This place used to be called ocean health spa and I've been here several times a couple of years ago but now it's advertising new owners so I went to see. Definitely new ownership.
Greeted at the door by the mamasan and paid the $40 house fee and show the room. Nice big rooms, down a long hallway Away from the front desk. They're really like a small home version ( like they went down to Home Depot or Lowe’s and bought one ) of a sauna, not like a really large spa steam bath like I've seen in Korea or Hong Kong.
There you can really get a good steam bath and shower and then go get a massage (and FS) . Sad it just seems that we're not that civilized around here. As far as Jacuzzis go I would personally be a little squeamish about the ick factor

Anyway after you are done with the wet area, you can put on a robe and slippers and go to the food area. Once in the food area you can eat and rest and stuff. Than if you want you can choose 1 or 2 or 3 types of massage, yes there will be many modalities to choose from, each massage is charged separately from the entrance fee. After massage you can go back to the rest food area and back into the wet area if you want.
Hopefully that explains a little bit. It's an experience, should go try it, but from my experience it's all legit and no extras. There are several female patrons as well.
