Been there twice. Had my first experience today. I am a n00b, forgive me if I get acronyms wrong.
Tried out an AMP in La Mesa. Found them on BP advertised as Sugar House last 4 of phone # (0814). Looked them up on rubmaps listed as Luxury Asian Massage. They gave me a card that says Transcend Spa Center. All list the same address and phone number. Located in strip mall with H&R block, supercuts and dominos.
Moving on, I arrived at 10:30 Monday morning. I only saw one person there.
Older lady 30 ish, nice C's, no ass. Trim body. Meh face. Kinda big nose. Shoulder length hair.
I go for the hour massage. 55 with table shower.
I lay down and she starts working the crap out of my muscles. I lift daily so there is alot of knots and kinks to work on. It was really good. Hard pressure, some elbow grinding etc.
She rubs down the back butt, legs quickly, not nearly the attention she gave to my back, but she could have been tired by then.
Grazed the boys, but I think it was not intentional, I tried to groap but she kept moving away.
Flipped and I had to ask whats on the menu and she said we don't do that here.

On my mission to hit up every AMP in sd county tried massage chi. Legit place on the scale of 1-10 it was a 4 nothing special wouldn't repeat.

I have been to transcend about 10 times or so since they opened. I am somewhat of a regular in there and have never been offered anything besides your standard HE. But then again I never pushed for anything more, maybe thats the prob. Save for one girl who isn't there anymore, none are worth me pursuing anymore than a are&t. I think they arent really that hardcore in there, thats why the prices are cheap. Where else can you go and get a hr massage w shower for 55 and not get hassled for a tipe for HE? Most times, they don't ask, I leave 30 or so and call it good.

First post and first official monger experience.
Went to PQ AMP today and met Suzanne for a 45 minute massage. I would guess she is late 30's.early 40's but like many asian women, her skin is tight and looks younger. She's not a real looker but she has strong legs and a tight ass. I was really impressed.

First, I'll get the regular stuff out. I hit Hana first thing and got exactly what I wanted. This place has been talked about so much here that you all know what's available, and I won't bore you with the details. Suffice it to say that everything that's been said, is true.
I wanted to try some spots that haven't been written about, or at least not lately, so that some new spots might be opened up for you guys. I'm glad I did, and I think you guys will be glad too.
Sasha Spa. 4th Ave. In SD. Lisa. 25-30, Thai, short, cute, nice firm "B"s, shaved, good massage with washing all first. I took the 1/2 and she said that the full hour includes the steam room, table shower (padded table) and said that she does Nuru in the TS room (but not Nuru gel). Outdoor jacuzzi is available, as is a full menu. She's a cutie, and does a good job of whatever you have in mind.
Asia Spa, Escondido. Ruby, early-mid 30's, tall, long hair, thin Kgirl, nice "B"s, shaved (with a nice little "welcome" mat on top). Went by there mid-morning today and it was open. Walked in and had to call "hello?" to get some attention. After a few minutes a nice looking, and pleasant, middle aged (my guess) oriental lady came out from the back. Said it was L & L and yes, they did massages. But only by appointment.
She gave me a hand printed card with the phone number and her name. Turned out to be Yan. She said LiLi will be back May 21.

2nd time some younger chick gave me about 15 minutes of massage, then asked if I wanted HE, I said of course, thinking she's finish up my massage after that. No, that was it.

So I tried the new Dream Spa also on Poway. Not bad. Decent, but certainly not great, massage. Would have preferred more tease, but on the flip she went straight into HJ without even asking. Usual hot towel clean up and finish. Provider was slender and pretty attractive, a 7 perhaps.

There has been some debate on the sd forums as to what toftt might mean. Today I undoubtedly toftt.

And when I say "regulars", I don't simply mean that you go to the spa on a regular basis but also that you request the same masseuses again and again and again. You can find some places for $40. 00 for half hour, but that rate may signal a legit place. Most AMP that provide extras will charge $60. 00 per half hour. Then the provider will expect a tip depending on the service. For HJ, they usually will expect $40. 00 (you may be able to get by with less but $40 is kind of the going rate). Depending on the quality of the provider, the location of the parlor and how much you want to negotiate, $60-$100 for CBJ, $100-$140 for FS. So your total will be the door fee plus the tip (for example, $100 total for HJ).

I usually only frequent places that charge no more than 50 for a 30 min massage, anything more is a bit too much for me. Those places are out there, just got to look. As far as tipping goes, I never bring my wallet in with me, just cash, and usually leave 20 on the counter. If they protest, I will throw them another 5 or 10. When I first started mongering I would tip 40, but rarely do anymore. If a masseuse attempts an upsell, I usualky haggle, and if they don't budge I will decline. Sometimes if you decline, they will drop price. Either way, I don't return to places that upsell, it just ruins the mood for me. Don't worry about being a dick. These women know the score. For every one guy who sticks to his guns and does not drop crazy cash for something as simple as a rub and tug, there are 2 more suckers who will pay crazy amounts. The girls know this, and will take it in stride. If you play it cool you can get off cheap, let those other guys be the ones who pay. Also, it also helps to find one parlor or girl thst you like and see them on a regular basis. With this method, I hsve gotten away with tipping as little as 10 or 15, and you know for sure what you will be getting.

