Hey Cookyjar..it is perfectly legal to take someones pic and show it too others. When someone allows you to take their pic they give you the copyright to it.
But to be brief, if they let you take their pic, post it. You're doing nothing wrong. Just use your own judgement of what to post and what not to post. I also have taken pics over the years on the ave, but am always selective of what I put out here.Thanks Davey. I thought I was legally okay. Its the moral issues that concern me.
Some of these women are mothers. They have sons, brothers and fathers who one day may find themselves viewing their loved one ass on the internet.
I know that these hos are just doing their thing and I am just doing mine. But, am I taking advantage of their current need to make a couple of dollars? Sunday, after visiting the Camden stroll, I came up the EL from Girard Ave. Alberta was under the EL on K Ave. A pretty SSW. We drove around a little looking for a spot to car date. My question to you is: has the average working girl figured out what her clients do with the pictures they take? Is that why Christy didn't question me about what I'd be doing with the pictures?
I could just block out the faces, but, I hate pictures with blocked out faces, where is the fun in that.
One of the reason that I am concerned right at this moment is that since Christy, I have taken two more sets of pictures. Both sets are interesting. Should I continue posting pictures?

If she cared or thought about what you would be doing with those photo's she would not have allowed you take them correct. As for you being an asshole about it I really don't think you are and I don't think you tell the girls up front what you plan to do with those pic's either but thats just my thought on it any way if you do tell them and they still allow you to take them then more power to you. And posting them is just between us on the site so don't read to much into anything ok. Met a woman calling herself Kay the other night at about 3:30-4:00 AM which is way later than I usually find myself along the K.

Good question...Why not? CJ, I have been checking your photos and your research out. You're doing a great job. But, I have to question your sanity if you didn't go for that! Was coming up to the red light at Sedgley yesterday afternoon when a cop ran right in front of my car and across the street with his weapon out. Was screming at the driver to get out and it looked like the officer would have pulled the trigger if the driver made the wrong move.
Next thing I see a struggle starting as the driver was not wanting to cooperate or get cuffed. Finally the persistance of the officer took over and he cuffed the driver. Thursday, around 5pm, I decided to check out the Avenue. I am still a newbie to the Avenue, so I thought I would try something different. By all means I agree, I was just poking fun at him for a mistake that I too have made, more than once unfortunately. Don't get me wrong, if you look at the letters to the editor thread, you'll notice that I petitioned for Senior Status for CJ precisely because of his contributions.

Had a similar experance a while back and I just played dumb like I didn't know who this guy was talking about. Then changed my number.

Long time since I've posted.

There have been a lot of negative posts about Cookie. Pardon me for chiming in as an out-of-towner, but I know Cookyjar from the msn groups forum he used to post on before it was shut down. It was a DC forum for the most part, but Cj was one of the most highly respected and well-liked members. It was a pretty ghetto-centric site all around, members included, but I never once saw people give him a hard time about posting. Maybe a jab here or there but all in good spirit. How was it so easy for them to appreciate him while this board turns up their noses? *You wouldn't know me from there, Cj, I had a different screenname and mostly just lurked.*
Anyway, #2128 said it best and I agree whole-heartedly with his sentiments.

I cannot understand why anyone would pester Cookyjar. This guy is out there, posting good pics and good info. There are some real idiots out there. We need more posters like CJ.
I lived in Philadelphia for a long time, but I was too young and stupid to be in the hobby. I am always looking to get back to Philadelphia, so I read the Philadelphia forums pretty often. I consider Philadelphia to be my home away from home.

For those members who have been here long enough to remember last year we had a similar issue between 2 members WASHACCOUNT and LETS DATE. This went on for some time, later on an account mocking LD was created called LETS MATE. In the end Jackson banned all 3 to there own areas and the problem was over. LD still posts but WA and LM are inactive.
This year COOKIEJAR starts posting, ED NORTON begins his rants against CJ, quoting forum rules and the like just as WA did. COOKIE CUTTER suddenly shows up on the board. Anybody else see a pattern here?
Oddly enough WashAccounts last post was 8-15-05, Ed Norton's account was created on 8-19-05.
It proves nothing I know but just though it was kinda interesting, yes I have far too much time on my hands I know, I need to get back to mongering and my own reviews.
Hopefully we don't need a repeat of last year.
CJ if you choose to stop posting do so because you want to, not because of this BS. Further north than most of the other reports. I bumped into a WSW calling herself Casey just around Frankford and Rhawn.

Last time I checked, the porn industry was generating in excess of $ 10 billion in sales, and that is just domestically. In addition, porn is legal and this has been upheld by the US Supreme Court many times.
Maybe when we all utilize the services of a provider, we should just have a camera or camcorder handy and tell LE that we are shooting an amateur movie and the compensation is an actress fee. I don't think it will fly, but who knows because there are tons of websites where guys pick up girls, offer them money for sex and shot the entire thing, legal or not? Seems like the same circumstances to me.

