My AMP on the West side has always been the Great Spa on 59th Ave and Peoria in Glendale. I had two ladies there that were awesome. One was even GFE. I went there today and was greeted by an older mama-san type that showed me to the large room on the right. My spider senses started tingling when she left the door open to the room. I have never had a provider do this at any AMP. She started what can only be described as not a massage and proceeded to do that for about 30 minutes. As to pricing, this older gal at GS is pulling your leg, LA is WAY cheaper than PHX-both for the house fee and for those times where extra special attention is needed. If LA was just 100 miles away, I would go there vs PHX!

After a few "mechanical" sessions I stopped seeing her.

I agree entirely with JamesJ here. Way too much for 30 minutes and a handshake. Always be willing to walk away. When you walk away from a 30 minute appointment by refusing to over pay the inflated prices, you help every one. Usually they will come down to. 40 or. 60 if you negotiate politely but if they don't, there are other therapists who appreciate a fair tip and they know this.

It seems over the last month or so there is a noticeable increase in prices! For AMPs it seems they are often quoting 50/ hhr and 70/ hr compared to 40 and 60 just a few months ago. Independents seem to be asking from 120 - 160 compared to 80 - 120.
Given that there seems to be an over abundance of AMPs and providers in the valley it should be a "buyers market" and we should be able to get the prices to come down lower. Problem is too many are first timers, don't know about the boards, or aren't so concerned, so they accept the inflated prices.
Just a broad observation.

Six homes, businesses raided, assets seized.
4/25/2015 - After a three-year investigation, the Tucson Police Department raided six properties in one day and seized a house, $15,000 in cash, two vehicles and hundreds of items ranging from a stripper pole and women's underwear to cellphone's and computers, the search warrant shows.
The Seizure Warrant listing of assets takes seven pages from the house, cash, a 2003 Hummer, 2006 Dodge Charger down to "crystal goblets", boom box radios, bracelets, many computers, and Go-Go Style Boots. Looks like everything to the sheets and linens in the house was seized.
Home taken is a modest 3 BR, 1710 sq foot home with a Zillow estimated value of $147,421.
This has happened with escort homes in Phoenix although long ago. These seizures under RICO are almost impossible to challenge per many attorneys when it happened to escorts in Phoenix. You have to prove funds to buy the house, items, and the cash came from legal means. In the cases I know about in Phoenix all charges were dismissed but escorts still lost their home (in one case had to buy back for her $50 k equity) one lost a large amount of cash just borrowed to buy a car as I recall and other items.

Tucson police in 2011 received complaints about an illegal massage practice "By Spanish" located at the home. During the investigation, police had two confidential informants (one a former employee and another a client), an undercover officer and a surveillance operation. (Dave notes gee they should do this more for "real" crimes vs consenting adult massage!

Police identified 15 female employees with an average of six to seven working per day with an average three to four clients per day out of 4 locations.
Services included "happy endings" described in the warrant as "common term used within the illegal massage / prostitution industry to describe the manual stimulation of the male client's penis until he reaches orgasm" (oh gosh that really is a threat to society. Do they have to prove a client reached orgasm to be part of the definition?
The common price for this "VIP" treatment was $160 plus a $40 tip for a total of $200. A 1-hour VIP treatment massage routinely consists of a 45 minute massage and then a "flip" Once the client flipped from lying on their stomach to lying on their back, the sexual act (oh my gosh have to stop that!) is performed. After the sexual act is completed, the client is allowed to shower prior to leaving the business.
The named couple owner get a "cut" for advertising services, location and supplies and clean-up services. The tip, $40, is usually the "cut" provided to the couple owners. Based on the cut it is estimated the couple had the potential to receive $250,000 per year.
An undercover Officer met with owners regarding potential employment and was told the inner workings including the expectations of a happy ending for the male clients.
Detectives located reviews on Erotic Review and USA Sex Guide where clients share and rate their illegal massage / sexual experience with female employees.
The 28-page warrant goes on in great detail about other homes used; items seized, etc. Many hours of surveillance at various locations identifying cars that came and went, etc. When a suspected employee arrived, the movement of many men going in and out of the various locations. Located appointment ledgers. , etc. Sounds like what would be done to go after a drug cartel.
No, just a huge amount of police work to protect the citizens of Tucson from "happy endings".
As the Arizona Daily Star reported, arrests have been made but no charges filed yet, and the only information is from the seizure warrant. All other records and any indictments are still sealed.
Dave notes this is common practice when they are still seeking others to arrest. It seems odd however that no charges have been filed. Again this may be that the investigation is ongoing, and they do not want any more public release than is required.
The charges will most likely be criminal enterprise a serious felony, and they will probably layer on money laundering for each transaction they find all felonies. I have never had a problem getting in touch or setting up an appointment. It is best to call right after she posts (usually around 11 am) to set an appointment. The massage is A+, she is gorgeous and YMMV on the menu available.

