out for LE cruisers and avoid the obvious decoy tactics employed during a sting. The scary thing about the emphasis patrol is that you can be observed and followed without knowing it no matter how cautious you are. I am by no means encouraging any hobbyist to stop pursuing their hobby out of fear, but only to consider that the traditional "sting" is not the only method LE have of nabbing SWs and their clients. Be careful out there!

The best thing to do is to not say anything. Don't fall for we will only arrest the sw if you admit guilt. Chances are the sw has a few warrants or has been arrested before. Therefore there is very little chance that she will admit anything. So in other words the sw has much more to lose than you do.

Although if a monger is extremely watchful, he can usually see if someone if following him, even if that someone is in an unmarked car. I will speed up, slow down, make a few quick turns, and if I get even the slightest impression that I'm being followed I will call the date off. And, like I've said before, my favorite type of parking spot is a large parking lot where I can see a vehicle (even one with it's lights off) approaching from a 100 yards or more. And then wearing sweat pants with an elastic waist band, I can be completely dressed in less than a second.

Contrary to popular belief, it is not mandatory for a cop to arrest someone with a warrant. Crack hoe Jenn always has warrants, but half the time they just let her go. They would probably let a SW go just to bust a John once in a while. I've actually seen it happen.

Well the north Aurora sting really stimulated the SW activity in the area. The sting was a week ago Friday. I was back that direction on Sunday afternoon and counted no less than 7 SWs from 105th to 145th, including a very aggression young WSW working the very corner the SPD sting was on. I guess they read the article in the newspaper and figured if the SPD could bust 27 guys in 4 hours at that corner then it was a pretty good place to open business. I hooked up with Gabby late afternoon on Sunday, 5’6”, HSW, 37, nice 36 D tits, 145 lbs, thick accent and practically jumped on the hood of my car when slowed down (a block west off of Aurora no less). Aurora handshake, she started at $.4 for BBBJCIM, I countered with $.2 and we settled on $.25. She wanted to get things started and did so two blocks from my spot. Very nice job, slow up and down, eye contact, she even repositioned us so she could rub her c**t on my knee while doing the job. Lot’s of slobber and noise and she even talked dirty in spanish on handjob breaks. If I hadn’t spent a few hours in a ***** house in Panama a long time ago I wouldn’t have had half the fun. Tonight, Friday, Aurora had a couple of possibles, but hooked up with Toni in front of the soft drink place near the hostess stroll. Things were rather slow this evening. I got out there around 11:30pm and drove up and down aurora to no avail. Absolutely nothing.
Went down to AAA and spied a tall (around 5'10"), young WSW/HSW with medium length brown hair. Had a very high pitch voice; forgot her name. She wanted 120 for FS so I kicked her to the curb.

Not only does C2K have good advice about the sweat pants (I also do that, or swim trunks when it is warmer); IMHO he is on the $ when recomending Darla Ann, or her new friend Kimmi. I had an interesting experience this afternoon. I did a couple of laps on Aurora from Winona to 145th and it was spotty. A couple of the usual BSW were out, I missed a cute little redhead to another monger by the eye glass place up north and decided to bag it and head home. Heading west on 80th, I stopped at the light at Greenwood and there was this very attractive lass that at first appeared to be a younger girl. She was white, had dyed blonde hair in sort of a short page-boy cut down to the ears, wore a tight little white sweater and red jacket, but what caught my attention was this sort of tu-tu-type skirt that was very short and sort of stuck straight out from her body. You don’t need to whack this old monger in the back of the head twice to know somebody is in play. I immediately signaled a right turn and pulled onto Greenwood and then into the Taco joint’s parking lot. She intensely watched the whole move and instead of crossing the intersection with the light, she slowly sauntered over and broke the first rule of real SWs and walked up to my driver’s window.
I quickly did as assessment and figured the chance of SPD running a sting at 80th and Greenwood was nil. So I rolled down my window and she says, you’re not one of those dirty old men that is going to offer me money for sex are you? I just smiled and said, “ It’s cold outside and I thought you might want a ride in a nice warm car.” She laughed and walked around and got in the passenger side. I pull out and head north on Greenwood and we both ride in silence for about 5 blocks. Finally, she blurts out, “You really did pick my up for sex didn’t you.” I say, “duh you got in my car”. She giggles and says, I’ve never f**ked somebody as old as you. I am not that old by baby boomer standards so I give her an out. I say, look if this was a mistake, let me just drop you or give you a ride to where you were headed. Instead she says, how much do you pay for head? I immediately answer $.20 if she’s good. She says OK, let’s do it. I play along and say first we have to do the check to make sure neither of us are cops. I have to touch your pu**y and you have to touch my dick. Stayed in Seattle overnight due to an early airport dropoff. I finished the dropoff at 4:15am and headed to Denny and AA stroll.
The ugly - I cruised for 30 minutes, seeing only a possible and decided to go up Aurora, as it was 5am on a Federal holiday and I wasn't expecting traffic. I passed a young lady at 85th who looked like she was working, but continued north in hopes of better pickin's. I saw a much older WSW north of 145th flagging traffic down...(UGH!). Didn't have beer goggles on, so I took zone six.
The good - I cruised back down south and picked up that young girl I saw before. Her name is Jamie, 22 yrs, blonde hair, 5'6", @130, nice rack, and great attitude. Liked to be told what to do. Next time i am going to go FS i think with her (even though that is not my thing, she was fun). Oh, also i picked her up over the the gas station.

