I'm relatively new to this hobby and have visited a couple providers and a few AMPs. A question for some senior members. Is it a red flag for you if a new provider you contact me immediately response with her exact location address upon a first text query? I have noticed a couple that I contact have done this and the ones that I actually met. Do not do this. For example, my initial text asks for rate / availability. She responds what hotel, address, and in a couple cases the room number.

I do have a TOFFT scheduled for Friday which hopefully I can report back on my findings. Thanks for any answers.

If you are contacting someone who has been reviewed by others whom you trust, you're probably good. It's well worth investing the time to research the board (s) before taking the plunge. You don't want to be invited to a sting.
