I also hate the interruptions. When I first started going to Chi on Pacific Hts. Blvd. They would put a sign on the door that would say the available girls name. Or, if all busy, one of those clock faces with the hands pointing to the next available time. Seemed like a good idea. I don't know why all the spas don't do this.Totally agree about the sign. So they rather put you in a room to wait.

Also new City of SD rules prevent AMPs from locking doors. As you said best is a have backup and move on. None of these girls are worth waiting for.
Went to Love (french) spa on CMB tonight, went with hhr cause why the fuk not. Was taken to the room, undressed except for underwear (wanted to try something different and see how it played out) and in comes Linda. 40 ish I'd say (masked) with a slim body. Face down rubbed me with oil for about 5 min, asked to pull off my underwear, I said sure, and continued to pay very close attention to bottom and everything in between. Asking the entire time if it felt good. Flip after 10 mins of massaging, put the towel over my center half, quick 1 min rub down and immediately removed the towel, asked if it's okay to rub the goods (without any talk of tip), I said of course and she oiled it up and rubbed the muscle for a good 10 minutes. I asked if she offered anything else and she said no, continued to rub it out and allowed O. C. T. Popped around the 30 min mark and got dressed while she was still in the room. Handed her. 60 without any talk of tip still and she was very grateful. Told me 1 hr next time soo maybe more? Only 2 options there at 830 pm, will be back.

Stopped by Happy Land on wed for a rub. Led to the room and before I got on the bed I noticed the paper towel in the face hole looked wrinkled and creased, so I tossed it and grab another one from the basket. The session was similar to others experiences with options offered -- solid massage with the handy. As I was getting dressed I noticed the towel in the center of the bed was the only thing changed and she took the paper towel I just used, folded it and put it back in the basket with the "new" prefolded paper towels. SMH. Safe to say they aren't changing sheets between sessions and reusing things they shouldn't. I had the last appt of the day so those same sheets were likely kept into the following day. I now have a rash on my stomach and what appears to be a ringworm on my thigh. Make sure you have these ladies change the sheets in front of you and that your supplies are fresh! Freakin gross.

One of my favourite providers that I was absolutely stupid over told me she was Thai the first time we met.
Having been to Thailand many times I am mediately started speaking to her in Thai language and I just got a confused look and we both started laughing because she knew I caught her bullshitting me red-handed.
Absolutely lovely girl I adored her and saw her repeatedly but it was just funny that she thought it would help business if she came across there's some thing other than Chinese.
In the bay area there is a provider I've Seen several times who is half Japanese and a half Taiwanese, Older gal, very white skin smooth and soft has one of the largest clits I've ever seen (yes asshole it's not a dick) she just has a very large clitoris. She owns two houses in Japan, she showed me pictures one time.
Given the small percentage of Japanese immigrants compared to Chinese immigrants, simple statistics word dictate that the number of Japanese providers here in the US Compared to Chinese is pretty low. You're just more likely to run into a Chinese providers.

So was in the mood for trying some new locations and was in the mission gorge rd area. Zs massage is well known but decided to stop in to JW Spa. Go in early and was able to see Chloe, . She is smoking hot Viet 25. She would only do 1/2 hr session but I wasn't there for massage. Got in room and she came in right behind no time to undress it was strictly business. No attempt at any massage she proceeded with a decent CBJ which led to a K9 than finish to mish. Didn't last long and didn't get my thirty minutes LOL. She straight up asked for $$ at end of session and after a back and forth settled on $. 4 . If you are looking for a hot non Chinese I would check her out. However she is pricey and all business no attempt at massage or GFE. Not sure would repeat but wanted to at least try some place other than Zs in the area.

Then you have drying and folding them which is a gigantic pain in the ass that takes a lot of time and labor. And that's just sheets. You still have to deal with towels and other miscellaneous stuff. Unless you have a full blown laundry room with at least 2 commercial washers and a full time person or two just doing laundry, you can't keep up. And I guarantee you no AMP has that. Most non-hotel spas use linen service, basically hospital sheets that are delivered by a big truck once or twice a week. Even that gets unwieldy. It's expensive and the soiled ones pile up and take up a ton of space. Every week you get a big ass bundle of clean sheets delivered, usually shrink wrapped in stacks of 25.
It's gross, but you can pretty much bet that you're not laying on clean sheets at any of these places the majority of the time.

I'm glad your shop is in LA. Maybe that's how you guys operate up there. That's f'up that you are admitting your shop don't regularly wash the sheets because "you just can't possibly keep up with the laundry. ".