I have had a surprising number of pickups over the years on Greenwood between 85th and 90th. Most often part-timers but sometimes hardcore street girls who have wandered over from the blade. I guess there's a fair amount of "affordable" housing in the area, and sometimes girls find themselves short on rent and go for a stroll. In a weak moment -- and because everything else was dead at 2AM last night -- I picked up Crack Monster Jen just off of Fairview, looking healthier than I have seen her in a long time but still haggard. Six or seven years ago she was a lot better looking, and it has been something like three since the last time I let her s*ck me off. It depends on what you want to do and what you're looking for. There are many options and I'll give several that I've used in the past.
1. If you're looking for somewhat hot, nicely dressed, gold diggers. I take my friends to Daniel's Broiler on Lake Union. We dress to the nines and sit in the piano bar. I'm not on the prowl, but I like to get phone numbers (just to make sure I haven't lost my touch) and I haven't had a bad night there yet.
2. If you're looking for hot, nicely dressed, trendy, gold diggers. The bar downstairs at the "W" Hotel on a Friday or Saturday night is perfect (or at around 6PM most nights of the week). I've had less success there, but it's probably because I'm not really that cool.
3. If you're looking for something trashy that will go home with you at the end of the night. Try Debbie's Drift On Inn on Aurora on a weekend. I haven't been there for at least a year, but in the past I've taken drunk women out to my car and fucked them.
Along the same lines, try Spectator's on a Friday night at about 250th & Pac Hwy. The Moonraker in Kent (younger crowd, but they drink alot) and if you have the balls and can get past the fugly women, Mario's at 128th and Ambaum. Well last night i had a choice of Strippers or Sw's to spend some funds on. Hehe sorry strippers. I was downtown seattle about 10-11pm sat fri night at the AAA while being on the look out for Darla ann. I personally left a relationship that took up 7 months of mongering time that i learned a dear lesson.

Question for the group and a few personal observations. Lived in Seattle several years ago, visit yearly and am planning to move back soon. I still don't understand the action in the AAA area. During the Christmas season I cruised this area nightly for 4 evenings, lots of very hot ladies out but was never able to get one in the car and also noticed that the other mongers in the area were having the same trouble. Anyone know what gives, why is it so difficult? Didn't even have the opportunity to discuss $, they usually just passed. Anyway, there were several that I would have loved to picked up, hope you locals can give a guy a little help. Also noticed that all the girls were being watched either by black men standing in dark areas or by black men in vehicles. Noticed 2 girls I had seen on the streets at the gas station later with what appeared to be 2 black pimps. Seemed a little odd, maybe they were driving a lot of the customers away. Anyway, seemed like a lot of trouble in the area to me. Cruised further up Aurora each evening and had no problems getting the relief I was looking for. They weren't near as hot but the result was the same.
Sometimes I've had the same problem in the AAA. One of the SW's might think you look like LE and then tell all her friends to avoid you. Or maybe a person drives a pimp car, or perhaps the SW knows LE is watching her (unknown to you) and doesn't want both of you to get busted. There is a variety of possible reasons. Usually though, I have no problem getting them in my car in the AAA; it's getting them to agree to a fair price and getting them to go a safe distance off the stroll that's the hard part.

I have only been noticing unmarked LE using the usual assortment of dark blue, dark green, and white Crown Vics and other Ford sedans, plus white, dark green, or black Chevy/GMC SUVs and vans.
The tax exempt license plates -- "XMT" with no license tabs on the rear plate -- is the clearest indication I look for when checking out suspicious vehicles. Sure, city motor pool and certain other county and state vehicles have these same plates, but they are usually clearly marked, and I believe I'm better safe than sorry anyway...

