You could always suggest taking a shower together as part of the activities, or just make it especially clear on the phone that you're especially turned on by a freshly showered and clean woman. Make the request known, and if she can accommodate you, then you get the benefit without the drawback. Let me start off by saying that I am by no means a MD but I do have some knowledge in this area.
The first thing that everyone needs to understand is that all men and women have a specific odor to them that is unique in the world. That is why some men can get by with speed stick deodorant and some men have to use extra strength Mitchum.

Just to clarify, I have nothing against N.C. personally. I never met with her only talked on the phone on several occasions and had several conversations with various other well known providers about her. That was enough for me to stay far, far away.

Welcome to the board. My advice would be to get out there and meet a few ladies and then get back here and give us a few reports.

One site not mentioned that is well endorsed by providers that I know and have trust in is Indys.com. It can be difficult to get vouched when you first start, but the system there seems to work well for me. I agree totally with the opinion of CL, but I trust BP substantially more. After a while you can get a feeling about which ads are legit and which are pure BS. It has been said many times TGTBT: If it looks too good to be true, then it is usually not true, as in always not true. As always this is just my opinion.

Whenever something like this happens, it needs to be posted on the "Ripoff" section. That section is rarely used and probably should be the most often frequented here. I think really bad reviews should be posted there for the occasions where the service was so bad but that may be too much to actually verify. This is a very anonymous site, ripoff reports would help each and every one of us, so forget any ego issues, post it there, please.

You are right. You were my mentor and to my brother from a different mother - and you know who that is! We also learned alot from you. And I know who you mean by "C" provider. That is water under the bridge for you, and do NOT go there.
I also addressed the fact that I was pointedly not throwing LC under the bus by my P.S. if you recall through my edit. I was in no way trying to single him out, but tired of hearing the scams, which is more common now then several years ago. If you thought I was arrogant, than you mis-read me. I have in fact helped many with advice and provided many with good intel and advice through PM's when they have asked. But it galls me that others have not taken the time to reseach as you and other Seniors had always guided me and to pay attention. Yes, YOU are right. I fucked up a few times in the very beginning like all us. But I was quick to learn. And I read the forums, read reviewes from other sites, sought out you and others for advice and read and reread reviews. I still respect the guidence of others when I asked or when I received their PM's. The key of a good student is to learn the ropes and study. It has been one hell of a long time since I was in a situation where I was scammed.
That is another reason why I always preach to stay with the known legits until one knows how to weed out the good verus bad.
As far as the Kari F comment, you are way off base and never happened the way you portrayed it. Never happened! PM me and we will clear this up off-line. I can never flame or fly off the handle at you as I still respect your wisdom and experience. I just recently found this board and since then I have been trying to be a productive member; reading posts, looking through older posts and even posting my own experiences, but again, I am new to this board and hobby.

Lookee here. Sorry to hear of your experience Pigthree, and based on it, I surmise the third piggy was the one who went "wee-wee-wee all the way home". We have some of the same absurd actions in these parts, too. Personally, I find these types just as despicable as the so-called providers who are scamming. Don't get me wrong, I am all for a provider giving me a better rate, but I will never offer a positive review to get it. It must come from the lady without any back-handed activity on my part. Obviously, I am more likely to give some business to a provider who is willing to make services more affordable, but not at the cost of any deceit on my part. A senior in this area is known to randomly tell newer providers that this guy, or that guy, that is making scheduling attempts with her. Is likely LE, and then attempting to convince her what great rates he deserves, since he kept her safe. The game has enough hazards, so very unfortunate that we must also be leery of our fellow hobbyists!

I want to echo Lookee. I have know of several cases of providers signing up and posting "reviews" of themselves. I have not outed anyone, but DO know it happens. I also wouldn't be surprised if occasionally a member posts a good review for money or more likely for services. HOWEVER, I believe that for the most part there is high integrity on the Cincinnati Forum. So, I would trust most of the information here. Especially, if it has been corroborated by multiple members.
I have also heard of the "disappointing" (read: despicable) behavior by a senior similar to what Lookee described. It is unfortunate that some members feel that they can get ahead at the expense of others. But, it does happen. Sad, but true.
I won't repeat everything that Lookee said. He hit it right on. Just wanted to put my thoughts in on the topic.
Pigthree, I'm sorry that you had this experience. Thank you for helping us out though by posting about it (here and in the Rip Off thread) Feel free to increase your post count in our forum any time. We would love to see some success stories from you too. Helping each other out here is the name of the game. Even if it is under unfortunate circumstances occasionally.

My question is, what is a reasonable amount of time for a hobbyist to call and cancel an appointment? I have lately been having issues with clients scheduling appointments hours in advance only to have them call within 5-10mins of the appt time to cancel. I understand that at times, there are certain situations where this may be acceptable such in the case of an emergency or etc. I'm just curious as to what the concensus is on this matter. Any opinions / comments regarding this would be great.

Thanks!I will go by what other professionals I see say and what I use in my professional life. No closer than 1 hour or you get charged. I realize you can't charge, but unless they have a positive track record with you in the past, I would be hesitatant to rebook with the same person unless there is some serious weather or traffic.
I personally feel you are a professional and want to treat the ladies who work with us the same way I want to be treated, but alas, YMMV.

