I agree exposing yourself is a risk. So it's always better to drive away and then do the check. If I know the sw is working then I will do the check parked. Finally always wait until drive away until you discuss the price.

Thats THE most important question. The answer is, yes, in some jurisdictions they can and have. In some jurisdictions, male decoys have gone so far as to completion. Never read about this with a female decoy.
Truth be told, the LE check is a myth, a misnomer. That myth will get you in jail.

I was just thinking that it'd be smart to record yourself, but maybe not because then you'd probably have to have a believable legal motive as to why you did so. However, you could then prove that you didn't do any illegal, although perhaps the intent to break the law would be obvious.
Why don't you do the LE check? Was there something you didn't like about it or you just felt it was unnecessary?
Sometime you see these sw's who are out all the time. So therefore the risk is much less to do the check parked. Some sw's are quite picky want to do a qucky check in the parking lot.

Listen to what Stoner is telling you. The cop check bullshit is just that, bullshit. They do not have to tell you they are a cop if asked. You cannot claim entrapment if your original intent was to commit the crime for which you were ultimately charged. This applies to SW's & mongers alike. This kind of stuff has been argued before individual states & the US Supreme Courts' numerous times, almost always decided in LE's favor. The high courts have agreed that little lies and certain transgressions by LE are a necessary tool of law enforcement.
If you do get arrested: Don't give in to sweetheart deals or give up your right to a fair trial, unless there is an agreement between prosecution & defense counsel to seek a stet or nol pros of your case. A PBJ (probation before judgement) can be a real bad deal in the long run if you find trouble within the probation period.

Ha, I've got to disagree with you there. I thought that pic that you labeled "Absolutely Disgusting" was actually pretty hot...what I saw was an inviting hairy pussy. Yes, if it wasn't clear, let me make it clear. The LE check is bullshit. Its a misnomer, and a cheap quick feel at best...but not much more. Its a myth that it will protect you.

In some stings, yes they do use decoys. But in many, imo, less publicized stings, they will just tail a known provider walking. Just sit and camp on her until she finds a "john" and coordinate others in the squad to follow and make the bust. I'm not a cop, so I have no official numbers or percentages to share to back up my point. But I've read enough reports, media and police and witnessed enough stings. They don't always use a decoy to sting.
If your luck is shitty and you actually have a decoy in your car and you start drilling her, asking if she is a cop...you are already cooked. No ifs, ands or buts. You will not be able to stand up in court and say "Um, Judge, the decoy did an LE check with me. Thats entrapment!"

Understand your caution Mike, but when you come across a solid 10 in a SW, there is no way she will still be there after you navigate your way back legally through the maze of Philly streets. If LE spots your u-turn, perhaps you are better off being nabbed for that instead of your intended pick-up.

This morning I was driving through Philly on my way back from a trip. This was around 8-9am. It was very rainy and windy morning. I decided to check out the K to see what was out at that hour in that awful weather.
On my first drive down at the lower end, I saw a youngish (maybe 20's) female in a sweatshirt and hood hanging with some dudes by a corner. She was soaking wet but gave me the look as I turned the corner. Sure enough I saw her in my mirror so I pulled over. She was not as attractive as she looked from further away (are they ever) so I passed.
Drove the whole length a few times, saw a few more but nothing worth stopping for. Only a few LE. One important warning. When I was across from DD, I had to stop at the light. I saw a heavy BSW waiting outside the DD. But to my right was another car, an Altima with a black woman sitting in the driver seat and staring at the DD. Drove around the K yesterday for about an hour at noon and passed up a couple of 3's and 4's, all wsws. ...only to confirm Davey's report on Britney. Stopped to pick her up several nites ago, and recognized after a moment or 2 that she was in fact Teddy's gal Britney who has gotten some positive reviews here in the past.

