The Capn will be making port in Phoenix for Thanksgiving and is looking for recommendations and updates. On visits earlier this year, had nice HEs at Zen on Bell and Healthy Healing on Thomas, and great CFS at Golden Touch in Sun City and Aztec in Scottsdale.

Not much to report really. Ol Bubba drove all the way out there to chicken out. Spa is in corner of an extremely busy shopping center next to an Italian restaurant. The doors for the massage place and the doors for the restaurant are about 3 feet from each and actually face each other in a tiny breezeway.
Long story short I felt like a zoo animal as I meandered towards the massage door. Literally 60 people staring at Ol Bubba through the windows of the Italian joint. I did the 180 as took flight.
Ended up at Massage Savy on Alma. Lackluster to say the least.

A report of this place is out in the forum, but my take on this place after visiting it a couple of times I like it a lot. Looks like glodie who was up in sun city owns this and its in the middle of nowhere in buckey, pleasently appointed. All my visits there were just what I wanted, glodie knows how to take care of clients and she is not a clock watcher. .40 for the room fee, $ for a nice nude handshake and so on. I almost don't want to tell this story because I have told it to friends before, so if any of them are on here I will be outed. I am going to keep it vague, but I swear to you this is all true.
I was at a massage establishment many years ago. The young lady that took me back was exceptional and I was looking forward to a good time. Now, at this time VB was hopping. For whatever reason, if I go to a massage place, I want it to be Asian or maybe some other ethnicity. Though I'm a white dude, getting a massage from a white American girl just wouldn't do it for me.
I think it's because when I see some of these immigrants doing this work, I know they're doing it for money and might be more likely to take some pride in the work. But if an American girl is doing that stuff, I associate it with issues. Vaquero,
I know what you mean about wanting Asian or some other flavor. Even though I am white the white girls don't really do it for either. I've gotten the best mileage by far from Asian girls. For some reason the Asian girls always seem to like me. I'm not trying to brag it just seems to be the case. Seems like the less time they have been in the US the better we hit it off. I also had some good luck with ebony & some Latin lady's.

I dreamed that I tried my first massage place today. Platinum Body Works on Main west of 202, just west of Castle Boutique. I get in and there is this worn out 30-something blonde working. I am really jonesing so I don't care that she isn't really my type. She takes my. 4 for the 30 min, and takes me back to a room and tells me to get undressed. The girls there were cute but had too much attitude thinking they were the greatest thing since sliced bread and wanted way too much $$. I walked out and called it a forty dollar lesson. Massage sucked too.

Get a list and start from there. Any possibles- subpoena the cell tower records to see if they had their phone on in the area.
Never been to that shop with the trouble. That Baseline corridor makes me nervous for some reason.
Anyway, I heard the news this morning from a past Chinese fling who runs a place in the Midwest. She asked me to read the news and get back to her. Amazing how word travels that quick in the massage community.
I think most of these places have video cameras going.

I took the time to visit this shop from the east valley recently as the experience is always enjoyable.
My recent visit was no exception. I was greeted by a cuter'n hell young spinner who took my 1 hr fee of . 6. I followed her down to the room admiring her perfect little body and getting fired up with anticipation. She gets me into the room and about 5 min later returns. I asked about a ts and then she leaves and another cute girl enters to give me the shower. Both girls BTW were dressed in casual clothes tights etc. Makes me wonder if they were just assistants.

Funny I've been there 4-5 times and every time was most enjoyable but never one offer of TS. Bottom line I'll live without it the rest of the massage more than makes up for it.

This was my favorite area. Use to have 5 places in one intersection. Anyone have the 411 on which places are good to shop. I like to shop for young fruit. I did check out the one facing scottsdale north west corner. There is one more back there but didn't get a chance to look at the produce. The one I went to had two types one older like wine the other like fresh grapes. But there was no going any further for grape selection besides the first standard option.