Saw Sophia and she reminds me of a tier 2 girl at Adelitas or Hong Kong. She's not on the bottom rung but not on the top somewhere in the middle. That's with 8 providers, 3 receptionists, and a manager working all day. Fortunately we have enough towels to get through a weekend. We spend Monday morning catching up with the towels that didn't get washed and piled up over the weekend. Again, just towels, with sheets being washed outside by a linen company.
Sheets are especially difficult because they come out of the dryer in a wadded up wrinkly mess that takes forever to untangle and fold. That's why almost all legit spas use a linen service. It's just too labor intensive.
I would almost guarantee that these Asian spas are cutting corners somewhere. Running short cycles or something, or maybe not providing fresh sheets some of the time. Washing on short cycles is better than nothing I suppose, but it won't stand up to any public health protocol.

It's great if you're on a lunch break and can't be away for too long, or if it's a FS spa, you aren't rushed if it was a 30 minutes session. $10 more to add 15 minutes extra is a great option. You can now get an actual massage for a bit before the FS action.

God I miss San Diego, I was only in town for a few days this week so they decided to go by and see what was available at 108.

If you don't want to have a crowd then arrive early. Say 9 or 9:30 in the morning. Not nearly as busy. So there won't be as many distractions and interruptions. I know a guy who started f-ing the shop manager. Polish woman. His routine was to pre-arrange a meeting at 8 am. They had the place to themselves for an hour.
IF you are not sure how to find the places that deliver HE and more, read the forum and make notes. Also check out rub maps. You don't need to subscribe. Just look for the shops that have 10 or more reviews and recent reviews. There are some places with over 100 reviews. You can be certain those are FS places. There is a problem of sorts going to a 100 review FS place. If all you want is a good massage and a HE, those places are a bad choice. Girls at those places are happy to do FS as many times per day as possible. Now, I'm probably overstating the case, but (1) they won't even give more than a few minutes of lukewarm half hearted massage (2) they'll be pissed that they are wasting an hour on a HE and a $50 tip. (3) once you pop she'll send you on your way. Some places won't even agree to an hour massage. So to find the places that offer good massage check out the Yelp and Google reviews. MD.Well I've never had much luck in vista but if you are willing to travel just a bit east of vista there are a couple of spots in San Marcos where HE is almost a guarantee. Look up Sakata Thai or AA relax spa. 30 min for $40 plus tip. I usually tip $40. If you just want HE go to AA but if you are looking for an actual massage plus a HE then try Sakata. If you are looking for FS there's a spot in Fallbrook that I know of but it's a bit of a drive from vista.

I've collected a little more direct data and can say from my sample (based on my girlfriend and business partner) that the girl gets about $22-$25 out of a $60 house fee. And now with AB5 (the 1099 rule) many (not all) are issuing W2's instead of 1099. And so they get a pay stub with withholding etc. Just like a conventional paycheck. I really have trouble believing this is widespread yet or that workers would accept the concept of a conventional paycheck with deductions. But, of course they still get paid by the massage. So the paycheck uses an hourly pay rate like $15 per hour and then the number of hours is a plug number. So if she had 12 massages one week, at a $25 negotiated price that's $300. At $15 per hour rate they would book 20 hours of work. Oh. And one more thing, they would impute a tip (like 20%) and add it to the wages.
Got to say that is nothing like Chicago where we did business for 5 years. There it was all 1099. We are about to open a local (probably Temecula) shop and I fear I'll have to go through all this silliness. Crazy California. If anybody has advice or alternative scenarios I'd love to hear it. That said, for better or worse I've always been pretty careful with my taxes. If the IRS started hassling me the wife would find out about the girlfriend and the business. I hear divorce is more expensive than taxes.

I think very few places the girl splits the tip.
It's almost always the case that the tip belongs to the girl and she may or may not get a piece of the house fee depending on the shop and the services offered.
The only exception that I've seen firsthand is a Thai place (no longer around) where the girl was giving some of her tips to the boss. But I think there was repaying of some personal debts going on and it was not the standard practice.

Bob.Confirmed your payout scheme with a provider. She used to work in these parlors and is now indie. She also said that they , the masseuse, keep all the tips.
I've seen Eva at Diamond Spa for quite some time and she works 6 days / week. She never negotiates nor asks for the tip but the 60 is what people have been giving her according to the reviews and FS is never on the table, similar to CiCi at leisure spa like some people say. But in this case if Eva sees 5 people / day she gets 300/ day which is 1800/ week at the low point. Which could be about 90,000/ year tax free.