I have been so depress lately with my beloved CH2 closed down that I had to find some release. I had picked up Kelly near Caster and the Bull Car Dealership this past Wednesday afternoon. ArnieAhh! Yes! Kinda. I tell them that I have a few buddies and we try to out do each other with the pictures and that we do this online. I do not mention the internet unless they ask. If they ask or bring up the internet, I tell them that I do not post them on a paid site and make no money from them. Most of the girls are satisfied with that explanation. I also sometimes let them know that I might alter them into joke pictures - switching the head to the head of a celebrity, adding a cartoon body, and etc. I do tell them that this is part of my hobby. I have never used the phrase, “The pictures will be for my personal use.” But, I do conceder them my personal property and for my own personal uses.
Most girls already know what I intend to do with the pictures. Some don't even ask or question me at all, except for how much, where at and what kind.
I always give them the option to say no. Sometimes a girl will ask if she has to show her face. I tell them yes, I must have the face in the picture or it is no go.
There was just one occasion where a girl asked not to have her face shown on the internet and I agreed. However, she later changed her mind and said, "I don't care what you do with them." CookyJarI ask for a couple of reasons. One, curiousity, plus a tinge of professional interest. I've been around advertising and film at times in my career, industries that are both very big on the legalities of model releases and talent releases. It's a mindset that still pervades my thinking to a small extent.
Then again, part of my brain is thinking that adhering to the letter of the law under these circumstances might be a bit of a reach.
Another reason I ask is because over the years I've managed to capture a couple of sets of photos of my own, photos which (until I discovered this forum) I'd always assumed would be for me and me alone. Now, though, I'm a little conflicted -- I never specifically mentioned posting them to the girls involved, but at the same time I'd like to post at least one set, since it was taken fairly recently.
Combine that thinking with the last vestiges of my 'model release' mindset, and you can see that I'm probably a candidate for guilt therapy... :)

ArnieBack during the days when I was considering a professional career, I to was concerned with model releases and the legatees of the business. However, I am an amateur and have always been an amateur so I believe I remain free of the legal constraints of the trades. I am not a lawyer. I know that the lawyer types here on the internet can probably come up with a better answer for you.
Like many of the other arguments in the law, I believe it is a matter of intent and expectations. I consider my pictures to be my personal property and intent them to remain mine and give no permission for there use. I do not get compensated in anyway and make no money from my pictures. I consider displaying them on the internet to be much the same as displaying them on my piano or coffee table or on any of the many sites that allow the posting of personal family type pictures. I am sharing these pictures with internet buddies who have similar interest as mine. The girls in my pictures have the reasonable expectation that I will share their picture, in some format, be it a picture album on my coffee table or a cyber album.
As the internet is covered under copyright laws, I am sure that a little web searching would retrieve better information.
I thought maybe you had heard something on the street. There are moral issues to be concerned with. I personally will not post pictures of a girl if she said not too. I will not show a girls’ face is she does not want it shown. There are so many girls who are willing, that I do not have to use those who are not willing. I normally by pass the girls who do not want their pictures taken or only want them taken without their face being shown. Other then that one instance, where I believe there was a miss understanding as to what was finally agreed on, I have maintained my personal moral code. Once OT money decreases even more than Thursday will be the only day with extra targeted inforcement.

Over the years K girls have told me that Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday are vice nights. I pretty much never monger Tuesdays and Thursday nights anyway, but Sundays are another matter. I know, I know. Prostitution is prostitution and its illegal wherever its done, but I have a major issue with police spending their days going after women who offer services online only.

I've often noticed how active this board is. Hardly a day goes by that someone hasn't posted something.
So I just did a check through the Forum to see which boards are the most active and here is what I came up with:
As of this moment there are 1,160 postings in 2006 on the Philadelphia General Reports board. The Baltimore General Reports board has 1,889 and Memphis General Reports has 1,618. No other boards have even 1,000 postings. This board is in third place!
This is not a scientific study of street activity. I find it hard to believe that there is actually more street activity in Philly than in, say Las Vegas or Hollywood or Miami. I'm more inclined to think that Philly's high stats are the result of an active mongering population.