First visit, I opted for a half hour from Cadi, a forty-something Asian. Massage was good and the finish was rushed immediately at the point where my hands started to roam. This is a common ploy. She stated that some men take forever and she didn't want to drag it out for five minutes. I should have not come back on that alone.
Second visit, paid for 45 minutes and was in and out in less than a half hour. When is one of these shops going to invest in a clock, with plastic hands, that they can put out front that says "I will be available at" rather than having to leave the room during the massage? She left the room twice to meet another customer.
I thought since she knew me, I would do better the second time. When I got to the end, she informed me that I had the "first time special" the last time I was there. As a result, if I wanted the same ending, I would need to ante more. I tried to reason with her and she told me that "she did not understand English very well." Another hurried finish that amounted to less for the same price.
This masseuse epitomizes all that is wrong with the MPs. More money, more money, less service.
Avoid the Tahiti Spa.

Located at approximately 98th Avenue and Bell on the south side in the back corner. It is discrete, especially after 6:00 PM or on Sunday. There is normally one masseuse on duty. If there is a car out front, it is a customer. So, if you see a car, circle until it is gone. Otherwise, the masseuse will leave the room and disrupt my or your massage.
There are two masseuses: one younger, one older. The older one is not subject to rotation to another location and has been there quite a while.
Both do more of a body rub than a body massage. It's above average.
As pointed in an earlier post, the masseuses need to know you before they go very far with you. Don't expect much the first time. By the third visit, just a guess, the older one might stick her finger up your bum unnanounced while you are on your back.
Here is the unique thing about this place that other shops should copy. Neither of the masseuses mention any dollar amount ever. After you get dressed and are walking out, you hand them your tip. Tipping is at your discretion. Where are there more of these?
This is NOT an invitation to take advantage of them.
The older one told me once that I was a nice man. She said there are other men that are mean and she tells them to go away when they come in. I am reading between the lines, but I think that is entirely in the frame of tipping.
You be nice, too, and you will eliminate the upselling, ugly, disgusting part of visiting an MP.

I was met by a nice looking asian, around 30 I guess, behind the counter and there was a man behind there too but he didn't say anything. The girl I remembered from Luxury Spa on Ray which was always totally legit for me. Had a VG foot & back massage but couldn't find out if there was anything else available. Anyone have experience with this one?

You just highlighted my 2 major complaints about AMPs. The quality of your service significantly degrades if another customer comes in. They're too focused on customer turnover and making money than establishing a clientelle of repeat customers. They'll complain about your tip without regard whether you'll come back.
I've had 40-something pudgy AMPs want a tip the equivalent to an 20-something attractive escort then spend the whole time complaining because we eventually agree to a lower (reasonable) tip. They need to realize that a happy customer who will repeat with a. 4 or. 5 tip for HJ is better than trying to coerce a. 8 tip and chase a customer from returning.
Went to see Apple last week. Got the basic service, with TS and body lick. Her attitude was much better and friendly. Why? I called ahead and asked for her. When I arrived the other girl came up and I again asked for Apple. In the room, I told her she treated me well and I always wanted to see her again. Put a big smile on her face.
I think it helped with the experience. This experience was way better then my first with her. I tell ya, ain't nothing like looking in the mirror seeing a lady's face all up in your butt.

