we all know the general mission of this site: a place where men can share info on whre to get laid by women. ideally we are talking about consensual sex. our moderator, jackson, has expressly forbidden the topics of gay sex, sex with **** females, sex with trannies/transgendered/he-she's/crossdressers etc.
but in almost all cases we are talking about commercial sex with females.

jackson runs a sister site ( internationalsexguide.info ) for the sex scene around the world. usasexguide.info on the other hand is mostly confined to information on streetwalkers, massage girls, strip clubs, escorts, craigs-list girls etc etc in the 50 states and washington dc. technically, sex for sale is illegal in all of the states except in brothels of certain counties of nevada.

the bind here is that we are here to share information on encounters, nearly always for pay, and nearly always against the law. what we post here is quite often in plain view of the boys in blue aka johnny law, the five-oh, le and all the other names we have for the duly-deputized representatives of the executive branch of our government sworn to 'serve and protect' citizens and uphold the law.

the double bind is this. if we do not share information, there is no usasexguide. if we share too many or the wrong details, we could endanger the freedom of mongers and ladies alike to engage in our beloved 'hobby'.

so i open this thread as an ongoing discussion and debate on

1) how much and what types of information should and shouldn't be discussed over the internet, particularly on a board concerned with 'adult services' in areas where sexual acts or simmulated sexual acts for pay may be misdemeanors or felonies?

2) does certain information put providers and hobbyists at risk, or could it close certain establishments, facilities, or strolls used in the hobby?

3) how do we manage to get esential information to other hobbyists without killing the golden egg on one hand or overly hamstringing the forums on the other?

4) do we have any obligation to keep the identities of sex workers and clients (h00kerz and j0hnz, whatever...) confidential? should we discourage or shun members who display stalking behaviours or are a physical threat to others? is there any reason to 'out' any member of this forum under any circumstances?

these are just some ideas for a discussion on violatile nature of information exchange in the hobby, which is at the same time the very reason the board exists.

in baltimore we have blue flashing lights on telephone and light poles, they house robotic video cameras tied directly to le in real-time. yes it is big brother 1984. they cost $ 8 million and they protect our infrastructure from terrorism. they work great, there have been no reports of al qaeda, mujahideen, or hamas tagging baltimore pussy, our city is protected thank god!.

i have been mongering for 30 years, so far my experience with le and ule, no insult intended. is they could not find me or the providers i date, if they had a map, directions and three feet long yellow arrows painted on the ground. they catch most girls or, mongers when they step on their own dicks. girls copping, mongers getting stopped with warrants, suspended tags and no drivers license. le does not have to look for mongers they wait for mongers at the end of the street with a net.

no worries mate, just my thoughts

Up until a year or so ago, in much of the country one could just pick up the regular newspaper, get the address of a massage parlor from their ad in the sports section, and get laid. In some places that still is an option. By not discussing money for sex until the customer is naked, or even until the sex act is over, LE can be avoided. When arrests occur it is usually because the girls get too careless in following the above precautions. Lately, in some areas the police will make raids and even arrests on inadequate evidence. A good lawyer could get aquittal. But win or lose the providers are out money. And government seems to be quite willing to spend my tax money to harass providers lately.

More often lately raids are made on health or immigration issues. Illegal alien? Shut the place down. Massage licensing supposedly is for the health and safety of the consumer. No license? Shut the place down. Meanwhile the real undesirable unsafe illegal aliens get all sorts of free perks out of my tax money.

It is unfair that mamasans have to obey all the licensing, fire, health, zoning codes, etc. perfectly while every other business in the country doesn't. It is unfair that they have to pay out of their pocket for bogus or at least unsupported charges. But by doing this and by making sure their girls have their papers, they can usually carry on business reasonably openly with ads listing address and phone in the regular newspaper. Shame on those repressive communities like Waterbury, Connecticut where AMPs are crushed (after operating harmlessly for decades under previous administrations).

On the above principles it should not be a problem giving the name of the massage parlor; its address; the rates for HJ, BJ, and FS; details on services provided; and the name of the provider. Almost never is the name of the provider the girl's real name anyway. There are so many girls named Maya, Young, YoYo, BeBe, Apple, etc. in the country; they move around so much; and they change their names so often that names mean little.

Law Enforcement will almost always know pretty much all of the above, except for the ever changing kaleidoscope of names. But it is probably good strategy not to call undue attention to any one place. If a letter to the editor complains that spa X is providing fucky sucky, guess which one of the dozen spas in town will be raided.

Personally, if I didn't get any extras in a place I'll provide all information except for phone numbers and the masseuse's full name. I'll provide the same information if I know of a place I haven't checked out yet. If a place has already been outed as a FS place, I'll give business name and a blow by blow, no holes barred account of all services. Address? Let them RTFF or look in the paper or internet yellow pages. A new or at least unreported place with extras? I'll usually provide a full description but ask to be PMed for spa name and address.

Streetwalkers, outcall services, and incall services with moveable location are by their nature UTR (under the radar). Usually the only contact is a phone number which in USASexGuide is only to be given out by PM (Private Message).

Warpig, that is an excellent question and one that has concerned me for about 3 years now. I lurked on Jackson's old site (predecessor site to this one) for nearly a year and a half before joining.

The reasons I lurked were two fold:

1. I did not want to write anything that would incriminate me in a court of law. The technology exists that it's not too difficult to track anyone of us down. However, I understand this site is protected (server located in Canada) against those LE and other types who could track us down.

2. The culture of the board I belong had a clique of a few seniors who enjoyed flaming, name calling, and putting down other members especially newbies for their self-amusement. Fortunately, all that has changed in the past year and we get along pretty well now.

Now getting back to your original question. How much information is too much information to provide on this site. I concur with Jackson's policy of not providing real full names, addresses, phone numbers, and other specific information which is easily traceable to an individual.

I have been guilty of providing maybe too much information at times like the girl's street name (first name), her stroll, and general physical description. The question still arises whether we should be providing photos of these girls which includes their faces. That is certainly debatable.

The best way to keep specific information confidential is to back-channel it via PM to those trusted seniors or if you are friends with other mongers, through face-to-face meetings...... NOT on the public board.

We tend to underestimate LE and their knowledge of the girls out there, the strolls, and who they are. The reality of the situation is that LE knows these girls better than we do. They know the stroll areas, where we frequently park, costs for services provided, and the like. Therefore, we are not providing any additional information that they don't already have.

As far as anyone of us OUTING another member, I do NOT recommend it. Report any violations to Jackson and his staff. They are very responsive and will do the right thing.

This is just my two cents, BBB