Went out Friday night and the streets were void. Must have gotten there right after a sweep or something. Went back out on Saturday morning and I guess all the girls had either spent the night downtown or still sleeping at 2: 00 PM. Passed by a tall girl with dark hair a few times, each time pass she looked better since the other 5 or 6 didn't appeal to me. Picked her up near the DD. I haven't mongered in every major city by any means, but from my experience I think Philly is pretty unique in having such a single dominant LONG stroll that remains unchanged year after year. There are a handful of lesser strolls in town but the main one is so well known, easy to navigate, and consistently populated 24/7 with at least decent quality SWs, that I don't think there are many U.S. cities that can compare. Certainly not Vegas or Hollywood for instance - can't speak about Miami or Memphis. As some of you including Forth Ryte know there is one stroll about 60 miles to the east that actually does compare favorably. I can't imagine there is any city where the number of posts compared to the amount and quality of activity is more out of whack than there.

I have just read your lengthy rant. It wasn't specifically directed towards me, so I don't feel at all insulted by it. My comments below are simply a dispassionate reaction to the content. Be cautioned, however, that I will be blunt.
As your message obviously shows, you don't fit in here. People here are not going to change in the ways you stated you hoped they would have behaved. And you are signalling that you are not going to change.
The reason you don't fit in here is that you are different. Gloriously different. You are an artist. You are a good artist. You need, as all good artists do, a place to exhibit your art and to receive praise for it. That is your major purpose. Mongering and describing the sex involved in mongering is an enjoyable but secondary purpose.
The General Reports thread is not the appropriate thread to display thirty photographs of the same provider. This thread is for reports. Read them. They're different from yours. Many are more concise. Many are updates on old girls. Many don't show detailed photographs. There ARE new girls being reported on, but not as many as you'd like. But you also want to be recognized as a special person: a very great and very prolific photographer who is providing very helpful shots of what's out there. You can't be not special and special at the same time. But you can do the next best thing which is to start your own Photo Gallery and converse and commune with your admirers as though you were one of the boys. Believe me, you have a lot of admirers and they WILL follow you to that separate thread.
That's it. I encourage you to embark on a new and exciting adventure of starting a new Philadelphia thread. No hard feelings here. I continue to claim that you seem like very nice person. If you accept the invitation, I think your persistence and skill will guarantee your success. And as perhaps an added bonus, I promise not to post over there or make any comments about you over here.

Sorry for the delay in posting this, but I guess it's better late than never. But I do apologize.
I picked up Cookie by the bull on a rainy Friday afternoon, just as tropical storm Ernesto was starting to unload on the city. I told her that I wasn't dating, but that I'd be interested in taking some pictures, since she appeared to be a fairly attractive young lady. I offered .6 for an hour of modeling, emphasizing that it was a FULL hour; she countered with 1.0. I told her I didn't think so, that an hourly rate of that sort was what professional models make -- I was, of course, hoping that she didn't know any more about what professional models make than I did, seeing as how I just kind of pulled that explanation out of my butt.
She was clean, smelled good, wearing clean clothes, had fresh makeup on, and was animated and chatty. As we drove around trying to figure out where we could complete the transaction, she told me about herself. She's married, 30 years old, and she and her husband used to deal on the streets. She said that one of the best things about dealing was that they often attracted fresh young girls looking to score, and that they often were able to talk these girls into a three-way by offering them a place to stay. She really enjoyed that, she said. Interesting visual, I thought.
As the conversation progressed, she started what was basically upselling herself, promising she'd do anything I wanted if she could come away from the deal with 1.0. She and her husband had no place to stay that night, and with the storm really starting to move in, they needed money for a room.

I think the best way to describe the Patio is probably 'shithole'.