Visited Silver Moon next and a total of 4 times over September / October. Always a very "legal" massage for. 4 for hr and I gave a. 2 tip. Probably the best massage of any place I have been. It was a very sensual massage and she came about as close to touching my junk as possible. Full naked ass massage on my stomach. Always by Nancy (about 40) who was the owner then. Always leaving room to tend to customer who comes in the door. Annoying. She sold the place in November. I don't know what the place is like now.
Visited place on Southern east of Dobson. Asian woman in 40s and a little plump. Paid. 5 for 45 min. Very teasing sensual massage on my stomach that seemed to be mostly on my ass. On the turn over, she asked me what I wanted. I agreed to $.2 for FS and she wanted payment first. Only had $.1 in my wallet. She accepted that. No touching but I was able to take my time. Nice TS afterwards.
Been twice to a place on Dobson south of Guadalupe on east side of street. First time. 3 for hhr (Craigs List special) and gave. 5 tip for HJ. Very nice. Went to place on NE corner of Ray and Rural. Excellent massage for full hour. Paid. 4 (Craigs' List special) plus. 2 tip. No extras and I didn't ask. Very skilled and I should go back again. But I see they're only advertising their regular. 6 rate on Craig's List now.
Went to a place in Awatukee that was advertising on Craig's List for. 4 for hr. Excellent massage with no extras. Gave. 2 tip.
Went to a place in Scottsdale on McKellips. Paid. 4 for hhr and got HJ for. 6 tip. Made mistake of telling her how much money I had with her when negotiating for something more. Suddenly she wouldn't accept any tip under. 6.
Here's what I learned.
1. AMP's don't seem to understand customer service and repeat customers. They seem to see in the context of that visit only and how much money they can get.
2. It seems like the places with excellent massages don't do extras while the places that do extras give crappy massages.
3. It would be nice if they could have some easy way (like a sign) that could tell a customer to wait instead of interrupting my massage to go tell the customer that.

I also had a conversation with her husband one day. I'll give you some background why it was sold.
The owner (around 40 years old) had come over to the USA (with her son) about a year and a half ago to marry a guy about 20 years her senior. They met on one of those online dating sites. She came over and married him. I got the impression that she married him for the green card for her and her son.
Anyway, the massage business was hers and paid for by a loan from one of her family members back in China. When she sold it in November, she got about double what she put into it. A pretty good investment to double the money in 3 months. She had worked in another massage business in Chandler prior. She took a 5-day massage class in California, but was prohibited from getting the Arizona license because she lacked the training Arizona requires. Anyway, she gave a very good massage and was very skilled at doing this. The massages she gave me were sensual, but not sexual as she never provided any extras. She did have a facilities license from the state of Arizona.
The business had security cameras and her husband saw the recorded video and saw her getting too familiar with some customers. He basically gave her an ultimatum. Divorce or sell the business and save the marriage. She chose to sell the business. Quite hypocritical of him because in October, he got arrested for being caught in his car being serviced by a SW and had a 15-day jail sentence to serve probably in November.
Although I expect that most of the strip mall type massage places aren't staffed by Arizona licensed massage therapists, she got caught for hiring women to give massages who weren't licensed. She said she was looking at several thousands of dollars in fines as she's the owner of the facility. She said the judge delayed accepting her guilty plea and recommended that she talk with an immigration lawyer first to understand how this could affect her green card status. I don't know how this eventually turned out.
She always told me that she was trying to run a massage business without extras, but her husband told me that she kept removing the sign he made at the front entrance that said "No Happy Endings." I don't know whether extras were being offered or not. I never asked for any from her and just enjoyed regular massages and the conversations.
I haven't kept contact with her or her husband since early November. I'd be surprised if she's ever in the massage business again. She told me that she didn't enjoy the business and was wanting to own a restaurant.
I expect that many of the AMPs have interesting stories of who owns them and who the women are that work there.

Its on Curry Road in Tempe but is actually located in an unincorporated county island so I think that is why it is able to stay open late.

Guys, thanks for all the responses to an out of towner. I did visit Phoenix but only was able to visit an AMP on New Years Day and I was in the Mesa area. I drove around to several well reviewed places but they were closed. I took a chance and visited Angel on W. Broadway near Alma School. I had been here several years ago. As it turns out, I suspect this place may have been called Bali Hai in the past. Their current business card says Angel Spa.
This place is pretty much a standard rub and tug joint but I enjoyed it here. Susie is a nice looking mature Viet that gives a good massage and is enjoyable to be with. Overall, I would recommend this place. More may be available on the menu but I didn't push it. I suspect you guys know this place well.

After reading many reports about ANFU, I finally got around to going there today. Provider was Yuki. Said she is Chinese, from New York. She said she is only going to be here for one month working at ANFU before she goes back to NY.