To be perfectly honest with you, I really don't have anything I look for. If I'm attempting a pick up, I'll be extremely leery if an SUV or Van is around, especially if it's got two guys in it and if they're clean cut. It's pretty hard to tell at night; it's really a crap shoot as any vehicle could potentially be LE.
The way I've spotted them in the past is because I've seen them stop to interogate a SW, or pull over a monger with the grill lights flashing, or because a SW will point one out to me.
My advice is to always have your game face on; have everything on your car legal including insurance; don't have alcohol on your breath, and be ready for a rather intense stand off if they pull you over. It's really tough in the AAA with so many vehicles, any one of which could be LE.
On the other hand, I've never been pulled over in the AAA with a hooker, and it's fairly rare that I see any monger pulled over. If they don't actually catch you in the sex act, there's really nothing they can do to you. I remember reading something Sheriff Reichert wrote about Gary Ridgway driving very erratically after he'd pick up a hooker (u-turns, sharp lefts, speed up/slow down, drive around the block a couple of times, etc) and he made the comment that it would have been very tough to sneek up on him in the act without being noticed. Not a bad idea, but keep it legal.

I was at a meeting last summer and the head of the Washington State Patrol was the guest speaker. In his speech, he bragged about the state buying more than 50 vehicles of a variety of makes and models to use for enforcement on the highways. He said that now it was virtually impossible for anyone to tell if a state patrol car was behind them, in front of them or next to them. He felt the new unmarked vehicles would make the highways safer and stop aggressive driving.
I know the state patrol have nothing to do with the City of Seattle, but if it was effective for the State Patrol, I'm sure local cops will institute the same policy.

I did make trip up to sugars and made some really nice friends there total 6 girls with a ripoff from 1 girl that wasn't helping the club out or the other strippers. Most dances were 20 bucks with the comfort zone to each dancer.

The Denny Park stroll has been pretty miserable of late.

270th was dead all weekend. I went out at 7 PM Friday until 10:30 and saw only 4. One blond wsw, tall, blond hair with curls worn up on the top of the head. All the signholders piss me off. Getting around Seattle is hellish enough without these a-holes getting in your face. Forgive me if I seem harsh--if someone is really in need, or if someone does a good job (waiters, bartenders, etc.), I'm generous to a fault. This is a scam that panhandlers cooked up after cities started enforcing vagrancy laws. It's bad enough to be stuck in line, hardly crawling along, and having these creeps lurking there. Hilariously, the sweet spots have all been taken so now they're moving out to residential neighborhoods, for example along 85th St from Aurora out to I-5. The most aggressive ones I've seen are at the I-5 45th St exits.
I wonder why the good citizens of Seattle see SWs (most of whom cannot be distinguished from civilians) as a blight, but these dudes (and other bums) are just exercising their free speech. Bollocks I say!
I try to avoid that U-turn anyway. Turn right on 6th, right onto Broad St, right onto 9th Ave, then back to Aurora. This lets you loop around the whole AAA and Denny Park area with easy right turns.

Hostess Stroll is the eastside of Aurora from Denny Way to Republican Street. It is named after the Hostess Bakery which is at Aurora and Harrison Streets, which is where most of the girls stand. It is rare to find a ASW here. Directly across Aurora and a couple of the Avenues just west of Aurora is the AAA Stroll. I've seen a few ASW's here lately, mostly on Friday and Saturday nights. You might be able to find one at S.272nd and Pacific Highway S.

We who patrol Aurora will miss you, HS. I don't know about Long Beach, but I've followed some of the California boards; Sunset in L.A. is always busy, and with some pretty good stuff. Ages ago I used to monger in S.F. when it was absolutely wonderful, especially for a tit fan; now, I gather, the city is pretty dried up for SWs, although the AMPs are still working.
Just remember that every year a lot of great looking women go to Southern California to become movie stars; and in L.A. there are no SWs, only actresses between parts.

Anyway, my over ten year stint in LA never had much action from Long Beach South to the Border. Across the border is of course a complely different story. You senior, will be able to slake it anywhere. I was back in December, but did not go as south as LB. It could have picked up in the way others have mentioned, but it will never be as good as south of the Border.
Still, the SF Valley is where most of the remaining action is. Used to have more in-city, and still has a small track not far from the Disney concert Hall. Lots of Central American sweeties, but you better speak passible Espanol. It is not the best place to be too late at night, until you know the place. Most businesses have the blast doors down...
