Ok, I don't know about all of this CL charging stuff, but there are a good amount of incredibly sexy providers lately. I ment to post earlier guys but am having computer problems. Anyway......

I think there could be some truth behind your observation of high dollar providers. If you remember here recently Desert Divas was busted by LE, and I think other escort services have come under fire. As a result I have noticed some of these providers have migrated to CL and BP. I would not $$$ for a provider because I have tried these type of providers out in the past and they are not anything special compared to some of the providers out there that are only asking for $ to $.50.