She had a lot of loose skin around the mid-section (possibly the result of a significant weight loss at some point), and she apologized for the bruises -- "I'm sure you've seen them before", she said. "It comes from the heroin".
(Side note: maybe someone could start another thread and explain to me the connection between heroin and bruises, please?)
She started to upsell again, though, trying her damnedest to make that century mark she'd been talking about earlier. Me, I wasn't quite as opposed to the idea as I had been originally, seeing as how my pants had somehow fallen off as I was taking pictures. In my fantasy, that is.
To make a long story short, the photo session only ran about 45 minutes, and in my fantasy world it finished up with a very pleasant BBBJCIM. I didn't photograph that part of my fantasy, mostly because I was busy lying back on the bed enjoying the hypothetical moment.
All in all a pleasant experience, but I must apologize profusely to my fellow mongers for driving up hypothetical prices, since I finally parted with that last .4. My only defense is that all the blood flowing to my little brain left little or none for my big brain. In my fantasy, that is.

Theres only a handful or so guys on this entire site that I actually read. Two of them had already responded to you. I only share info with established members as its a trust issue with me. I do believe this forum to be of a brotherhood and its a sacred trust to be given among all of us. If you run into these assclowns just shrug it off, its kinda like I do with people I dont care for. The recent Craigslist bust kind of spooked me. I worry that LE will see me standing outside of my vehicle taking pictures and pull me into their world. At that point, from pass experience with the court system, I have learned that there is but one thing that might help you - a good lawyer. In most cases if the monger just keeps his mouth close and says nothing incriminating LE will let him go. I am not a lawyer but a quick check of easily available internet source shows that the age of consent for sexual intercourse in Pennsylvania is 16.
"...a person commits a felony of the second degree when that person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant under the age of 16 years and that person is four or more years older than the complainant and the complainant and the person are not married to each other." Title 18 Pa Criminal Statutes, Section 3122.1
BUT when it comes to nude photography, the age gets up to 18.

(1) Any person who knowingly sells, distributes, delivers, disseminates, transfers, displays or exhibits to others, or who possesses for the purpose of sale, distribution, delivery, dissemination, transfer, display or exhibition to others, any book, magazine, pamphlet, slide, photograph, film, videotape, computer depiction or other material depicting a child under the age of 18 years engaging in a prohibited sexual act or in the simulation of such act commits an offense.
(2) A first offense under this subsection is a felony of the third degree, and a second or subsequent offense under this subsection is a felony of the second degree.
(d) Possession of child pornography.--
(1) Any person who knowingly possesses or controls any book, magazine, pamphlet, slide, photograph, film, videotape, computer depiction or other material depicting a child under the age of 18 years engaging in a prohibited sexual act or in the simulation of such act commits an offense.

(e.1) Mistake as to age.--Under subsection (b) only, it is no defense that the defendant did not know the age of the child. Neither a misrepresentation of age by the child nor a bona fide belief that the person is over the specified age shall be a defense.

you have to read the definitons very carefully. the problem (if there is one) would be that it is illegal to photograph a person under 18 engaging in a "prohibited sexual act" and the definiton of a "prohibited sexual act" includes, "...lewd exhibition of the genitals or nudity if such nudity is depicted for the purpose of sexual stimulation or gratification of any person who might view such depiction..."
these are difficult standards. it is hard to know what will be determined to be lewd images or images of a minor (if she is) that are sexually gratifying to a person who might view them.
with child nudity (i.e. under 18) and today's climate, it is always better on err on the side of caution.
when it comes guessing the age to a possibly **** sw, "if you have to ask, you can't afford it."

After reading the comments posted concerning Alexis's pictures, my first thought was to let the Administration deal with it, so I used the, "Report this Post to a Moderator," feature. However, after further consideration I am going to try to delete them myself.
On the streets, dealing in what we do, you can never be sure. When I think back, there are at least four other girls who pictures that I posted, that it would not surprise me if they turned out to be younger then stated. A little make-up, the right clothing and time on the street and most 17 year olds can be made to appear over 21. Alexis is no different. I still believe she is 18.
Why am I going to delete her pictures (if I can). Like I told her about the cigarettes, I don't want to be a contributor to her down fall.

