Another successful trip to Hana today- she called herself "Maya". Anyway, the business owners should just throw in the towel and give up on opening AMPs in Vista. It seems Vice has nothing better to do than to have their squads repeatedily investigate "inappropriate touching" violations year after year. Ironically the other code violations such as peep holes are actually intended to reduce The "extras" provided. Without those peeps holes, the girls would be doing a lot more.
But yeah, before Vista did AMP stings every 3-4 years. Now it's becoming a yearly event.

So I haven't been paying too much attention to this area as my focus has been elsewhere. However, today I was in the area and didn't have this info. I liked the place in question as the price and service was very right at $.4 / hour. In any event, I went by and didn't see any lights on.
As a result I went down the street looking for some of the other old stand bys. It looks like many have been closed. I went to the one remaining joint and got a massage. The gal started by covering me up completely. Not really what I wanted. You could tell she was distracted and told me about the bust. Everything was just very OK.

Well, after all the positive reviews I decided to bite the bullet and see for my own eyes. I am not a local, but come to San Diego occasionally. Guess I have to add to the bad news from Mechan2000 and Munzing. Went to Convoy behind the China Max on Sunday. Asked for a 90m, got "Jenny". I agree, it's the complaints that cause these places to get investigated and the Vista PD seems pretty eager to followup on AMP complaints whereas other city PDs concentrate on more serious crimes.
But part of opening an AMP is getting a good non-descript location in a somewhat seedy area and greasing the right people. The Vista AMP that just got shutdown was too close to middle-class residential areas and it's clear the AMP owner didn't soften up the neighboring business owners.
I remember talking to a mamasan at an Oceanside AMP a few years back and she would tell me how her business neighbors were very friendly and she would treat them to lunch (and maybe more?) and etc. That AMP managed to stay in business for quite a while and it wasn't finally shutdown until the city council decided to "clean up" Oceanside blvd and started revoking massage permits city-wide. But the mamasan was never narked on by her neighbors or had trouble with the LE because she knew how to grease the right people. Maybe that's the difference between the Korean and Chinese AMPs.

It's been a couple of years since I've been in San Diego (I'm in Phoenix) but I'm coming over near the end of May for some golf and some "relaxation". The last time I was there I found 3 or 4 AMP's on El Cajon Blvd. near Park, a couple on University near Texas St. (I think) and another one just east of 54th St. All of them left me with "happy" feelings when I left and I'd like to repeat when I'm there next month. Well yesterday I decided to check out A-1 in Escondido since Larry had good reports on his trips there.
My first trip there was not good at all. I got there and gave the mamasan $60 for 45 minutes with the reader coupon I printed out only that gives you $10 off any massage. I then had to wait 10 minutes just for Sandy to come in the room. Although the mamsan told me up front she was busy and I had to wait a little bit. Another thing that sucks is that this place does not take credit and will only take credit cards from Chase bank. Seriously WTF. I only had only brought $1. 6 in cash with me.
Next Sandy was I'd rate her a 7 in the looks department. Her massage skills are not to good at all.
Now during the massage I'll admit I was a little aggressive with her and gave hints by rubbing her legs, thighs, and fingers to let her know without saying it that I wanted extra service.
Now when I turned over she continued with the massage and did not ask if I wanted extra services or even offer the menu.
