Quantity, quality, time of day, and especially the service is HIGHLY variable.
Although some will complain, going rate is usually 20/40 or 10 higher, if particularly higher quality or some other equivocating factor. Please help us maintain price discipline, this hobby is expensive enough as it is.
There are more black than white, with some Latinas and the very rare Asian in the mix. W. Colfax has a higher percentage of W & L but the two strolls are so far apart, I waste too much time and fuel trying to scout both. Still very occaisional hit / miss on Federal Way near I-70, and a few other obscure areas, but the Fax is the best bet.

You need some rules you live by and never break. Here are some of mine.