I'm starting to get a little tired of the scene here in the valley. Too many unknowns with who you'll get and what to expect with the service. Case in point, blue and red spa. I have a few great experiences with one particular therapist at be&are and really wanted to see her again. She is one of the better therapists that suits my tastes. When I got there, I quickly figured out that I wasn't going to get her no matter how hard I tried and even if I did, it probably wouldn't sit well since that puts her in a bad spot. It wasn't her spot in the rotation. Why I went back with the lady who greeted me at the door I'll never know. She wasn't my type in terms of attractiveness, a bit older, not as fit etc. I am almost embarrassed to write this but I feel I owe the seniors the info and to save you time, effort, and money. Her name was lee lee. Let's just say that you should not stick around if you get her. Not only did I feel she was pushy but she kept my change from the house fee that equated to more than the tip we agreed to at the end of the session. She kept telling me to come back and see her, not the other girl I originally wanted to see. As I was leaving I said "please tell her hi for me". Oh well, chalk it up to a learning experience and don't say you weren't warned. No lee lee and yes to hiliter. Last visit was mind blowing in the VIP.

I highly doubt those are real pics but I'd love to be wrong. I am sorry to say that comparing Asian providers in Phoenix to the Honolulu Asian provider population will leave you very disappointed. I've visited Honolulu and was very pleased with the beauty I saw and service I experienced there. You are a lucky man to live there. While Phoenix isn't bad compared to some other places, the selection can be slim when it comes to extremely beautiful and young Asian providers. The latest round of documents are graphic, lewd and extremely disturbing. They speak to a four-year sting described by city officials as a criminal enterprise investigation.
Tucson News Now talked to the lawyer of the woman accused of running massage parlors in at least three locations. She emphasized no charges have been filed against her client. And in her opinion, this entire investigation is a waste of time and taxpayer money. "Spend those resources and get every hooker off the street," Tucson attorney Cornelia xxxxx said. "When you have willing participants all around, what is the enormous social harm?
But those who live close to the suspected brothels see things differently. "Well it's prostitution like they say. It's illegal, period," xxxx said, shaking his head. "Paying for sex is prostitution. It's not a massage. ".

Tucson Police Department released 247 pages of police reports dealing with its investigation into the "By Spanish" prostitution ring.
The reports are heavily-redacted information and were released in response to media requests from the Arizona Daily Star and other news organizations.
Most of the documents are related to a Jan. 27,2015, raid on several properties operated by the "By Spanish" prostitution ring. One of the properties linked to the parlors is a pet store on Tucson's south side.
Here are some excerpts from the police reports:
One police report suggests at least one more previously unknown location — an apartment in the Fox Point Apartments on North Campbell Avenue — was under active investigation last year related to the prostitution investigation.
Police investigators are unsure how long the prostitution ring has been in business. An 88-CRIME complaint to the Tucson Police Department was initially made on Nov. 29,2011, and investigators were able to tie the complaint to advertisements for massages and other services on Backpage.com. However, one partially redacted record suggests one of the rented properties under investigation last year had been rented by the same person since 2006.
On Backpage.com, By Spanish offered discounts — including 2-for-1 specials to train newly-hired women.
A raid on one By Spanish location on Jan. 27,2015, found "hundreds of envelopes" with addresses to locations across the country next to gift certificates for massages.
In a report, an officer reported finding "a wooden unknown device that is about 3' tall and 1' wide; it has a long metal bar that is spring loaded and a rubber mallet screwed to the end of the bar. ".
Police used an armored vehicle to knock down a gate to one of the addresses during the raid and used flash bang devices to distract those working in one of the homes.
One of the raids on Jan. 27,2015, caught a person who was nude inside one of the homes. He was allowed by officers to put on his underwear before being detained.
When a pet store linked to the illegal massage parlors was raided, one of the employees insisted on feeding animals and the fish before leaving the store.
One client offered false employment documentation to some women working for By Spanish.