I think the obvious answer is "as soon as possible" or "as soon as you know your plans have changed". The main point of giving adequate notice is so that they person with whom you have scheduled the appointment has time to make arrangements to fill a now empty appointment time, if possible. So, the earlier you can let that person know, the better. It just gives them more time to make adjustments to their schedule.
I know that is not really what you are looking for as an answer. As a general rule, I think Cincinnati Boy has it right. I work in a Professional field. Personally, I believe the minimum acceptable time in the business world is an hour before the appointment to cancel. I could see between a half hour and an hour before the appointment as being acceptable, though. With a half hour notice, I would expect a Provider to be able to schedule another appointment to fill the vacant time slot. Regardless, I firmly believe that 5-10 minutes before the appointment time is completely unacceptable, unless it is an emergency or something completely unavoidable.
Obviously, emergencies do happen and unforeseen events occur and cause plans to change. But, I agree with Cincinnati Boy that unless you have had past, positive meetings, I would not re-schedule with someone who does not provide satisfactory reasons for canceling or provide adequate time for you to make other arrangements. Ultimately it comes down to respect. The person should have enough respect for you and what you are doing to treat you fairly and how they would like to be treated themselves.
I would also like to reverse the question. What is the minimum acceptable time for a Provider to cancel on a Hobbyist? I know in some cases, Hobbyists drive 45 minutes to an hour (or more) to meet Providers. A wasted hour-long drive is very frustrating if a Provider cancels with too short of notice or needs to reschedule for a later time. Obviously, the Hobbyist must make known to the Provider before hand that they will be driving xxx amount of time to see the Provider, so that she knows to call early enough to cancel. Personally, I would assume the Provider would add the drive time to the half hour or hour notice to make sure that the Hobbyist has not left yet and has the opportunity to make other arrangements themselves. But, I am interested to hear what others think too.

If it was, I sincerely apologize. Please let me apologize in advance for any offense taken by my next comment. I would never have said that I was cancelling because someone was willing to do an hr over the half hour I had already scheduled as I value each of my clients equally regardless if they've scheduled for 30, 60 or 120mins. Now whether there was some sort of miscommunication or assumptions made as to why I needed to reschedule, I can not comment. But think about it, had that actually been the case, why would any provider honestly tell a client that she was cancelling him for another client and risk losing his business? Wouldn't be smart, now would it? I believe and have been told as much, thru reviews & word of mouth, that I go above and beyond for my clients and given the repeat business by regulars & seniors alike, I would say that's the case. I personally hate cancelling and try to avoid it at all costs. For example, I recently had an early morning client and within 15 mins of is arrival time, I had a family emergency that required my attention at a local ER but because I knew that my client was coming from some distance to see me, I did not consider for one moment cancelling on him and given the review submitted, he left extremely satisfied. Again, I apologize Jalex for initially cancelling on you and if in the future you would care to reschedule, the offer for "a good deal" will still be honored.

It is also sad that just being honest is such a rare commodity don't you think? I am talking about hobbyist, just as much as providers here, neither side is clean on this particular issue.
But back on topic, I do have a hard time with the issue of canceling a half hour appointment in favor of an hour appointment. No offense intended, it is JMHO. I am a fan of Quinn's so there is no animosity here, just speaking in general terms.
I have even paid two providers (Both I had previously seen several times mind you) the hour fee when I had to cancel at the last minute because she had already made plans for the use of the donation, with the expectation that it would be made up at a later date. I did this twice, once it went fine (Summer of the disbanded Summer and Stacey duo, damn I was these ladies would use more unique names, I get tired of typing Summer of the Summer and Stacey duo LOL!). Duh, yah. They would mind, and they should. Just as a KG is justified to think that his lady would keep the previously scheduled appt. Now if she were to call and ASK if it was possible to reschedule, so she could take another appt, and it works fine for KG, then great. But I am with him, an appt. Is an appt. Is an appt. Unless cancelled well in advance and for a reasonable cause; (on either part).

R-a-C employees DO schedule for when they stop by usually, yes, but not the repo men. That would defeat the purpose of them being repo men. Their job is to bang on the door, make a bit of a ruckus if need be outside your door, and shame the occupant into either coughing up enough funds to keep them at bay, or go in with their rental agreement in hand stating that they're there to reclaim their company's property. if repo announced themselves... well, the different scenarios might be that the items in question get moved to another location, and good luck to them finding it; or perhaps that they get jumped as they arrive at their pre-arranged time and perhaps their truck tires are slashed. Can't return their items to the store if their truck can't move now can they? Anyway... I don't know a lot about R-a-C type repo environments... but it's just common sense to not call ahead methinks. ;)

After reading all of the reports on Kelly O, I contacted her yesterday morning, and met yesterday afternoon at her incall in NKY. As reported by many earlier, she is a step above SW, and the price reflects it.
On the plus side, she is friendly enough, has a nice upper body, really seems to enjoy what she does, and is very good at it, and her price is reasonable.
On the minus side (for me at least) , she keeps her place dark, so I couldn't see her as well as I would've liked, and it was a bit cool. My eyes must be failing me. I do not see a baby in the pic, only a crib. Anyway, met with one of the girls today. She is a nice gal. However, as stated below, it was the filthiest place I have ever been in, bar none.