Yes we never do know who we are seeing on the streets, real age, real story or if anything they ever tell us is real at all. Here like on the streets we just have to use street smarts and our big head to stay safe and out of trouble.
... beware that this girl may be **** and wanted to inform others so;
(a) they wouldn't get in trouble by accidently picking her up
(b) not help contribute or cause any harm mental or otherwise to a minor
i have deleted the worst of the pictures and replaced them with what i hope are less offensive pictures.
my deleting these pictures probably will make no difference in this girl’s life. still, i did what i could do. even if she is 18, she deserves a break. i do not regret posting the original pictures, they caused a nice discussion and may have gotten some of us to think.

...OK, so it didn't really happen. BTW, "brille notig" means "need glases" and the video was a TV ad for an eyeglass manufacturer. But what they hey..... we NEEDED a laugh.That's some funny stuff. the only thing worse than cookjar's experience would be finding out after you've undulged the girl in question is indeed ****.
i knew a guy that last year picked up a little spinner that talked a good story and answered all the questions right and performed her service flawlessly. he noticed that the girl was wearing a wrist tag like those worn in a night club to show who could drink or not. upon cloer inspection he noticed printing on the braclet. it was a hospital patient id braclet and it showed not only her real name but her birthdate.
it didn't take algebra for him to realize the date placed her age at 14 not 18. needless to say the blood drained from his face and other appendages. she was a run-a-way and uncle leo was looking for her as an endangered child.
from my freinds perspective the story had a happy ending...no pun intended. the girl went home. my freind went home and uncle leo was none the wiser. still my freind occasionally wakes at night in a panic. i never ask why.
I doubt you have much to worry about. The cops have to find the girl. Secondly the pictures don't prove you with her.
It just goes to show that it always pays to use some caution if you are unsure if the sw is legal or not.
I have some of the same experiences around 15 years ago in East Los Angeles. I pick up some cute girls but I realize they were 16.... so I didnt move on and just help them whith a some $$. I understand your pont CJ... And thanks for your pics they are always HOT....
sure they look over 18. how can you be sure. without hardcore proof/id there is no way to be 100% sure.

by the way, how can you determine that a girl is **** while you are passing at 25 mph. how, with le, other mongers and traffic to contend with do you guys make all of the slit second decisive decisions that you claim to make. with one eye on the rear view, the other checking my driving, another on the girl and one looking in the side view and one looking for a place to pull over, and one checking the traffic signals, and one checking everything else, it is all that i can do to just keep moving in a straight line, much less determine if the girl is pretty, of age, or even a sw, from 50 feet away.

you act as if it's your civic duty to photo and publicize every person who enters your car. it's not. even with the great acclaim you receive from photo gallery visitors, no one here is depending on you to put up a photo spread every week.
and yet now you're saying, "i do not regret posting the original pictures, they caused a nice discussion." that, or any other signal that you don't care if you're taking advantage of **** girls, is a receipe for disaster. don't you have any other way to fulfill your need for attention? seriously, you should talk about this with your pastor, lawyer, or good buddy. you need help.

somehow, i think the issue of age and legality has gotten garbled.
as i said in my previous post (see post # 1256), the age of consent for sexual activity in pa is 16. the question of 18 or over comes up with regard to lewd or explict photography.
so if you are concerned about getting caught with an **** girl, it seems to me that 16 or over is the safety line.
but if you are concerned about photographing an **** girl, it seems to me that 18 or over is the safety line.
now, i am not a lawyer, but i'm sure there are some of you mongers out there who are and maybe you could weigh in on this.
but let's not loose focus of the real issue. paying for sex with a woman of any age is illegal. if they catch you doing it, they have one set of penalties, but if they catch you with a girl under 16, they lock you up and throw away the key.

I believe that the age of consent is 16 yrs old in PA, however, it is only legal to be with them if you are 4 years older then them. Once you hit the 5 yr. range over,they can prosecute you for statutory rape. I would think most of us are over 21.
I always say " when in doubt, throw them out" It's just not worth it.