I think the place was called Blue Spa after searching the internet for a little. But basically it's at 609 North Scottsdale Road. Visiting from out of town, I was trying to bus my way over to Golden Spa, kinda screwed up the navigation and ended up at Amazing on Rural and Guadaloupe. So I stopped by last week, had a great massage by Jaycee. The plaza it is located in is fairly busy, almost didn't go but glad I did. Pretty much from the time I met my therapist it was hands on. Very good attention, decent massage and didn't hound me for a huge tip. Very similar to the place on Elliot. I never felt it wasn't worth the money, quite the opposite. Had a dream about visiting Amazing Asian Spa in Tempe. Wanted a 1/2 hr visit and learned that the -$10 discount is only for 1 hour massage (their web site says that in small print). A very attractive 25 ish year old woman entered the room in a nice dress. In this dream, $. 6 was on the side table. She applied oil to my back, legs and thighs and tried to give a good massage. There was a little teasing but hands were kept to themselves. She told me how she didn't like her job or working there. (buzz kill). On the flip there was a little accidental touching. She then took the tip out of the room, came back and asked me to flip again. 5 minutes later she said we were done. I don't want to have that dream again.
Police raid massage places and 3 homes.
Probably many have seen the media reports:
The Arizona AG's Office lead raids on three Valley massage parlors and three homes resulting in five arrests for running a house of prostitution, criminal enterprise and money laundering, that they believe is tied to Chinese organized crime.
Typically more will be arrested when they look at the books and records obtained in the search warrent.
Task-force investigators served search warrants at two Glendale massage parlors, one Scottsdale massage parlor, two Phoenix homes and one Glendale home.
At a strip mall at 43rd and Northern avenues, agents carried boxes of evidence from Enjoy Massage, one of the three business raided. Agents also served warrants at Shangri La Spa at 67th Avenue and Cactus Road in Glendale as well as at Water Wood Massage near Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard.
The arrests stemmed from a months-long investigation by the office's financial-crimes task force. In February, investigators examined the records of multiple Valley massage parlors. The parlors generated over $4 million in the past four years, according to Special Agent Supervisor Vincent P.
"As we looked through it, we identified them as a racketeering illegal enterprise and an organized-crime business that was making its money through sex acts.
By following the money, investigators discovered the cash had international connections, he added. "Their funding was going back to China," P. Said.
The Attorney General's Office connected the task force with the Chandler Police Department, Glendale Police Department, Phoenix Police Department, Arizona Department of Public Safety and the Arizona Department of Homeland Security to investigate money laundering, he said.
P. said the task force's primary goal is attacking the funding source of organized crime, human trafficking and sexual exploitation. He said the aim was to target the bosses, not the sex workers, at the massage parlors.
"They are the victims, and that's the way we approach them," P. Said of the workers.
The Attorney General's Office was in the process of putting the workers in touch with organizations that could get them out of the sex industry, P. Said.
He added that the United States is a major contributor to human trafficking. With the illegal enterprise generating over $32 billion a year, the only way to fight it is to go after the money it reaps, P said.

The mug shots of the 5 arrested are now up. It appears the Direct Complaint is for Maintain a House of Prostitution. What normally happens in the zillions of similar cases I watch is for then a Grand Jury indictment for additional criminal enterprise charge. Then based on records searching they will layer on multiple counts of money laundering. Then threatened to 40-80 years in prison if don't take a felony plea but with probation or 1-2 years in prison. Yes the 40-80 years is possible if you add up especially multiple money laundering felonies for each transaction they can trace as in the Phoenix Temple case.
Tax evasion would be up to the IRS later and is not part of any States case.
The law will only change if the legislature changes it (totally won't happen), or if we win in the current action in the CA court challenging the constitutionality of the CA prostitution law for consenting adults. Whoever wins the current District Fed Court case will appeal to the 9th circuit. If CA law which is similar to almost all State prostitution lawas it could become unconstitutional based on a challenge on all the USA Wishful thinking for sure but the current action is in my view outstanding in its legal arguments. The State of CA has moved to dismiss and the ERSLEP as filed opposition many months ago. The Judge has had it under advisement before making a ruling since early thiis Summer.

