Is it just me or is the activity on Craigslist WAY down over the last couple of months?
the change is that you now have to be a registered poster in the "erotic services section". The problem with that is that forces CL to turn over all such registrations if subpoenaed. So the local CL list is in cahoots with the providers.
or the police.
or both.

Well, it looks like the CL run is over. There's no 'Erotic Services' link anymore and here's a blurb I saw on NPR site:
Wednesday, Craigslist will take a step to protect the site's users by removing its "erotic services" ads. The change comes after the so-called "Craigslist killer" murdered a masseuse who listed her services on the classified ad site.

How did it end?Having been in similar situations I can tell you that depending on what you want from her and what she is willing to give, it may not be worth it. You're probably really nice to her or she just plain enjoys having sex with you, but is that going to pay her bills? If she has no desire to leave the business or no transferable skills then she will probably keep escorting. Can you handle being in a committed or even semi-committed relationship with a sex worker? On the flip side maybe she really wants a boyfriend and would stop escorting if she had one. It just doesn't seem quite right.Sounds to me like she's made some kind of personal connection with you, but there are only a couple possible short-term outcomes here: either she becomes your gf and continues with her line of work, and then you're not really in a position to decide you're disgusted by the idea later since you signed up for it initially, or she becomes your girl and gives up hooking, then you'll probably need to take care of her financially because whatever led her to this line of work over a conventional career probably hasn't changed.
As far as what would I do in same situations, it would depend on what came out of the conversation that you have not yet had with her, but most likely I would try to turn it into some sort of no-strings attached friendship where I'm still helping, but paying much less overall when calculated on a per-visit basis, assuming you really want ongoing sex with the same girl. Like how about daddy gives her a monthly allowance and sees her whenever he has the urge? If you don't want ongoing sex with the same girl then it's not even worth talking about.