Technically, a sex worker is no difference from a normal job.
A SW is offering her services and and somebody is getting satisfied the work and getting paid for it.
I work a normal job using my services and my boss is satified with the work and I get paid for it.
As for drugs, guns, or whatever, you get it using the money you got paid for your services. If I was hooked on drugs, getting the money thru a normal job is no different.
If I use the cause and effect rule, I can make everything illegal.
Originally I intended to take some time off until things calmed down on the board. It has not even been a week and I am back. Just could not stay away. Why? Because I was enjoying what I was doing. Seems to me that there are a number of members on this board who just want to investigate, find fault with or just make sly comments all the post of other members.
I am not saying that this is the case with Burg Monger, or his post, as I do see reasons for his questions, which I will try to answer.
Answer for question 1): I take my picture in a certain order, I usually go over the poses with the girl prior to her taking off any clothing. This save time and exposurer to passerbys is lessened. I normally take any fully clothed pictures last and away from the orginal spot as they draw the least attention, and creat the least problems. Last Tuesday evening there was a rain storm down pour (note the dropets on the car and windows). Pictures 7 & 8 were taken during the daylight hours under a I95 over pass. I understand were you might have been confused by pictures 7 & 8. I hope this clears it up and hopefully you will forgive any future mistakes on my part.
Answer for question 2): I have none, except to said that a couple of girls were known and Acknowledged. However, I wonder myself why others have not been comfirmed. I believe I may have an answer and wil go more into it with my next picture post.

I am very sorry about this. Sorry for more then one reason. First these are old pictures, taken in the fall of last year 2005. First off I'm sorry this report is so late. Last Wed in the after noon around 430/500 I picked up Angela, she likes to be called Angle. She was down Verango and the (K). She is 28 brown hair blond streaks and works at some diner on Rt, She is about 5'5" 125lbs, nice 36full "C" she also has a Tat of a Italian Flag on the back of her neck. When I am out there looking for the perfect ten, I often pass 10 shanks, a dozen 3's and one or to 5's, before spotting what may be a 7. Unfortunately, you have a few members who you would be better off without. I realize it's just a small handful of members who are pelting him with stones. Every group has these detractors. These people put down others to make themselves feel good.
Most are jealous of the attention he has attracted and others just want to create conflict on the board for their own amusement. They are a bunch of sad asses and the board would be better off without them.
CJ has gone to a lot of trouble and expense to get these pictures and to post and write about them for everyone's benefit. A little more appreciation of his efforts are due.

Actually, she could have something as simple as psoriasis. I have been cursed with this for 24 years and it can leave a faint brown patch after healing up for a short period. I am really concerned that a number of the regular Philly posters have slowed down their reviews and posting. For this reason I am strongly considering your solution. However, can we dress it up a bit? Put a fresh coat of paint on it and add a little furniture, dress it up a bit. Make it more like a club house for everybody and not a retirement home for the crazy guy.
How about if you renamed the thread, "Pictures from the K and other hot stops." or something other then CookyJar Pictures? Invite everyone to post pictures there. Put that idea to the Philly general membership, and take a little vote. I will move if others agree to post their pictures in the new thread. It should not be all about me.
We could set up rules for what pictures are to be posted in the new thread and what pictures should be left in the general thread. For example: Only pictures of known SW’s and other girls who put out, like girlfriends, wives, or sisters who the poster can honestly vouch for should be posted in the new thread. Pictures of fully dressed girl walking away from the camera, which may or may not be putting out, should remain in the general thread. No CraigList pictures or pictures copied from other internet sources.

Getting one of the girls to pose really has never been a problem. Right up front I ask if they are camera shy. If they are then they are out before we even start.
Once back to a safe locale, I take the pictures. Then I see how far she'll really go. I've probably had a 90% sucess rate in actually filming the girl having sex with me. Done nearly everything on camera. Oral, straight, anal, facials even a three some.

Quality isn't the greatest, but this shows that all you have to do is ask. Some will and some won't. Don't be nasty about taking photos. My experience was once they were naked and in front of the camera, anything else was a piece of cake.

A summary of my past gripes and the effect of a new photo gallery on them:
(1) Many of photos depict ugly or older women. This would now be a non-issue. Art in an art gallery should be open to all tastes.
(2) They attract out-of-towners who clutter the thread with unhelpful drooling remarks. A separate thread would be a HUGE improvement. Critics and admirers of your photos would no longer take up bandwidth here.
(3) There was no verification that the photos were taken recently or in our area. I, of all people, can now verify your most recent photo subject. A separate gallery, however, should allow you to go one step further and take photos from your archives to explain, for example, a photographic technique.
(4) There was no helpful information on location, personality or techniques of the women. You have been better on this lately. But as an added benefit, it would not be a strict requirement in a photo gallery.
(5) The posts are not providing an exchange of information helping local men find women. I still feel strongly that this is the mission in any city's General Reports section. A photo of a woman's **** does not do this. It will be much more appropriate in a separate photo gallery.