San Diego is among the best, if not the best, city in the US in my opinion. Other good cities are LA, SF (in the old days maybe the best) , Seattle, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh. Surprisingly bad cities are NY, Chicago, Boston, Miami.

I pose this question to the well-traveled mongers on here: how does san diego's mp scene stack up to other major USA cities? I ask simply because I haven't hit the AMP scene in elsewhere in the states, but sometimes feel our scene leaves a bit to be desired at times. Am I correct in feeling this way, or do I not realize how good we have it here?I recently moved here from Dallas and travel pretty often, my opinion of the SD scene is its pretty average, lots of rub and tugs with ugly Chinese women. One decent Korean AMP, Hana Spa, which has a couple of hot chicks, but Dallas had about 10 of those places.
I would concur on your opinion of the SD AMP scene, my favorite places are Honolulu, LA, and Dallas. All meccas for some hot asian ass.

Was up in poway for a drink, and happened to notice an AMP in the same strip mall as my pub. So I got a few in the tank and found my way next door. The place looks like a standard parlor, nothing fancy. Was guided down the hall to the last door by Chinese woman in her early forties by the name of sasa. According to her, this place has only been open 2 weeks. So she puts me in my room, and I immediately notice a tv screen in the corner that showed all the secuirty cams! WTF! It was a standard room otherwise, but on tv I had a view of the vestibule, hallway, back room and some other room I can't remember, all on this screen! Crazy thing was that I was able to watch her walk down the hall and enter another room to presumably finish upwith another client (she was the only one working) and I watched a fellow monger leave from it a few minutes later yikes! I was even able to watch her leave the massage room and go to the back room and dispose of the "h. E. Napkin"! I have no clue if all rooms have tv sets like this, or just the one I was in. So that may be a huge strike. But holy shit, she gave a good massage, the best I have had at any AMP in sd. On flip, she didn't ask, went straight for goods. Not much teasing though. Didn't protest to a feel here and there either. At the end, I tipped. 4, which is rare for my cheap ass, but she was that good. What a weird trip. I guess get this place on the off hours, and enjoy it while you can. From what I understand, places like this in north county don't stick around too long

Stopped by #2 myself last week, all in all a great time. I saw they had 90 minutes for $60 which included the table shower afterwards and asked the girl if they did 120? She said yes and led me to a room, very attractive mid 30's Chinese I think, nice body and dressed "comfortably". She at first wanted to walk on my back but I really was in pain and needed the massage and anything else that came up afterwards. And the massage was very good, worked me over well, rubbed out the tough kinks in my back and shoulders and kept up a nice pleasant conversation all along the way. Fair amount of teasing along the way and some touching before the flip, rolled over and I let my hands wander some more and she pulled down the towel and oiled me up, but I had to start myself before she would "take hold" and work her magic. I guess she was just making sure that I wasn't LE but I don't look it, pushing 60 and not in the best shape of my life these days, she took her time, made it all worthwhile and cleaned me up afterwards and finished a very good massage on my legs and thighs. When that was done she went and started warming up the shower massage table, escorted me back there and cleaned me up top to bottom and back again. It was. 8 at the gate and I tipped her. 4, should have tipped her. 6 but I wasn't thinking well, too buzzed from the great way I felt, so I'll have to go back and make that up to her!

I rather save me money and fly to China and Thailand which I will do in Dec.
I must say many older white women here is SD on the Incall and Body Rub circuit.
Stopped by #2 myself last weekIn reference to the places we are lovingly calling #1/#2 on Convoy and Vickers. FYI, there is an auto shop up Vickers, toward the dead end (to the West) on the right hand side, big white building with a red and blue stripe. Most honest auto shop in San Diego. Reasonably priced oil changes, and a free car wash with every service. I am not employed by them, but it is how I discovered #1 and #2. Drop the car off for an oil change and have to "take a walk" to kill some time.
I highly recommend it.
Any suggestions? Had them a couple times back in the day when Esco was crazy good but never since. Thanks in advance. 5

The gals have gone from about 9 or 8 out of ten, down to like 7, although service has been the same. My favorite (Tiffany) doesn't seem to be around anymore either. Some time ago I noted here I was traveling to San Diego and asked for advice on AMPs. I was only on the west coast a few days and suffered jet lag most of the time I was there and after I gog back so I have no reviews to post. My apologies to those who took the time to post and my thanks too. My first experience with jet lag.
I get there so seldom that it would be hard for me to say exactly. However, I did see "Sara" once and it was just plain not good- I did post here about it afterward. What keeps me going back is experiences I have had with a couple of the other girls. When it is good, it is the best I have ever experienced at an AMP in my 15 years or so of mongering. Until I can find a place to replace it, Hana will be my go to when I don't want to roll the dice.