Did some shopping this week.
Went to the massage place right across southwestern college, next to wing stop. I was greeted by a cute young Chinese lady dressed in in a top and skinny jeans. HF 0. 6. MD.For Vista I have not checked since before Covid but Fortune Spa just off the 78 Hwy was good for HE. Your best bet is San Marcos: Holy Massage is my go to and Massage Wen (although it was said to be closed on this Forum). Then Crystal Massage, and Sakata. Just west of Vista in east Oceanside on O'side Blvd is Zai Sheng Body Foot Massage, Bon Massage, Yijiangnan Massage and Relax near I-5, and on the Coast Hwy is Ocean Day Spa. All are HE. I don't know about FS as I'm not into that. It seems several North County AMPs have new owners and are more "Happy"! Cheers, TTT.

Lived in Chicago 25 years before coming here in 2019. In Chicago it was more like SF. HE=40-60, FS=100-120. House fee was $60 for Chinese and $80 for Korean. Don't know why. Then out of the list of good quality massages, check this site for commentary. Plenty of guys can give you first hand suggestions. Check Rub maps as well. Shoot for places with a few reviews. Not zero and not 300. IF a place has 100 reviews, I guarantee you its a FS place. I'd say maybe 5-10 reviews. Needless to say, don't go the the FS places if you want a good massage. I have had really good experiences at both places on Dagget Street, I haven't been recently so YMWV but both of been reliable for me but for different services, so depending on what I was looking for I could go to either place.
Shanghai massage, a upstairs shop that would look down on convoy st and Dagget if the windows weren't covered up has always had a decent massage with a good HE for me. Mostly a little older providers not a tremendous amount of access but a very solid rub and tug, your typical Chinese place.
Engineer is just a block and a half down the road on Dagget St, as if you are driving to mercury st away from convoy, located in a single store building that shares the lobby with a used car electric vehicle place, it's the first set of doors of the complex where you walk into like a little lobby and you have to walk through it just look for the neon sign, if somebody's at the car place it takes a little bit a nerve but it used to be well worth it. Constantly rotating talent some absolutely amazing jams with everything on the table does have a small shower built in if you wanted to get cleaned up but more or less you'll get a few minutes of massage and then negotiate for whatever services you want.

I spend most of my time in the south Bay Area nowadays and I was pretty shocked when I first came up here at the tip demands as well as the low quality of services offered a massage parlours.
Just my personal experiences so if you can find a Provider they can give a decent massage / HE and is happy with a $40 tip, please provide me some info and a PM.
My experiences were a lot of providers give 10 minutes of nonexistent massage, have you turn over without even wiping you down and demand $100 tip On top of the $60 plus house fee.
These providers are not GILF, but grandmothers I would not want to fuck. So coming from San Diego to there I was absolutely horrified at the situation that has resulted from a large number of shut downs through the various municipal law-enforcement activities. Jack ass politicians trying to win votes did a pretty good job of changing the market place up here.
San Jose used to have more massage parlours than in San Diego but now it only has a handful, The result of those LE crackdowns downs? AAMP's are numerous and the store front shops that are left are mostly legit, massage only.
However, I can go to a long list of AAMP providers, with services starting at 120 half hour. Call or text and you're giving the address to go visit a provider who will give full service, if you pay $160 for a "hour" you can get two shots.
Now within the AAMP environment that has basically taken over what was once a healthy massage parlour industry, you get a wide variety of quality in services. A lot of the 120 a half hour providers are not that attractive older women that will give you a quick CBJ and quick CFS and try to get you out in 15 minutes, slam Bam thank you ma'am.
It's not a massage a bit at least you're allowed full access, these providers rely on a large turnover of customers to make money. So a lot of times they have back to back customers in the hotels they don't shower very often or even change the towels that you lay down on.
Pretty much basic down and dirty in my opinion gross service.

The Korean places all seem to have screening and if you haven't been to a provider that they can contact, it seems like you have a hard time getting in. Honestly I've only been a few of these places at the higher end and the one that I visited a couple of times has shut down so you need to be a good customer so that your references recommends you to others for service.
Basically cause-and-effect kicked in what was once thriving massage parlour storefront industry has been pushed underground because of the actions of city governments cracking down San Diego has not yet hit that situation but who knows what the future will offer, if the industry changes just be ready to adapt to a different business model than what you used to.

.In general you will not find young HE readily available this is an 30+ girl game maybe even older. RR you will get the indie talent, but higher price. If you want MP and young try JW or Moon on Mission gorge they have young but FS I'm sure they may do HE but still charge you above average for that. If you are already in spring valley you should have continued down the road to Diamond they did have some young talent last time I was there.
