From my experiences over the past 3yrs in Jax, there doesn't seem to be one area that is designated for BSWs. They are basically just mixed in the usual spots where the SWs hang out. PH, University, Main, 63rd, Lane, McDuff. Never really done the whole 103rd route, so perhaps they are plentiful over there, but not sure.

Hit the streets last night. There was alot of loitering going on, and the women need to realize that if they're not riding the train they need to stay away from the tracks. Just my 0.02. I was on PH yesterday and rolled across R and R. Guess I was wrong about the skinny one not being on something because she was def in the need for a fix and kept doing that "need drug" snorting that I can't stand. Anyways... Something else to look out for. Saw Anna the other night when I was with someone over by a store on PH. WoW! This morning I was up earlier than normal and headed into work. I was looking around Main St and 44th tonight around 7 and 2 LEO cars hiding in the back of the Gas station
I was doing the few SC's on Wednesday afternoon which allowed be to check out some of the strolls. The weather might have been a factor but in the past that only lowered the numbers and not eliminated them completely. I checked out 103rd then Lane then Highway/Lenox then McDuff then Commonwealth and I didn't see a single SWer. I bypassed Phillips due to an appointment that took me too far South but I've not seen anything worth picking up there for months. Almost a waste of time and gas (well almost).