On Saturday I tried out a new place on Glendale west of I-17. The first thing I noticed, which was odd, was that there are no double doors. Someone can walk in and go straight back to the rooms. It didn't seem very secure to me, especially given the fact that it is two doors down from the Greyhound station. A Latina walked out and asked me if I needed a massage. Her attitude is very friendly and willing. And I found extras to be reasonably priced. I could not tell if there was some YMMV going on with rates, but I intend to go back. This is the parlor that advertises nude body rub for 1. 2. The girls on the ad looked pretty hot so I figured I give it a shot. I walk in and ask a girl with a huge rack if she would honor the ad. She says "you ask too many questions". Big red flag. I should have bolted but she did have boobs so I paid. Not only was it not nude, I think she put on a sweatshirt to start the message. A lame massage and a very methodical HE. I don't think she smiled the entire session. If all the girls are like her they won't be in business very long. Oh well, for every ripoff parlor occasionally you'll find a gem. You never know unless you try. I am not a big fan of flat fee parlors. There is no incentive or the girl to give good service since she already has the money up front. If you are a good negotiator you can get want you want at a fair price. Stay away from this place.

I had been here over the summer and did not have a great experience. (Hottie but refused to negotiate) I walked in this time and was pleased to see Carla, an older but enthusiastic Latina provider that I had seen a few months back at the Aloha Spa in Glendale. She remembered me, too, so we were off to a good start. I like her massages but she uses too much oil. Anyway, after the flip I asked for full service. 1. 6, she says. I haven't slept much lately and didn't have any dreams to relate. I was feeling drowsy rather recently though, so here goes.
I dreamed I was in Glendale, near 51st ave. It was evening time and the (legendary) day shift had gone home. After viewing pictures of the talent online I decided to take the plunge and try something new. To my regret, I also decided to invest an hour in my dream. The 30 or 15 minute version might have ended much better.
The dayshift is known for enthusiasm and a fun, can-do spirit. That was not to be had. Without going into detail, my tour guide ran out of steam after about 10 minutes. She lost the ability to talk a mere minute or two later. I guess her mouth was tired.
Less than 10 minutes later my guide even lost the use of her hands! I was politely but firmly informed that if I wanted something done, I had to do it myself. My tour guide also had some surprising and disappointing rules: she stayed half dressed so I never saw the twins, and she even refused a very vanilla request for some additional help by stating "I don't do that". The final downer to my anti-dream was that with 20 minutes left in my "hour" I had to pack up and go home. I won't make that mistake again, my friends.
If senior inquiring minds wonder about specifics, feel free to email me. I'd be particularly interested to learn if the evening crew aren't all so disappointing. Sometimes I'd really like a nice nap after work, you know?

I don't think I need to comment on anfu as they are pretty busy as it is. But I don't see anyone mentioning them here. I had the best time outside of Asia here with a crazy wild masseuse whos name escapes me. A bit pricey for me (40 house 160 tip full service) But I don't regret it. I've been there twice and each time the girls have been cute and as we all know were probably a lot cuter 10 years ago. Was very good about negotiating me up in tip but her theatrics were amusing enough that I'm not mad about it. Might repeat if I can dicker her down a bit.

Drove by Angel Spa (Broadway and Country Club) before 9 pm and the open sign was turned off so I guess they close early.
Went by King Spa (Country Club), the lady that greeted me at the door looked like the Grim Reaper. 50 for hh. I just couldn't pay that looking Death in the face.

I have some catching up to do with a few reports from recent excursions I've been on. Hoping to build some trust and start trading some better info with everyone!
So for awhile M10 was my go to AMP, but after reading some reviews here decided to check out Amazing. Actually worked out better since it's a tad closer to home. Well let's just say this is my new favorite, and I've been twice in the last week. First visit was the typical room fee. The mamasan was older but oddly attractive so I probably wouldn't of minded if she was the one to give the massage. She led me to the room and after about a 15 min wait a younger, very attractive korean girl walked in. I'm typically don't go for FS at these places so we settled on a. 80 nude HJ, and it was great. FS wouldn't have been much more for those of you that enjoy that. Can't remember her name but she did tell me she was going back home to Korea within the next few days. After all was said and done, she walked me out to the back door and I noticed at least 2 other equally attractive, young girls walking around waiting for clients. The mamasan told me that she usually allows clients to choose the girl they want. She'll bring them all out and let you pick so I'm looking forward to having that option next time. Went here. Paid the house price for. 4 to a lady hiding behind a glass and was sent to "get comfortable" in an incredibly freezing room (I went at 9 am). There's nothing near the airport. Mesa is probably fastest from the airport.
Rush hour is generally 3 to 7. Many freeways near downtown get congested by 2 pm. Many don't get peak traffic until closer to 4 or 5. Heading into town is not so bad until you get back near downtown. Worst case is probably about 45 minutes to your destination. Phoenix has it pretty good compared to other cities.

I am in Scottsdale for a couple of months and decided to visit several AMP which seem to be on every corner in Glendale, Mesa, and other areas.
