This seems to be the standard rate at Unique from what one receptionist told me. 1 hr is .8 for the house and $$ tip. Hh would be. 6 house fee and $.6 tip. I don't find any upselling there and there's no manipulative games. Perhaps the most confusing thing locally is that rates do vary between FS houses. You just have to know what the situation is. Usually a glance at the printed menu in the reception room will give you a hint. I don't think haggling or negotiating in these places will win too many friends, and I never try that.
