Speaking for myself and hopefully all the other guys, I understand that incalls at a private residence are by appointment only. Incalls at a storefront are a different story and walk-ins are very typically the norm, especially Asian places.
If you are going to do incalls from a private residence, I would make it known from the very start and in every ad that sessions are by appointment only. Anyone who attempts to come to your residence outside of these appointments is trespassing on private property and is subject to arrest.
With all that said, there's no guarantee that everyone's going to play by the rules.

Personally I like incalls better. I have to say the majority of the time, I have gone to a girls place. That is why it is called "high risk" behavior. HIV via oral? Highly unlikely. For ease of mind, get tested. But remember it can take months for HIV to show up in a blood test. Other STDs are very easy to catch via oral. It is a risk we all take with this hobby.
It is strange she was spraying stuff. Though you can bet she was doing that to protect her, not you. probably thinking some anti bacterial will protect her. She doesn't have a clue it does nothing to kill a virus.

As mentioned earlier, HIV is one of the few infections that don't seem to survive saliva (unless you have some open sores in your mouth, etc) But, just about everything else can be passed this way, including herpes, HPV, and the gamut of old time STD's.
There is risk to everything. You can get information from the CDC website if you are worried. It will help you to understand the drips, excruciating pain, rashes, bumps, blisters, headaches, etc that might be typical of the "known" STD's.

To me, it looks like 70-90% of those photos are fake. I can see a girl not wanting to post her own pics so that her dad or uncle don't see her while searching for entertainment-LOL As long as the girl looks like the chick in the photo (which is probably pretty rare), I don't see the harm, but they could say something like "I look like this". The problem is that they probably rarely actually look like the real girl. They figure by the time the door is open and you see them that you will be thinking with the little head. The photos on Eros, ********, or Midnight Chi are probably mostly of the actual girl. Very few of these CL girls have reviews on TER and the ones that do are probably planted by the girl or "management" so that is usually a waste of time. If the girl has reviews from a number of people who are frequent reviewers that look legit over any period of time, it is a rare exception. The professional pics either mean one of two things: either she is not the girl in the pic, or the pic is 10 years old. For me, this is the case 90% of the time.
