The recent action by HPD has probably made it more difficult for the users to get their drug of choice. Prior to this the dealing was so obvious. Prosecutor Alm has promised to stop the drug dealing on the streets of Chinatown. Street Walkers and Homeless Providers. I've started going more this way because I will take them to my place. I do not pay them in advance and will let them know if they change the agreed upon terms they will not be paid and will have to find their way back.
