LE really does not need a valid reason to pull you over, they'll invent one if need be.

Even if nothing has gone on (or has already transpired), they could try to charge with some kind of 'intent' or 'frequenting a "bawdy" place' or some other obscure law. If you are stopped, be polite, do as they ask in providing I'd and the such. Do not answer any questions about what you were doing that could be used to bring charges. The officer(s) may try to intimidate you. Stand your ground.

Here is the answer from a lawyer. Please not that the penal code mentioned is for California but the principle is the same for almost every state.

If he gets her to admit that you solicited her, it would be enough for an arrest and charges. Ditto for agreeing. You haven't actually engaged in prostitution yet, so you're safe there.
You could also be charged with loitering with intent to commit an act of prostitution, Penal Code Section 653. 22, which means driving around (in the guys case) or walking around and engaging motorists (in the girls case) with the intention of doing an act of prostitution. The proof would presumably be the actions the police saw you do before picking her up, after picking her up and driving away. So, they could "opine" that in their experience you were obviously lurking around looking for prostitutes since they've seen this hundreds of times, and this is what Johns do, and by picking up a known prostitute, you were clearly loitering in the area with an intention of picking up a prostitute. If you've been stopped in the area before but not charged then they would certainly use that against you in deciding to file a case and in trial. If the girl corroborated this by saying you guys were going to engage in an act of prostitution, then that would further corroborate it.
In other words, don't think you're out of the woods no matter how it is they come to pull you over.
Just stay silent, or have a really good story, and when they tell you they don't believe it, feign outrage and insist on having your attorney present. But don't let them keep questioning you.

Now I would never go into a room of a provider or any other guest that was staying at the Spring Lane. That would be dumb. When ever I hit the Frelyn stroll I get the room ahead of time and generally bring something back. Believe it or not I actually had a much worse experience in CT. Picked up a BSW who insisted I pay her more money than I was willing to pay and refused to get out of the car. Cause I guess if a drunk white guy tells a white police officer that a black chick will not get out of the car. There is no need to ask any questions. Or I must have an honest face because he immediately asked the girl out of the car, she started protesting and he ordered her out. She actually told him that I had drugs and liquor in the car. He ignored her and the split second she was out of the car, I thanked him and off I went. Believe it or not the ***** stashed her bottle of cheap vodka between my seat. I took a swig and of course, two blocks away, I picked up another BSW. Figured the odds had to be in my favor. She turned out great. So great I still see her.
I am laughing my azz off right now because I know the feeling. The simple explanation is that we think with the other head. Once the LE appears we quickly switch back to the right brain. You local hobbyists have it made. I am from out of town and thanks to people who contribute to this board I was successful. Again I dreamed I went out and bagged to hoes within 3 hours of mongering yesterday. I didn't see any 9's this time but I saw a lot of 6-8's. First a cute shy and young dirty blond, in a blue medical top and bottoms, named Ashley at 5 PM. She was paranoid that I was a cop in the beginning of our ride and wouldn't do anything but a car date. Cute girl but needs more training. And at 7 PM a 30 something, thin dirty blond Jay. Average and mechanical and way too much teeth during BJ for me to repeat. That's all I got. I am done. I need to rest. No more juices! Good Luck and be Safe.

I actually ran into a nice looking BSW with a great tight little body in white tights which I love LOL off of the clinton stroll. She was not very social and did not do a great job for a quarter. Other than the body and tights being great that was about it. Also asks for more of course. Seems like the ones who have no skillz are the greediest. She also will make you drive pretty far to places I would advise to avoid.
Weather is nice and the board is quiet. I thought it would be really busy! Streets should be jumping right about now LOL. Where are all my fellow mongers and their story's, advice, feedback and so on.
