I think it has to do with scheduling logistics.

I had an intensely wonderful 9 am Date yesterday morning, with Mina. Sorry guys for this but just saying what I read. I did some research on cops doing license check for AMP and they use this excuse to get in and setup hidden cameras. Because everything is behind close doors, they can setup cameras to find probable cause just to get a warrant to raid the place during a busy streak! If you guys know the owners or the MMS might want to give them a head up to check each room for cameras or just try not to go for a while. They only do these operation for a couple of weeks. If they can't find anything, they move on.

In the Florida bust a few years ago they use the pretext of a fire drill to go in and set up the surveillance cameras.

What I don't understand about all these posts now is they keep saying that the sheriffs department was the one that went in.
License check is done by Code Enforcement they also make sure there's a sink to wash your hands the towels are clean basic sanitary things along with making sure the licenses up-to-date that's a Code Enforcement task not a sheriffs departments task.
So who knows what really happened but the stories sound a little conflicting to me.

In other news.

It was a sheriff's dept. raid. They broken into the rooms of another monger and me. Later a officer from SDPC identified himself to me and said they were investigating. The other monger and I were both given tickets for a 647 (B) (2) offense (look it up). While their is no evidence of that violation we got the tickets nonetheless.

Please research about a Citizen's 4th-Amendment Rights (and more specifically, the 'Fruit-of-the-Poisonous-Tree' rule).
Which prevents evidence obtained in violation of the Fourth Amendment from being admitted in a criminal trial.
And Yes there are some exceptions to the Rule (Specifically there are 6 known exceptions).
But none of those exceptions would allow Law Enforcement to secretly obtain video evidence to be use in connection with a criminal complaint if obtained in the 'Private Area's' of a Business).

It's the burden of proof on the state / county to see that you committed said misdemeanor.
Hopefully either party did not confess to anything nor said anything that alluded to payment or being paid for sex. And it was a mutual / consenting. It just happened to have more than the rub.
I'm not an attorney, you guys should consult one.

First time poster so figure best to give a legit review to gain some trust in the community.
